This was our first time at SEO as we found the concept interesting and the restaurant was on our way back home. The food was so-so. The noodles were too soft...probably from keeping them warm, and the sauces were a bit thin. The pizza was ok. The staff was very friendly. For an "all you can eat and drink" buffet for €30/person it's ok. However, I wouldn't go there specifically.
Huge portions of pasta at cheap prices and delicious Bavarian beer. Lots of options for vegans and vegetarians. Cozy vibes and friendly service. Funny mannequins at the entrance.
I ordered two Margherita pizzas today, February 12, 2025. My apartment is only 280 meters from the store. The app said delivery would come in 40 minutes, but it didn't come for about an hour. When I opened the pizzas, they had meat and onions on them, even though I had ordered something completely different. I called the store straight away and they said the driver would be there in ten minutes - but it took longer. I hope we'll pay more attention next time. Oh yes, they were also way too salty.
I really enjoy ordering from there often and I simply love the food! It's rare to find such a large selection of dishes. Buuuuut if you don't want to waste your time then please order by phone, regardless of whether it's for delivery or collection. Every time I order on the website it doesn't work. I wait for five minutes for nothing, only to get a message that the order could not be accepted. And for someone like me it is extremely annoying to order by phone, as I have a complicated-sounding address and then have to spell it out five times. I don't know what the problem is. Someone just has to walk to the terminal where the orders come flying in and press accept, the push of a button, nothing more. When someone orders online you surely get a message on your computer terminal tablet that someone has ordered, right? Then you simply click accept and the customer gets their order confirmation. On the other hand, as a digital freak I find it pretty uncool to be ghosted and thus forced to always place orders over the phone. Please fix this! Because constantly getting this error message is extremely frustrating
A nice Italian restaurant. With garden in summer. The pizza - I had special and additional onions - was delicious. You can order a spicy oil with it.
The selection of pizzas is huge. But of course there are also meat, fish and pasta dishes on the menu. And the restaurant is also open on Monday!

Unfortunately very incomprehensible on the phone.
Then we picked up the food and it wasn't what we ordered. When you asked, you were spoken to incomprehensibly and then told it wasn't that bad. They didn't want to bring us the correct food either and then they said it didn't matter and hung up on us. something like that doesn't work at all. A large portion of beef with rice was also ordered. But there was almost only rice in it. A small portion for about €4 less has just as much meat in it (already ordered in the past). The same applies to the portion of rice with chicken.
Price-performance ratio is not right at all!!!
In the past, sometimes more and sometimes less satisfied. The last 3 orders were always either wrong, only arrived after almost 90 minutes or were cold.
Of course it could be worse, which is why 1 star would have been too harsh, because you actually know what you're getting yourself into when you order something from a snack bar in the supermarket.
