The Ben's Cheeseburger was a dream, really unique taste and super delicious salad...it was a taste explosion...just WOW...

The restaurant is clean and well maintained. It's busy at lunchtime and therefore a bit noisy. Unfortunately, the service is completely overwhelmed. Relatively unfriendly and stressed. Food tasted good, but unfortunately it was served with a long wait and then even later than guests who arrived after us AND also with a delay so that we couldn't start together AND the side salad came at the same time instead of before, as usual. 1 meal was brought completely wrong and had to be refused, but they wanted to credit us with 1 drink and brought a side salad for free. The drink (juice spritzer was still on the bill at just under €6!). The boss was also present, but unfortunately didn't think it was necessary to help despite the restaurant being full and just looked at what the waitress was doing as she ran around alone. A no-go for me. There wasn't even time to ask us every now and then whether we would like to drink more or whether everything was okay. Since it was a business lunch, I was very embarrassed and would not recommend it for important appointments. The prices are simply not appropriate for what you get. When I quote prices like that, my service has to be top-notch and I have to deal differently with trivialities that CAN of course happen!

If you are in Kaufland and would like to eat something, you should consider whether you would like to pay €7 for a rock-hard kebab bread with moderately warm meat and an additional €1 for 2 small pieces of spicy cheese. And a Yufka for €8 where the bread isn't even warmed up beforehand is an absolute no go in my opinion. Of course, some customers are happy when things happen quickly, but warming the bread at least a little for another minute so that the whole Yufka doesn't taste cold is certainly more important to the customer. So I'm really disappointed. I don't want to complain about the price itself, as it has become so expensive everywhere. But the quality is really, really bad.

Unfortunately, the quality has noticeably dropped since the last time I visited on January 1st. It seems like there may have been a change in management. There was less variety overall, and the grilled meat and fish were particularly disappointing, lacking in flavor and clearly lower in quality. The service was also quite slow, especially when it came to getting the grilled fish, which took an unusually long time, perhaps an attempt to cut some costs. At 35€ per person, it’s really not worth it anymore. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

I used to eat kebab here often. Unfortunately, things are no longer the same as they used to be. I had raw chicken on my kebab. The health department was informed. It was not possible to contact the owner. Anyone who is concerned about their health should never eat kebab here.
