In general good food, but we got a hardly eatable piece of sake: there was mor fat than fish - in out maki. And the coffee was watery. Maybe we just had bad luck, but still not excited.

This Japanese restaurant is run by a Japanese owner, and everything about it was excellent – the food was super tasty, the service was friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. I stopped by during my travels, so I’m not sure if I’ll have the chance to visit again, but if I lived nearby, I would definitely become all the time!

I often get sushi from the two ladies, which is always incredibly tasty and, above all, cheap. But today I got the Korean fried noodles. What can I say? I'm thrilled. My colleagues and customers turned around because it smelled so good. I will now get my lunch from sushibab. I paid €25 for 2 people for sushi plus the glass noodle dish. You can't even cook for yourself cheaper

An absolutely wonderful restaurant, it is very cutely decorated in Japanese style. But: it is not run by Japanese people. I was very skeptical about this at first, but that has absolutely been proven wrong. The food was incredibly tasty, you didn't have to wait long, the staff was very friendly and the sushi was prepared at the counter. We ordered takoyaki, gyoza and sushi. The takoyaki in particular were extremely tasty! The only drawback: it is also very, very expensive. I think 4 takoyaki cost €8.50, but the money was simply worth spending.

I have never been so surprised, the waiter was very nice, the food 11/10, the shop location is flexible, you really can't complain, everything is fresh, as expected, I have seen such hospitality, wow.

For me, this is the best sushi shop in Cologne and an absolute insider tip. I can't count how many times I've been here. The all-you-can-eat sushi is absolutely fair and always delicious. The only thing that changes from time to time is what's included in the small all-you-can-eat menu. Sometimes they include ice cream, sometimes they don't. Sometimes they only serve edamame cold at the salad bar, sometimes they only serve it warm. But otherwise, I absolutely recommend it!

Very good food, we have been getting our sushi there since the Sushi Bar opened. Service excellent, very friendly and nice. Best sushi bar I know in Cologne. Quality of the sushi is great. I am Asian, and I thought it was an Asian restaurant at first, but later I found out it was opened by Turkish. I came late but the waiter still served me. When I paid, the POS machine had a problem and I had to pay in cash. The chef should go to Japan for further studies if he has a chance. He may not understand the concept of nigiri, which is not simply equal to fish and rice. The amount of rice was too large and there was no seasoning, so I could only barely eat it with soy sauce and mustard. Keep going bro!

You should definitely update your opening hours when you are on holiday and also update the whole thing on Lieferando. You can currently order from Lieferando, but there is no one there and you are closed.

I've eaten at Kaizen several times now and each time my companion and I have been thrilled by the quality and presentation of the food. Consideration is also given to people who eat vegan or gluten-free foods. I would love to come back and am already looking forward to the next time ☺️

Rather expensive, but also simply the best sushi in Cologne. Few places and 1 sushi master. Be sure to reserve several days in advance. I recommend trying the tuna or salmon tartare!

Yes, it's pretty good, but SushiNara on Friesenstrasse has an even better price-performance ratio. I find the rice a bit boring here, there could be more vinegar in it.
