Die BurgerEcke in Bamberg

They are usually unreachable during opening hours or simply don't answer the phone. I've tried to contact them many times without success.

Ordered a double burger and nuggets. Delivery was fast, unfriendly, and lukewarm. If I hadn't held onto the bag, it would have fallen on the floor. Into the microwave it went. Taste: The burger itself was overpowering; you could barely taste any of the individual components. The sauces, or whatever they were supposed to be, were far too weak, and the single fried onion was mushy and tasteless. The meat was definitely defrosted. It was bland and a bit rubbery. The nuggets were very bland and full of grease... I was full, though, so 2 stars....

The food is always excellent, and the people are friendly. It's sometimes difficult to reach someone by phone. But I wouldn't deduct a star for that. Always my first choice for burgers.

The burger tastes good! But if you pay €9 for just one burger, you expect small fries to come with it. The burgers are the same size as the burger buns you can get in any supermarket. You can eat/order here when other places are closed, but it would never be my first choice.
