If Vietnamese cuisine tastes like this, then it's a hit! We all enjoyed it very much. It was a joy to see the presentation of the food on the plates. The staff were very friendly, the food was prepared quickly and the atmosphere was great too. We would also have been happy if the floor in the toilet hadn't stuck so much... Update Nov 2024: very good! Update mid-July 2023: We were very satisfied again. Update mid-December 2023: This time too we had our food very quickly and it tasted excellent again.

We've dined here many times, the food is excellent, 5 stars for the price. However, far too often the service has been unreliable and the waiting times too long. One waiter alone cannot take the orders, make the drinks, clean and serve the 20 tables, then handle the payments - still cash only, which seem to be a recurring issue given the other reviews.

It was just great! From the delicious starters (mixed platter for 2) to the delicious non-alcoholic mixed drinks to the main course and finally the Vietnamese coffee - everything was perfect. Large and exciting selection of vegetarian dishes gives you extra points! And everything is really affordable and not overpriced!!! When we are back in Bonn, we would like to come by again.

Very positive. In my opinion the best Vietnamese in Bonn. I have already recommended the restaurant to colleagues and they have always received very positive feedback after they have eaten here. I agree with the previous speakers, the ingredients are very fresh. What I particularly like is that not everything is completely overcooked, but you can taste the individual ingredients as you eat and they are combined very harmoniously. They also put effort into the rice and it is very aromatic. The atmosphere is down-to-earth and pleasant, just like the owners. Comes highly recommended!

The restaurant is relatively small, but was well attended on a Sunday evening. The food is super tasty and totally recommended. I would bring some time as it takes a little longer. But it's worth the wait.

We were at Cloud Vietnam on Friday evening and were able to easily reserve a table two hours before arrival, even though the restaurant is rather small. Despite the full house and few staff, the drinks and food were served quickly. The appetizer platter (tapas for two people) was fantastic – it was easily enough for three people! The main courses were also very tasty, sufficiently portioned and authentically Vietnamese. Overall, a great taste experience in a cozy atmosphere.

A nice little restaurant in Bonn with a very cozy atmosphere. Choosing the dishes on the menu wasn't that easy for me. The quality of the food is absolutely fine. The portion size could have been a little more. The staff very friendly and accommodating. In terms of price-performance ratio, it's a bit too expensive for me.

Had a really good dinner, the soup hit the spot. Broth had a slight kick and great beef flavor, would recommend.

My absolute highlight in Bonn. Since we live nearby, we like to pick up food. The cash issue is a bit annoying, but I'll take a detour to the ATM for this meal. The vegetarian spring rolls are incredibly delicious and the heavenly cloud sauce with Viet basil makes all your senses dance. :) I love Cloud

I ordered for the first time today via Lieferando. According to the good reviews on Lieferando and Google, we decided to try the food. Plus points: fast delivery - can be delivered within the specified time, warm food, the summer rolls with tofu and chili sweet and sour sauce tasted excellent and fresh. I prefer the peanut sauce with the rolls but the chili sweet and sour sauce was great. Minus points - delivery costs, service charge, unfortunately I didn't like the main dish (Bun Thap Cam) at all. Hardly any sauce but too many noodles and little toppings or beef. The meat tasted weak. I know the rice noodles differently in this dish. They were too fat for me. Bun is my absolute favorite dish and unfortunately Cloud was a complete disappointment. Unfortunately, the entire meal was far too expensive due to the delivery costs and service charge. The overall package has to fit - unfortunately it didn't. No more orders are made there. I'll try Mam Mam Bonn next time.

Das Restaurant bietet eine gute Auswahl an vietnamesischen Gerichten. Man hat eine gute Wahl aus Vorspeisen, Suppen, Hauptgerichte und Desserts. Außerdem gibt einen Mittagstisch. Es liegt verkehrsgünstig am Bonner Talweg, ganz in der Nähe der Haltestelle Ritttershausstraße. Wir waren abends spontan da und haben einen Tisch bekommen, die Anzahl der Plätze ist jedoch begrenzt, daher besser reservieren bei großem Andrang oder mit mehreren Personen. Der Service war sehr freundlich und das Essen kam schnell mit einem serh guten Abstand zwischen Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichten. Alles war frisch, von guter Qualität und alles sehr lecker. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Meine Frau und ich haben uns schon auf die Eröffnung des neuen Restaurants Cloud gefreut. Heute am Eröffnungstag war es soweit und wir haben uns zwei Vorspeisen und zwei Hauptgerichte bestellt. Alles schmeckte sehr sehr lecker und fein im Geschmack. Dazu würde ich sehr freundlich empfangen und fühlte mich direkt wohl. Daher volle und verdiente fünf Sterne von uns. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Selten so gut gegessen. Von Außen eher unscheinbar, innen ein Juwel. Beide Bedienungen waren sehr freundlich, sehr geringe Wartezeit, obwohl das Lokal gut besucht war. Auf Sonderwünsche wurde eingegangen, Fragen zu Speisen kompetent und verständlich erklärt. Wir hatten zu viert zwei Vorspeisen, jeder einen Hauptgang und jeder zwei Getränke, trotzdem sind wir unter 100 Euro geblieben - sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Reservierung muss nicht sein, ist aber empfehlenswert. Alle Speisen waren sehr schön angerichtet und waren tatsächlich eine Geschmacksexplosion, sensationell lecker. Teilweise barrierefrei, die Toilettenräume sauber. NUR BARZAHLUNG MÖGLICH

Das beste originellste und originalste Vietnam Restaurent in Deutschland, das ich besucht habe. Als Vietnamese aus dem Süden, der gerne kocht, lege ich viel Wert auf die Authentizität der vietnamesischen Küche, diese habe ich bislang in wenigen Restaurents im Ausland gefunden. Cloud-Restaurent ist mein bester Wahl! Sehr freundliche Bedienung und anmütige Ambiente!

Das Essen ist top!! Das Personal oft überfordert, aber voll ok. Der ärgerlichste Punkt ist, dass man ausschließlich mit Bargeld bezahlen muss. Ich habe seit Jahren kein Bargeld mehr. Die Begründung mit den Gebühren ist in der heutigen Zeit, nicht mehr haltbar. Jeder kleine Onlineshop muss logischerweise auch Visa und Co. akzeptieren und hat kleine Gebühren dafür zu tragen. Aber ich vermute hier hat es wohl steuerliche Gründe.
