Mc Gyros in Bamberg

I really enjoy ordering from there often and I simply love the food! It's rare to find such a large selection of dishes. Buuuuut if you don't want to waste your time then please order by phone, regardless of whether it's for delivery or collection. Every time I order on the website it doesn't work. I wait for five minutes for nothing, only to get a message that the order could not be accepted. And for someone like me it is extremely annoying to order by phone, as I have a complicated-sounding address and then have to spell it out five times. I don't know what the problem is. Someone just has to walk to the terminal where the orders come flying in and press accept, the push of a button, nothing more. When someone orders online you surely get a message on your computer terminal tablet that someone has ordered, right? Then you simply click accept and the customer gets their order confirmation. On the other hand, as a digital freak I find it pretty uncool to be ghosted and thus forced to always place orders over the phone. Please fix this! Because constantly getting this error message is extremely frustrating

According to Google Maps, this café is open until 11 p.m. However, if you arrive at 7:45 p.m. and want to order something to eat at 8:05 p.m., you'll be told that after 8 p.m., there's only a "small menu." In summary: salad or Wiener Schnitzel. My opinion: Kitchen closing at 9 p.m.: no problem. But not serving food at 8 p.m.: absolutely unacceptable. Then please post a clear notice on Google: Open until 11 p.m.; HOT MEALS ONLY UNTIL 8 p.m.!!! The attached photos are the menu. But beware: Only until 7:59 p.m.

The location and the view from the terrace are, of course, top-notch. My cream puff was fine, and my wife's cake was delicious. But the service on our visit was really bad. We had to wait until we were seated. After we were finally seated, a waitress came over 10 minutes later and asked if her colleague had been there yet. She hadn't, and we had to steal the menus from the table next to us, which was the only way we could order at all. Similarly, we repeatedly had to beg for the waiter's attention. Glasses and plates (and, luckily for us, menus) remained on neighboring tables for at least 15 minutes without anyone taking care of them. You can only afford service like that in a location where there is no competition.

So good Price and food! I wanna visit there one more time if i have a time🙏👍🙏
