Ich will die Punkte nach einander abarbeiten. Meine Frau war gestern hier und fand das essen wirklich gut und ansehnlich, siehe hierzu das Foto. Die Frau im Service war unsympathisch, schnippig und wollte meine Frau teilweise nicht verstehen. Meine Frau hatte dann etwas im Laden zurueck gelassen und rief daraufhin an. Dies war 3-4 Minuten nach dem sie das Restaurant verlassen hatte. Die Frau am Telefon machte sich nichtmal die Muehe nachzusehen und sagt direkt "Nein, nein gibt es nicht". wie kann sie das wissen, wenn die antwort direkt kommt und.sie.nicht einmal.nachgesehen hat?! Zum Ambiente muss ich nicht viel sagen, es ist wirklich schoen. Das Servicepersonal war am 03.06.26 jedoch ein No-Go

Ich liebe das Essen hier! Bedienung ist immer freundlich, alles wird schnell gebracht und bisher habe ich noch nie auf einen Tisch gewartet

Ich hatte eine Pho mit Rindfleisch bestellt. Das Rindfleisch musste ich zusätzlich bezahlen. Als ich meine Bestellung erhielt, befand sich jedoch Tofu statt Rindfleisch in meiner Pho. Ich habe angerufen, um dies zu reklamieren, und mir wurde gesagt, man würde mich zurückrufen, was jedoch nie passiert ist. Nachdem sich nichts getan hatte, habe ich erneut angerufen. Dort sagte man mir, ich könne es einfach so essen. Ich finde diese Antwort unverschämt, insbesondere da ich erwähnt habe, dass ich Tofu nicht vertrage und für das Rindfleisch extra bezahlt habe. Man hat mir lediglich vorgeschlagen, erneut zu bestellen und die Pho noch einmal zu bezahlen. Ich war eigentlich immer zufrieden mit dem Essen dort, aber das war das letzte Mal, dass ich dort bestellt habe.

Extrem schlechter Service. Wir haben versehentlich doppelt bezahlt, weil wir einander einladen wollten. Als wir es festgestellt haben, haben uns die Mitarbeiter eine Stunde im Regen stehen lassen und gesagt, dass wir es nicht ausreichend beweisen können (trotz Banküberweisung und Beleg). Wir hatten eigentlich geplant den doppelt bezahlten Betrag dort wieder zu verwenden, aber stattdessen wurden wir unfreundlich und wie Betrüger behandelt, obwohl der Fehler beim Restaurant lag. Wir werden nie wieder dorthin gehen. Das Geld konnten wir am Ende trotzdem zurückbekommen.

Es war sehr lecker und mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet.

Essen sehr lecker! Liebe die Nummer 59. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und flink. In der oberen Etage ist es etwas ruhiger, aber dort ist nicht immer geöffnet.

Sehr gemischte Erfahrungen. Ich fand das Essen lange Zeit lang gut, aber irgendwie hat es nachgelassen. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer total lieb. Die Sommerollen und Pho finde ich nach wie vor stark, der Beilagenreis ist super, aber die Nudelgerichte, Currys oder "Sauce+Gemüse+Reis"-Gerichte waren wenig aromatisch. Eine sehr stärkehaltige Basis-Sauce mit verschiedenen Aromen - hat mich teilweise echt an Kantinenessen erinnert. Insgesamt ist es ein "eingedeutschtes" asiatisches Restaurant und in letzter Zeit hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht mehr gestimmt. Ich glaube, ich gehe nicht mehr hin.

Naja. Zentrale Lage in der City und Plätze gab es in der Rush Hour auch sofort. Das Essen war das Übliche, geschmacklich eher Durchschnitt. Dafür gar nicht mal so günstig. Kurios: die Kellnerin wollte ein 2€-Stück nicht annehmen, weil es leicht verschmutzt war. Hab‘ ich auch noch nicht erlebt. Naja, hätte auch zum Trinkgeld gehört. 😎

Das Restaurantpersonal war freundlich und das Essen lecker! Viele vegetarische Optionen.

Gebe nicht gerne fünf Sterne aber finde hier nichts zu kritisieren; auch die Preise sind vernünftig…

Das Essen war okay, aber der Kundenservice könnte besser sein, die Angestellten freundlicher. Ein junger Mann schaute mich an, als ob ich ihm Geld schulden würde, und warf mir einen vernichtenden Blick zu, als ich ihn höflich bat, mein Essen einzupacken und die Rechnung zu bringen. Ich werde dort sowieso nicht wieder hingehen.

Das Ambiente im Innenraum ist ganz schön. Wir haben aber draußen gesessen und waren natürlich den ganzen Fußgängern im Blickfeld. Die Sitzmöbel waren okay. Das Essen auch. Aber eben nicht herausragend lecker. War einfach okay. Das Angebot ist vielfältig. Vielleicht gehe ich noch einmal hin und probiere ein Bowl. Die sah auf den Nebentischen gut aus.

Der sehr positive Eindruck unseres ersten Besuchs hat sich beim zweiten Besuch gefestigt: Platz ohne Reservierung bekommen, schneller und freundlicher Service, leckere Getränke. Das Essen kam fix, war ganz frisch zubereitet und wirklich super gewürzt und lecker. Wir kommen wieder 😊

Eines meiner Lieblingsrestaurants in Bonn. Das Essen ist von guter Qualität. Leider müssen wir jedes Mal lange auf die Bedienung warten, wenn wir etwas bestellen oder bezahlen wollen, und beim letzten Besuch war das Restaurant nicht einmal besonders voll. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm und gemütlich, aber man sollte bedenken, dass es recht laut werden kann, wenn das Restaurant voll ist. Es empfiehlt sich, zu reservieren, da das Restaurant an Abenden sehr beliebt ist.

Wir Wind hier Stammkunden. Das Essen ist gut, allerdings happert es ist oft an bestimmten Dingen in der Organisation. Wenn man einen bestimmten Sitzplatz zb haben möchte den man online ausfüllen kann kommt es vor das man den Sitzplatz nicht bekommt und in der oberen Etage zu ist . Das Personal ist zum größten Teil freundlich, es kommt aber auch hier immer darauf an auf wem man trifft.

Hier zu essen hat sich absolut gelohnt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Sehr leckeres Essen wo auch noch das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Das Ambiente erinnert eher an Imbiss als an Restaurant, aber es ist ja auch ein Vietnamese und kein Schnitzelhaus.

Wir haben jetzt in der letzten Zeit mehrmals Essen bestellt und sind mit dem Lieferservice und dem Geschmack rundum zufrieden. In der Regel wartet man schon etwas länger auf die Lieferung, aber das erklärt sich mit der Zubereitungszeit, da alles frisch gekocht wird. Das Bestellen online ist übersichtlich gestaltet und lässt sich daher sehr einfach bedienen. Gerne wieder!

Köstliche Pho mit Rindfleisch und einer tollen Getränkekarte!

Sehr schönes vietnamesisches Restaurant in der Innenstadt. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr geschmackvoll, sehr gemütlich und mit einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir waren das 1. Mal zum Abendessen da und haben ohne Reservierung einen Tisch für 2 Personen bekommen.

Das schlechteste Bun Bo Nam Bo, das ich je gegessen habe.

Das Essen hier ist ganz lecker, leider teilweise etwas "deutsch" gewürzt aber das scheint ja die meisten Kund*innen nicht zu stören. Es gibt eine ganz gute Auswahl an vegetarischen Gerichten und auch sonst sollten alle auf der Karte etwas finden. Das Ambiente ist etwas kühl und leer, es könnte auch mal wieder gestrichen werden. Die Karten sind leider sehr fettig und könnten gerne mal neu gedruckt oder zumindest mal abgewischt werden. Der Service ist ok, bei den letzten 2 Besuchen wurden uns aber leider nicht die bestellten Gerichte gebracht. Man hat auch immer wieder den Eindruck, dass hier nicht jeder über seine Aufgaben bescheid weiß. Nicht der beste Vietnamnese in Bonn aber als Ausweichmöglichkeit absolut ok.

Das Essen im Cay Tre in Bonn war wirklich gut und reichlich, und auch die Bedienung wirkte zunächst freundlich. Preis-Leistung passt also durchaus. Das Hauptgericht kam zwar schon, bevor wir die Vorspeise fertig hatten… kann passieren, war aber noch okay. Was uns leider gestört hat: Nachdem die Teller des Hauptgangs abgeräumt waren, schien unser Tisch komplett aus dem Radar zu verschwinden. Keine Nachfrage nach Dessert oder weiteren Getränken. Stattdessen kam man rund 45 Minuten vor Schließung an den Tisch, um direkt abzurechnen, mit dem Hinweis, dass ja „gleich“ geschlossen würde. Das wirkt eher gehetzt und weniger wie ein aufmerksamer Service. Insgesamt gutes Essen, aber der Service sollte deutlich aufmerksamer sein, damit das Gesamtbild stimmt.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant! The food at Cay Tre is incredibly aromatic, fresh, and authentic – you can immediately taste the high-quality ingredients and genuine passion that go into the cooking. The dishes are perfectly balanced, not over-seasoned, but perfectly balanced and full of flavor. The service was very friendly, attentive, and professional without being intrusive. The atmosphere is also pleasant – modern, cozy, and clean. The value for money is excellent, and you leave the restaurant feeling like you've eaten something special. A clear 5 stars for me and an absolute recommendation – I'll definitely be back!

The food is quite good, but in my opinion far too expensive.

It is one of the best asian food I’ve tried in Bonn. The food is so tasty and has high quality. The staff are also very nice. Some dishes are a bit sweeter than expected but overall I liked it.

The drinks were delicious. The coconut cream with rice noodles, chicken, and duck were also very tasty. As for the chicken, I would suggest serving the meat sliced; it's easier to handle than having to cut the meat up first. We had two teas with ginger, lime, mint, and orange and lemongrass. They were also incredibly delicious.

I can especially recommend this Vietnamese restaurant, especially No. 31 – the pho is really good. What impresses me most, however, is the attitude of the entire staff: always very polite and without any pressure on the guests. You can also pay by card, regardless of the amount, which is very convenient.

We went there for dinner; my better half had been recommending it to me for a while. When we ordered, the starter came before the drinks, which was a bit surprising. Then the main course came, and we were extremely disappointed. Both dishes were warm at best, not even remotely hot, the meat was tough, and the food was bland. The price was reasonable, though. Unfortunately, we realized later at home that it wasn't good. We won't be coming back; there are better alternatives in Bonn.

There were three of us, and it was very busy during the day, so I thought it made sense to make a reservation shortly beforehand. Our food still came very quickly, and the portions were very generous. We enjoyed it. The restrooms could have been a bit cleaner, though, and we were overlooked a few times. Still, it's highly recommended; we'd be happy to come back.

A chic little restaurant, easy to reach, plenty of space, and a wonderful atmosphere. I value great food, and you can really enjoy it here; you're never disappointed. The Pho soup is very tasty. I definitely recommend it.

The tables on the street are close together, there were two young men sitting next to her who spoke for an hour so that I had to stuff napkins into my ears to escape the pain. I ordered the Pho Xao (vegetarian) – it was okay, a bit on the bland side for my taste, but not bad at all. 🍜🥬 The Mango Mint Lemonade was the real star of the meal – super refreshing and full of flavor! 🍹🥭🌿 I’d definitely come back just for that. Finished off with Banh Ran for dessert and it was delicious – warm, perfectly cooked, and a great way to end the meal. 🍩🔥😋 Would recommend for a casual meal with a few standout items! 💫

Went there for dinner yesterday on a whim. The creamy coconut curry was completely watery and unseasoned...it was basically broccoli soup. The rice noodles with shrimp were a disgrace. Just warm noodles in cheap coconut milk with nothing...the only thing that tasted good was the fried appetizer 🤷‍♂️

Great Vietnamese restaurant in Bonn! Cay Tre is easy to reach by public transport and there are several parking garages nearby - so it's also easy to get by car. The staff is very friendly and attentive, you immediately feel welcome. The menu offers a great selection - there is something for every taste. The food was consistently delicious, freshly prepared and beautifully presented. Particularly noteworthy is the price-performance ratio – great! We'll definitely be back. A reservation is recommended as the restaurant is busy - and rightly so!

We (couple of 2 people) had reserved in advance because we knew from previous visits that Saturdays are always busy. When we arrived for our reserved time, we were informed that we could only sit outside. A reservation for the indoor area would not be possible. If we don't want this we should leave again. Dear ladies and gentlemen from the service team: This is not true. We have made reservations in your restaurant several times and have always been seated inside. We question the idea of ​​enjoying a warm meal at 7 p.m. at 6°C. We then left without eating and will certainly not come back, also because of your rude request: "If you don't want this, then just go somewhere else". That's not how you treat guests.

First of all, the food was good and I would come back. Unfortunately we waited a very long time. I had to watch as the food from the kitchen waited several minutes to be brought to the tables. Sometimes it went back because no one knew which table it was supposed to be at. The kitchen is not the weak point here, but rather the lack of coordination in the service. I hope it was just a blip today, because the people were very nice, especially the waitress. In my opinion, she had the insight. I hope for the best and keep my fingers crossed

I came across this restaurant by chance and I am completely amazed. I love Vietnamese food and it is particularly good here. The food is fresh and there are many vegetarian and vegan options. The service was quick and friendly. Overall, highly recommended.

I've been eating there regularly for a year. It's really very very good. Unfortunately, the food never arrives warm to the guest. Therefore points deducted. Better organization with the kitchen and the distribution of food would be desirable.

Overpriced, untasty food. What annoyed us was that they use authentic name for very germanized-served dishes. I was so happy to see "Kho tộ" and what came out was stir-fry beef with so many different vegetables swimming in liquid juice. My boyfriend is a German but he could recognize right away that his Bun bo la lot was served in a wrong way (everything mixed together in a big plate, meanwhile they should be served separately), and the meat was tasteless /badly-seasoned. We don't have problems with germanized food, but if you can't serve the food in an authentic way, stop putting the wrong name in the menu so people can make decisions according to their personal preferences. The waiter was super unfriendly and didn't call the dishes properly (we were there at around 20:30 on 27/02/2025). We already had our favorite Vietnamese restaurants in Bonn and still wanted to try out this new one. But from this experience we will just never come here again.

Overall, the restaurant is recommended - there are better and worse Vietnamese restaurants in Bonn. Unfortunately, the summer rolls on the appetizer plate stuck together so badly that they had to be cut apart so that they wouldn't open when separated. But the main courses were excellent.
