Die BurgerEcke in Bamberg

Usually not available during opening hours or simply don't pick up. Tried to reach many times, unsuccessfully.

Ordered dubble burger and nuggets. Delivery was quick, unfriendly and lukewarm. If I hadn't held on to the bag, it would have fallen to the floor. Into the microwave. Taste: The burger itself was very pretentious, you could hardly taste any components, the sauces that were supposed to be were far too weak, the fried (single) onion was mushy and had no taste. The meat was definitely thawed. The taste is boring and a bit rubbery. Nuggets were very boring and full of fat... I was full, hence 2 stars...

The food is always great, the people are nice. It is sometimes difficult to reach someone by phone. But I wouldn't deduct a star for that. Always my first choice when it comes to burgers.

So burger tastes good! But when you pay €9 for just one burger, you also expect small fries. The burgers are just as big as the citizen rolls you get in any supermarket. You can eat/order here when others are closed, but it would never be my first choice.
