I asked very kindly if my 10-year-old daughter could go to the toilet here, children have to do it spontaneously... 1 euro, only for customers... sorry, that's not possible... impudent, it's about Children, your customers of tomorrow...by the way, last week I went on vacation to the real North Sea, where no one would ever try to rip off a child...I can't judge the quality of the food, but I wouldn't eat there on principle either ... it would be nice if customer service could talk to the staff! I can understand the behavior of adults, but that's not possible with children!

The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was quick and attentive, I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Unfortunately, the employee pointed out to me in a very unfriendly/stroppy way that you couldn't order inside. When I wanted to order two sauces, I was also rudely told that there was only one. I don't understand the point of it either, after all there were 2 bowls of sauce with my fries, what's the problem with filling one with ketchup and the other with garlic sauce etc?

Everything was clean. Staff was very friendly. Cheaper than in the restaurant. The food was freshly prepared and was delicious. There is a toilet code for guests. We will be back.

Definitely can't agree with the other reviews, the staff is very friendly, the food is delicious and the prices are like any other North Sea :) If you have to go quickly, it's just great

Monday June 24th, 2024 Very helpful and friendly staff. Every time we visit Bamberg we eat at Nordsee. This is also the good rating for the entire staff. Great fish menu with mushrooms, from the fish app, plus the bonus fish, pudding and a drink. A recommendation, fish from the outside area is delicious to take away. Klaus-Dieter Zack Saalfeld

you wait 5 minutes like im not there. then when i want to order you say if you want to talk english go to your home country. what a shame. but its good to feel that german racism in every corner.

An extremely unfriendly older lady with pink lipstick and blonde curls at the street sale managed to stop me from buying anything. I wanted an Alaska pollock fillet with fried potatoes to take away. Then I was insulted disgustingly, "that she doesn't have that, I have to go in there if I want that" with a dark look - how should I know that?? Train your employees to be friendly, that's not possible! I left...without words...

The staff at did an excellent job making sure we were comfortable. The service was attentive, friendly and competent. The staff's recommendations were spot-on and helped make our afternoon a memorable one. The atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxed and inviting, which rounded off the overall impression.

Unfortunately the food tastes like old deep fryer fat... no taste in the food, no love, no nothing, just like cardboard and old fat. That's a shame, I know it differently from the North Sea. Fresh looks different, and the employees also reflect the non-existent quality of the food. The food is simply bland.

The quality is actually bad. Even the bread was wet as hell. It’s like you’re eating fishy smell. Don’t know why people wait on the line. It's a tuna sandwich, but even though I ate it during the day, it felt like I was eating paper soaked with a fishy smell. I don't know what it would be like with fried foods.

Gutgehendes Fischrestaurant. Leider oft mit Fehlartikel zu Stosszeiten. Für Bamberg zu wenig Sitzplätze und der Laden zu klein. Die Verkäuferinnen geben sich Mühe und sind sehr freundlich. PS: ja wir waren heute am 7.06.19 erneut in der Filiale. Wo bitte ist der stämmige freundliche Filialleiter? Der neue ist sehr unfreundlich seinen Kunden gegenüber. 18.07.2023 neuer Einkauf Sorry....aber für 4,29 € ist das Bismarck-Brötchen total überteuert, denn der Fischbelag ist mickrig, an Zwiebeln fehtlt es nicht. Will man mehr Fisch kostet das Brötchen noch mehr. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert !!!

Die Nordsee in Bamberg, eins meiner Lieblingsrestaurant’ s Vor allem das Freundliche Personal der Bärtige Junge Herr, hat uns sehr und Nett empfangen, das Essen Top! Geschmack und Frisch zubereitet.. immer wieder gerne.

Ich bin seit einer längeren Zeit Kunde bei der Nordsee. Was sich dort die Mitarbeiter gefallen lassen müssen echt Starke Nerven. 🙏 ich bin sehr zufrieden mit allem gutes Essen schönes Restaurant! Personal immer Nett und höflich. Man kann die Coupons einlösen.. alles läuft reibungslos..

Die Pommes und Garnelen sind in letzter Zeit immer halb roh, sodass man danach immer Bauchschmerzen hat... Essen hat ganz schön nachgelassen... Noch dazu ist die eine ältere Dame mit kurzen grauen Haaren ständig dermaßen unfreundlich und fährt einem in sehr barschem Ton "übers Maul", wenn man Coupons aus der App einlösen will. Wenn man schon so viel Geld ausgibt, erwartet man auch gute Qualität und guten Service, aber das hat sich hier erledigt. -.-

Die Verkäuferin am Straßenfenster, eine Frau mit grauen Haaren und rosa Lippenstift, war ziemlich unhöflich. Ich hatte es eilig bei der Auswahl, sonst werde ich andere Kunden schneller bedienen. Sie riet mir, Deutsch zu lernen und sagte, sie verstehe nichts und es sei nicht ihre Schuld. Sehr seltsames Verhalten für das Zentrum einer Touristenstadt. Schlechter Eindruck.

Grosse Auswahl an Frischfisch/Spezialitäten zu kaufen, verschiedene Menue zum Mittagessen evtl. auch zum mitnehmen, schnelle Brotzeit. Innen eine etwas zu enge Bestuhlung. Um die Mittagszeit rege Bewegung im Verkaufsraum, allgemein ist es empfehlenswert. Zu den Rezessionen unfreundliches Personal kann ich nichts dergleichen feststellen, ich werde immer freundlich bedient. "Wie man in den Wald ruft so schallt es zurück"

Pommes sehr lecker, Fisch war gut, Bedienung sehr freundlich. Die halb öffentlichen Toiletten haben einen Stern gekostet!

Essen war gut aber service & Kellner waren nicht freundlich und respectively.Sie haben essen kalt reserviert.

Leckeres Essen, freundliches Personal und schneller Service. Sehr schöne "Fast-Food" Alternative zu McDonald's und Co.

Die Bedienung, an der Nordsee Bamberg Innenstadt, war sehr nett. Wir hatten zwei Fish and Chips Boxen bestellt. Dazu gab's eine leckere Remolade in Waffelbehälter, was ich Sehr gut finde. Das Essen war gut und für eine Box ca. 6 Euro, also die große, find ich auch Okay. Saucen Auswahl gibt es neben Remolade, noch Knoblauch und Cocktailsauce. Klare Empfehlung, Nordsee ist immer gut :)

Just got the other day the best salmon with nuts-bread ever!!! Was damn good, soft with a really nice cream inside..... Just can get enough of it. The other fish sandwichs at really good but that one just got to come back again. The place habe really nice, tasty and fresh product. The personal bis has friendly has you can get and professional. The place is spotless clean......

Leckeres Essen und man kann sich bei einem Shoppingtag mal gemütlich zum Essen setzen.

Das Essen ist eigentlich gut. Das Personal allerdings sehr unfreundlich. Die eigenen Nordsee Coupons werden nicht gerne gesehen, stattdessen schreit die Bedienung quer durch den Imbiss: "Sie würde nicht mit Coupons einkaufen gehen". Warum verschickt man dann die Coupons an die Leute? 🤷 Schade!

Ich habe Lachsfilet vom Grill probiert. Es war lecker und nicht so teurer. Meine Mutter isst keine Kartoffeln und für sie gab es Gemüse. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und nett. Vielen Dank!

Lachsbrötchen vom Vortag und zu teuer.

Eigentlich gehe ich bei Nordsee gerne essen, grosse Produktauswahl, aber hier in Bamberg ist das Verkaufspersonal am "To-Go"-Sortiment nicht kundenorientiert.

Habe mir über die Nordsee app ein 9 Euro Snack Ticket bestellt. Der Service wahr ausgezeichnet und sehr freundlich. Das Essen wurde sogar an den Tisch gebracht. Vom Geschmack her absolut in Ordnung für das was es ist. Es ist halt Fastfood. Die Tische wahren auch absolut sauber. Also von meiner Seite nix zu bemängeln.

Nordsee hat immer Abgeboten die lecker sind. Freundliche Personal. Ein bisschen noch mehr auf Sauberkeit in WC achten. Ansonsten fast perfekt!

Fish und Chips bestellt und bekommen und nach drei Bissen alles weggeworfen - katastrophale Qualität ! Kalt, ohne Pfiff - allerschlimmstes FastFood !!!

The food at Nordsee is always good wherever you travel in Europe. Pity staff at Bamberg could not identify the fish dishes in English.

Essen war gut/ok, Fisch mit einer Beilage nach belieben, Auswahl war vorhanden. Ein Salat und/oder ein Dessert, kosten jeweils 1 €, sind nicht immer im Gericht enthalten.

Es gibt kein Lokal, das besseren Fisch serviert. Auch gute Beilagen, preiswert und sauber.

He comprado un sándwich una vez aquí para almorzar y el servidor no fue del todo amable, así que sepa lo que quiere. El sándwich era más pan que cualquier otra cosa, y cuando le pregunté si tenía un condimento o mantequilla, ella me dijo bruscamente que no. El precio está bien, pero no volveré.
