Staff are really nice. Proces are very affordable.

Tables were immediately wiped. Despite the small kitchen, the food arrived relatively quickly and was beautifully presented with radish strips and baked or fried grated sweet potatoes. Very nicely presented and incredibly delicious. I had the homemade lemonade, which wasn't too sweet and flavored with mint. It came with avocado, kanpyo maki, and veggie fried rolls. I highly recommend it!

At first, I wasn't sure where we'd ended up—a tiny restaurant with an interesting selection of music (at the time), but we sat down and were served kindly. Once we'd chosen our food, everything was freshly made a la minute. You could really taste the difference between fresh and all-you-can-eat sushi. The salmon melted in your mouth, and everything was pure. The fresh lemonade you could order is also highly recommended! We received friendly service; don't expect high-end service, but the food and the friendliness were so worth it.

The food? Simply delicious! Fresh, lovingly prepared, and with a delicate balance of flavors. You can simply taste the passion that goes into the cooking here. But what really impressed me was the openness to improvement. They actively asked if they had any suggestions on where they could improve, or what they might want as a guest. This honest ability to accept criticism and the desire to continue to develop deserve the utmost respect.

Expensive but very good sushi shop

Great place. Small, cozy restaurant with a summer terrace. The food is always fresh, sushi and rolls are aesthetic and have a good amount of fish. It feels like it was cooked for yourself. High quality and tasty 🤤 One of the staff speaks Russian. I will be happy to come to you again and again. Thank you!

It was really bad. We ordered rolls - they fell apart as if there was no rice for sushi, the rolls tasted good, but how can you eat them if you can't take them?! The waiter made a mistake without asking, and of course we paid for his joint. The dessert with ice cream inside (mochi) was unreasonably small and was brought at the same time as all the dishes - of course the ice cream melted immediately. No one even brought a napkin. After we took the cutlery, the basket with napkins was taken away. Nothing was embarrassing? We ordered gyoza - they were stale. Of the entire order, only the Dim Sam, soy sauce and cola with lime turned out to be tasty. And the question is why is there a rating of 4.7? Were we served so badly because we don't speak German? 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The fish is extremely fresh and of truly high quality – you can immediately tell that they place great emphasis on the finest ingredients. Every bite was a delight! The presentation is a real highlight – beautifully arranged, almost too good to eat. The service? Fast, friendly, and attentive – just what you'd expect. Despite the top quality, the prices are absolutely fair. For what you get, the value for money is truly unbeatable. For me, it's clearly one of the best sushi restaurants in Cologne. I'm a really hard person to convince, but this place is truly amazing! The food was a solid 11/10, and Toni's service was extremely, extremely good! We got our food in less than 10 minutes (!). Hardly any wait. We'll definitely be back and recommend it to everyone.

We went to Hachik Sushi with a large group – and everyone was thrilled! The quality of the food was outstanding: extremely fresh ingredients, perfectly prepared, and simply sensational in taste. The selection of sushi creations was diverse and creative – from classic versions to exciting original creations. Each plate was a small work of art, and you could taste the care and craftsmanship in every bite. The organization was also excellent. Despite the group size, the service was smooth, friendly, and attentive. In conclusion: Hachik Sushi completely impressed us with its culinary offerings – a true highlight for every sushi fan. We'll definitely be back!

Friendly service, pleasant atmosphere. The crispy duck ramen was really good – the duck was freshly roasted and the soup was very flavorful. However, the filling was a bit small in comparison. Overall, the price was reasonable at €15.

Unfortunately the sushi wasn't good. The food was undercooked - both the chicken and the salmon were raw. The taste was also disappointing. Only the bottled drinks were okay.

Wir waren als Familie auf der Durchreise und hatten Lust auf Sushi. Wir wurden in keiner Weise enttäuscht! Im Gegenteil: Ein absoluter Höhepunkt. Alle Gänge ausgezeichnet: Vorspeise/Hauptgang und Dessert zu einem tollen Preis. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Ein Must have in Köln.

Pretty decent sushi. They even have Gluten Free soy sauce / tamari. Their menu did not have the most accurate labels for GF foods (some items that clearly have wheat, like ramen noodles or teriyaki, did not have the gluten marker). Simple maki and nigiri felt like the safest option for me. Price point was very reasonable and nice staff.

The best sushi experience in Cologne for us! We enjoyed it very much. The sushi was lovingly prepared and tasted fantastic. Everything was super fresh and you could enjoy your food in a pleasant, quiet atmosphere. We can recommend the restaurant without reservation. Price/performance is right.

Five people called 5 minutes in advance to reserve the table for us, everything was delicious and the service was very nice. Will come back and the chef is also very nice and friendly.

My rating refers to the main course Pho, which was unfortunately a big disappointment for me. According to the menu, there are fresh herbs included - this probably referred to the one stalk of Thai basil, which was intended more as a garnish than to add flavor. Unfortunately, when I asked, there was no coriander (it generally isn't available here), which I find indispensable in a Pho. Something positive - the service was very friendly and the food came very quickly. I would give the restaurant another chance and order sushi next time, as there are very positive reviews about it

Fits. Very nice service - extensive menu, we were too lazy to search and opted for the sushi platter for 2. Since we often go to the Japanese restaurant in Düdorf, we were excited. And we weren't disappointed. Really good, tasty, price/performance ratio is right. It's a shame that there are only so few places locally.

Attention, the review is not about the food. Unfortunately we didn't get a table despite having a reservation. We were succinctly told that the system automatically accepts and confirms reservations, even if there are no tables. We had to wait at least 30 minutes for the table.

Unfortunately there was no space for us despite a confirmed reservation. Of course, this is even more disappointing on Valentine's Day. If you use a reservation system, you should also make sure that it works. Unfortunately we cannot rate the food. The ambience is generally okay, but the tables are extremely close together. Private conversation content is therefore either taboo or the person sitting next to you is simply listening.

The food is super tasty but I ordered Pho and the broth didn't taste like anything, the coriander flavor was very strong. Sorry, but I have to say, the sushi is very tasty. The mochi is still completely frozen. But the service is good.

I feel sorry for the German people who eat this food thinking it is gyudon. Looking at other people's food, it seems like sushi is served in Japan. Gyudon was not the Japanese food I knew, but closer to Thai food.

We had an excellent experience. The sushi was first class - especially the spicy tuna and crispy rolls were fresh, flavorful and perfectly prepared. But it wasn't just the food that was great, we were also impressed by the hospitality. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making my wife, our small child and I feel completely at home. As guests from Asia, we really appreciate authentic sushi - and here our expectations were exceeded. A fantastic place for top quality sushi and a family friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I found the sushi to be above average. Not only the craftsmanship, but also the fish seemed to me to be of very good quality for the price. The kimchi was also good and tasty, the service was great. The cafe left a mixed impression. The sushi rice was a little sour, and for some reason there was a hint of lemon. The tom-yum was tasty, but not at all like tom-yum. and it would be great if the staff indicated how long it would take to prepare the dish. my friends received their order after we had already eaten our food.

Unfortunately I can't share all the very good reviews. The vegetarian udon noodles with lemongrass were totally bland and there could have been a lot more vegetables. The starter of shrimp baked in potato threads was a bit too dark. The atmosphere is very simple, the service is friendly and attentive. I wouldn't go here again because of the food.
