Some of the best sushi I've had in Cologne. We always order sushi and have it delivered. Fast delivery, excellent quality, and even comments like "No wasabi mayo, please" are taken into account. Highly recommended!

We are extremely disappointed. We arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 p.m., and upon arrival, we were told that all-you-can-eat was only available at the bar, which is a bit questionable. We sat down and ordered drinks. These arrived after 10 minutes. No table in the restaurant. We then all ordered an appetizer and a round of sushi. Sushi came before the appetizer. After the second course arrived, we were ignored for 46 minutes. After 40 minutes, I asked when our food would be coming, and he said a few minutes. In the end, we paid for only two buffets for three people, but we couldn't even get the food we wanted, and, above all, we left the restaurant still hungry. The service was so disorganized and intolerable. In our opinion, there wasn't much goodwill. I would have invited the entire table, and we're all restaurant professionals, but that was completely unacceptable. It's best not to choose dine-in here.

Very good and fresh sushi. We've been ordering here for a long time and are always very satisfied.

Maybe we just caught it on a bad day. There were seven of us, but there were only a few other guests there. In total, we spent more than two hours there—mostly waiting—for a few drinks and one meal each. The food was delicious, but we really just wanted something *quick* to eat. Last but not least, the card payment also caused problems.

We've ordered twice already. It's delicious, but the delivery was incorrect. It was then replaced about an hour later. There's a language barrier over the phone, depending on who's answering.

We've been ordering from here for years and if something wasn't right they either brought a replacement or left a note for the next order. This has happened maybe three times over the years. Today all the sushi was sour and inedible. The fish didn't look fresh in our opinion. Pale and dull. The only edible thing was the fried rolls. We were put through to the manager on the phone, but he barely speaks the language and communication was impossible. The employee wasn't interested in finding a solution and said we should complain to Lieferando. The sushi is tasty and fresh. Well, that's been the case until now. That's why we've been ordering for years. But not today! Sour and inedible. We weren't offered a solution. That's how you lose long-standing customers. Never again!

The food is very tasty and unique

My friend urgently needed to use the restroom. Since there were no restrooms nearby, she asked if she could use them. She was then asked for €1. Since she didn't have her wallet with her, she was denied access (it was really urgent). Unfriendly. I understand that restroom tourism isn't good, but in this case, it was a young lady in distress.

I somehow decided to cross the street before taking the car to go home, after having a walk in the Deutz area. I am not a Sushi person, but I saw the place and thought of bringing somehow Sushi home for my girlfriend. Checked the menu, and I noticed they had some meals, so I got myself their Thai Curry, with chicken. The staff was friendly, the restaurant looked cleaned and the takeaway was well packaged. Once I got home, we tried the food and it was really good. I personally found the Thai Curry to be one of the best I have had in town. It actually had a lot of flavors, unlike many others where it's just a watery coconut milk type of thing, very plain, with safe flavors. The one at Wasabi Fun had strong seasoning and was special. Fully recommended.

Fantastic! We just wanted to grab a bite to eat and were very pleasantly surprised. The son's special wishes were fully met. We eat sushi often and this sushi was fresh, the ingredients were extremely good, especially the salmon. Very comfortable seating and friendly service. We can highly recommend the restaurant.

Everything was great, even if the 20 minute delivery time couldn't be met (we expected that at 5 p.m. during the week, definitely a traffic jam). Only the crispy roll arrived soggy, so as a tip: extra sauce, then it doesn't get soggy ;)

I like to pick up sushi in the evening. The staff are very accommodating and it never takes longer than 10 minutes. The sushi is very tasty and the miso soup is particularly good.

Unfortunately this time not as satisfied as usual. The last deliveries took a long time to arrive and yesterday the warm dishes were unfortunately already cold. But the taste was good as always.

The staff's charisma is very warm, friendly and authentic. I ordered by phone and picked up the food there. The ambience with the calm and pleasant music has a totally positive effect on your mood. The food was fresh, with crunchy vegetables and very tasty. Thanks!

Food was ok but if you consider that the shop is called Wasabi Fun and the ambience has nothing to do with Wasabi, neither with Asia, it's okay... Weird music is also playing... So if you want to eat Asian food and feel like you're sitting in an Ikea furniture store, you should definitely visit this store... Not for me... I definitely can't recommend it any further.

This is the second time I've ordered there and I can only say WOW. The portions are very generous, as well as sashimi, very fresh and incredibly tasty. Customer service very friendly and patient. So far the best sushi I have ever eaten in Cologne. You can't say anything more than recommendable!!!!

Soy sauce is tiny and not enough, has to be ordered with it. Sushi falls apart completely, the rice was still a bit hard

I ordered sushi worth €30 through Lieferando. I had it delivered to the hotel. The delivery came without soy sauce. Apparently it was forgotten. The restaurant refunded the order and even sent a driver to bring extra soy sauce. Great service! Really good shop. Sushi tasted good. That's what I call real service. Keep it up!

Very nice sushi in an unassuming location. We were a little worried when we went in as we were the only customers, but no worries (we were there rather early). The sushi was very nice and there were some innovative options (tempura 🍤 were sat on top of roll).

The ambience is nothing like a sushi bar. The all you can eat is pure chaos. Some things are not included, but listed so poorly that even the staff explained it incorrectly. Unfortunately, the taste is not the real thing either

The sushi is always delicious and the delivery is always timely and friendly. Since we've never eaten there, we can't say anything about the ambience, so 3/5. But sushi is always fresh and delicious, hence 5 stars for the food. Delivery was always great and super punctual.

Since I had problems with the delivery for the second time and my request for a call back to clarify this was now 2 weeks ago, I am now unfortunately forced to write a negative review! The first time something completely different was delivered than what was ordered. After the phone call with Angela, she said we would get compensation with the next delivery, but that didn't work because she wasn't there :-( OK... something like that can always happen, but the last delivery was the contents of the sushi rolls Not according to the recipe. Instead of avocado with salmon, there was either just avocado or just salmon in it. That would have been acceptable, but the rolls with marinated beef were not edible. The meat was no longer good and I had to spit it out. There We had visitors until after the restaurant closed, of course I apologize for that ;-) I called the next day. The colleague on the phone wasn't very interested in a solution. So I asked for Angela, but she wasn't there. So I asked for a call back, which has not yet been received! Guys, you're actually doing a good job and your sushi is great, but that's not how you treat guests. It's only human that mistakes happen, but processing bad meat that can even make you sick and then reacting so ignorantly is not possible! that's why only 1 star!

Vorne schmal mit Theke, hinten eigentlich ganz nett eingerichtet (einfach). Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und schmeckt. Der Rotwein ist nicht zu empfehlen!

Alsoooooo wo soll ich anfangen. Die Preise und die Leistungsqulaität 10/10. Die Mitarbeiter die sich um dich liebevoll kümmern 10/10. Ambiente ist jetzt kein 5 Sterne Restaurant aber trotzdem schön und ruhig. Absolut gehens wert👌

Von außen ein unscheinbares Restaurant mit sehr nettem Personal und einem Spitzen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wer allerdings ein modernes, stylisches Ambiente erwartet ist hier falsch. Für alle Anderen, die eine große Auswahl an Sushi Variationen genießen möchten eine klare Empfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich habe bis jetzt immer nur zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Stets super leckeres Sushi und null Fehllieferungen. Immer das bekommen, was ich auch bestellt habe. Oft gibts auch Rabatt bei Abholung 🤗 danke

This has become my favourite restaurant in Cologne. I started going there because of the good prices and then started ordering every week because of the quality of the food and the awesome service. I have already ordered in and ate at the restaurant and both experiences are always very pleasant. The owner is super friendly and the whole staff is very nice. I can and do recommend it to anyone. Wir waren zu 2. essen. Sehr lecker! Preis/Leistung ist top! Haben 2x das all you can eat genommen. Leute ich kanns nur empfehlen dort essen zu gehen! Qualitativ ist das essen eine 10/10! Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und das Ambiente super! Viele bestellen anscheinend/ lassen sich das essen liefern. Geht lieber vor Ort hin! Es lohnt sich 😉

Haben 2 Tage in Folge diversen Sushi bestellt und sind super zufrieden. Frisch und lecker. Lieferung zuverlässig und freundlich.

Also ich habe mir drei mal diese crispy veggie Rolls zum abholen bestellt und die waren voll lecker. Preis finde ich auch angebracht. Mitarbeiter waren nett🐨

habe grade via lieferando bestellt & kann die ganzen positiven bewertungen überhaupt nicht verstehen. essen ist absolut durchschnittlich, eher schlechter. geschmacklich & wie die rollen gerollt sind ists bei rewe besser! preis leistung stimmt für mich leider garnicht. vielleicht wars heute ein schlechter tag (war meine erste bestellung hier) aber bin echt enttäuscht.

Nach zwei Stunden hatte man nur die Vorspeise und eine Stunde um “all you can eat” Sushi zu essen. Alle anderen Gäste bekamen ihr Essen. Wir hatten eine Stunde Zeit bevor der Laden zumachte und haben zwei Runden gehabt und uns wurde trotzdem der ganze Preis berechnet weil man sich ja für die Wartezeit von 2 Stunden entschuldigt hätte. Man musste an Bestellungen erinnern, obwohl der Laden komplett leer war. Manche Bestellungen kamen gar nicht an. Als Entschädigung bekamen wir zwei Fanta Flaschen??? Die dritte und letzte Runde wurde durch das Schließen der Küche auferzwungen. Nie wieder. Nicht mal einen Stern verdient.

War gestern mit meiner Freundin da, sehr schönes Ambiente und hervorragendes Essen! Selbst für jemanden wie mich der kein Sushi isst, sehr gute Auswahl👍🏻

Wir haben schonmal eine Bestellung abgeholt, und es war nicht nur alles pünktlich fertig, sondern auch super freundliche Leute! Das Essen war dann auch Klasse. 😊 Heute waren wir Mal im Restaurant essen - Leute, das war viel zu leer für das tolle Essen! Geht da hin! Der Edamame-Salat ist super, und bekommt ein voll kreatives Dressing 😋 danach diverse Sushi, die alle klasse geschmeckt haben. Und schöne Desserts gibt's auch 😏

Leckeres Essen. Da ich gerade frisch von meiner Südostasienreise zurückkomme, kann ich sagen, ähnlich zu dem, was ich dort gegessen habe, aber teilweise sehr an den europäischen Gaumen angepasst.

Personal war mega Nett. Wir wurden von Angela bedient und waren sehr begeistert von ihrer positiven und sehr humorvollen Art. Deshalb nochmal ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Angela. Vielen Dank für das gute Team und für die gute Stimmung sowie auch für den Service . Wir haben Crispy Avocado Lachs bestellt. Es war frisch und sehr lecker. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder. Lg Elli

I‘m a sushi freak! I totally love their sushi!! So fresh and well made!

Wir waren jetzt schon öfter bei WasabiFun Essen und es hat uns immer sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und das Essen ist wirklich lecker und immer frisch. Die große Auswahl an Sushi ist toll und es werden auch viele Platten angeboten. Auch die Tellergerichte sind sehr lecker. Man sitzt sehr ruhig im hinteren Teil des Restaurants und bekommt so den Trubel mit den Lieferdiensten nicht mit.

Gemütliche Atmosphäre, sehr freundliches Personal und super leckeres frisches Sushi. Eine bunte Sushi Variante, da ist für jeden etwas dabei.

Wahnsinnig leckeres Sushi! Tolle Kreationen und super frisch! Leider muss ich beim Service einen Stern abziehen, da wir sehr lange auf unsere Bestellung zum Mitnehmen warten mussten.

Wir waren mit zwei Personen auf einem Sonntagabend dort essen. Der Innenraum ist größer, als man von außen erwartet. Im Restaurant war nichts los, die meisten bestellen dort ihr essen. Die Bedienung war super freundlich und wir mussten nicht lange auf unsere Speisen und Getränke warten. Das Essen war frisch zubereitet, sehr schön auf einer Schieferplatte serviert und echt lecker. Auch das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Es gibt zudem eine große Auswahl an vegetarischen Gerichten. Wir können das Restaurant empfehlen.

Sowohl die Qualität des Sushis (Wurstsalat-ähnliche Sauce tötet jeden Fischgeschmack) als auch die Menge standen in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis.

Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis total. Sehr leckeres Sushi, sympathische Crew und direkt am Rhein. Klar Empfehlung!

Excelent service and the food was great too

Wenn man denkt, daß man bei Wasabi Fun eine gute Portion Wasabi erhält, liegt hier leider falsch. Die Sushi Rollen sind nicht mehr als Durchschnitt und eher im qualitativ unteren Segment einzuordnen. Frischkäse scheint die Lieblingszutat des Restaurants zu sein, dieser dominiert jede Sushi Rolle. Was eher untypisch für guten Sushi sein sollte. Wir wollten einmal etwas neues ausprobieren und nicht immer beim gleichen Sushilieferer bestellen (welcher nebenbei bemerkt fabelhaft ist) und entschieden uns aufgrund der Anzahl der Sterne bei Lieferando für Wasabi Fun. Da wir Wasabi lieben, haben wir natürlich gedacht, daß der Name Programm ist. Wir haben 5 Rollen bestellt und haben zu diesen fünf Rollen 3 Tütchen Sojasosse und eine haselnußgroße Portion Wasabi erhalten, was definitv zu wenig für fünf Rollen Sushi ist. Nachdem wir alle Sushi Rollen probiert haben waren wir uns sehr schnell einig: dieses Sushi kann jeder machen, und zwar besser. Es ist ein Sushi, was man beim All you can eat Chinesen erhält, wenn dieser auch noch Sushi auf der Theke anbietet. Ist nicht sein Fach, aber sieht gut auf der Theke aus. Schmeckt so lala. Es ist das erste mal dass wir mehr als die hälfte des Sushis haben stehen lassen, weil es einfach nicht geschmeckt hat. Zunächst waren wir überrascht über die schnelle Lieferung, aber nach dem Tasting war uns klar, dass die Lieferung hätte noch schneller sein können bei der Qualität.

Schmeckt ganz gut die Sushi sehr frischen zubereiten. Aber nur Bei Nigiri war nicht ganz besonderes, es schmeckt nach gefrorene auftauchen. Personal war so nett. Ambiente ist einfach aussehen, Raum war kalt der Zugwind gefühlt. Gerne wieder nur Bestellung!
