Die BurgerEcke in Bamberg

They are usually unreachable during opening hours or simply don't answer the phone. I've tried to contact them many times without success.

Ordered a Dubble Burger and nuggets. Delivery was quick, unfriendly, and lukewarm. If I hadn't held onto the bag, it would have fallen to the floor. Into the microwave. Taste: The burger itself was very overpowering; you could barely taste any of the ingredients. The sauces, which were supposed to be the sauces, were far too weak. The fried (single) onion was mushy and had no flavor. The meat was definitely defrosted. It tasted bland and a bit rubbery. The nuggets were very bland and full of fat... I was full, hence 2 stars....

The food is always excellent, and the people are friendly. It's sometimes difficult to reach someone by phone. But I wouldn't deduct a star for that. Always my first choice for burgers.

The burger tastes good! But if you pay €9 for just one burger, you expect small fries to come with it. The burgers are the same size as the burger buns you can get in any supermarket. You can eat/order here when other places are closed, but it would never be my first choice.
