One of the best Vietnamese people I know! Every time I'm in Bonn, a visit is mandatory. Super friendly staff who also cater to special requests and allergies. The portions are generous, everything tastes fresh and really tasty. Authentic Vietnamese cuisine without unnecessary frills – absolute recommendation!

Saigon Garten offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable right away. The menu is extensive, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from—some even with pictures, which helps a lot when deciding. We visited on a Sunday evening and the place was completely full, so I definitely recommend making a reservation in advance. Despite how busy it was, the staff remained very friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Our food arrived quickly and was beautifully presented—you can tell they put a lot of care into the details. The portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Prices are average and fair for what you get. Card payment is accepted, which is always a plus. Overall, Saigon Garten is a great spot for delicious Vietnamese food, warm service, and a relaxed dining experience. Highly recommended!

A nice atmosphere, the food was delicious and came very quickly. If the price-performance ratio was better, I would recommend the restaurant. However, we were very surprised that the prices on the menu in the restaurant were sometimes very different from those on the in-house website, sometimes up to €5 per dish. As an explanation, the waiter told us that the responsible IT person was currently on vacation in Vietnam. Unfortunately, the waiter wasn't so friendly anymore, didn't offer us a price reduction as a gesture of goodwill and didn't say goodbye to us nicely either. I hope for future guests that the menu will be adjusted quickly.

The food was good, but we were there shortly before 8 p.m., had paid and briefly went to the toilet. Then the boss (?) came and informed us twice in a very unfriendly tone that they were closing now and we had to leave. I've never experienced that before, it was very unfriendly and not customer-oriented at all. That's why we can't recommend it, because it's also very small and narrow and dark. Too bad! But that's not a service!

For about a year now, the restaurant has been under new Vietnamese management and has a completely new concept. We've been there three times in three weeks and have been absolutely thrilled every time! The Vietnamese cuisine is authentic, fresh, and simply sensational. We've thoroughly enjoyed every dish we've tried. The portions are also very generous – no one will go home hungry. We'd especially like to emphasize the friendly and welcoming service. The waitresses don't yet speak perfect German, but with a little patience, communication is easy. The owner is the chef himself – a true Vietnamese chef – and conjures up outstanding dishes. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine in Bonn-Bad Godesberg!

Small Vietnamese restaurant. We found a place even without a reservation. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was very friendly and quick.

Try other alternatives... Portions are 1/3 smaller than usual, but still overpriced... Unfortunately, the seasoning was also quite poor, and the dishes lacked the authentic Vietnamese flavors I was hoping for. I have no clue how it could cost 30 euro per person with such a simplicity.

No restaurant that I know comes close. The staff is super friendly. We were there with our son (1 year old) and they often joked with him and simply put a few sliced ​​orange pieces there. Afterwards he got a cucumber. That was so sweet 😍 our little one was pretty happy about it ☺️ We'll go there again at any time.😃 The price-performance ratio can't be beat.
