Für so einen Ort ist es zu teuer.

Ich hatte einen fantastischen Besuch in diesem Restaurant am Friesenplatz. Die Atmosphäre ist wirklich gemütlich und einladend. Besonders die kleinen Details wie die handlichen Tontöpfchen auf dem Tisch haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen war durchweg frisch und lecker. Wir hatten unter anderem eine Schale Edamame, die perfekt zubereitet war. Alles war liebevoll angerichtet, was den Aufenthalt zu einem rundum gelungenen Erlebnis gemacht hat. Wir kommen definitiv bald wieder.

Meist wird Bargeld verlangt. Mit Unmut des Personals mit Kartenzahlung. Aber Vorsicht bei kam es zur Doppelbuchung,weil angeblich abgelehnt wurde,was nicht der Fall war. Musste dann mit Pin Eingabe den Vorgang wiederholen. Kassiererin gab keine Bons,zerknüllte sie und war unfreundlich.

Wir waren gestern mit vier Personen zum Sushi-Essen hier. Anfangs war alles sehr lecker und wir waren zufrieden. Leider fanden wir dann in einem Sushi-Röllchen ein langes Haar. Der erste Kellner reagierte vorbildlich: Er entschuldigte sich sofort, nahm das Gericht ohne Diskussion zurück und zeigte Verständnis für die Situation. Weniger angenehm war anschließend die Reaktion eines zweiten Kellners. Statt die Beschwerde professionell zu behandeln, begann er mit uns zu diskutieren und stellte infrage, dass sich tatsächlich ein Haar im Essen befand. Dieses Verhalten empfanden wir als unpassend und respektlos. Nach diesem Vorfall war uns der Appetit vergangen, sodass wir nicht weiter essen wollten. Fehler können überall passieren – entscheidend ist jedoch der Umgang damit. Während der erste Mitarbeiter sehr professionell reagierte, hat die spätere Diskussion den Gesamteindruck leider deutlich verschlechtert.

Wir hatten uns am frühen Abend für einen Besuch bei My-Da Garden entschieden. Hier gibt's typisch asiatische Küche. Irgendwie schon so eine Art "asiatische Hausmannskost". Lecker, leicht, bekömmlich und die Portionen reichlich. Wir hätten eigentlich keine Vorspeise gebraucht. Dazu selbstgemachte Limonade. Einfaches Ambiente. Das alles bei einem prima Preis Leistung Verhältnis.

Der gutaussehende Kellner ist charmant und attraktiv.

An einem regnerischen Samstag gegen 20:20 Uhr haben wir zu zweit spontan einen Tisch bekommen und hervoragendes und ausgefallenes Sushi mit eindrucksvoller Inszenierung serviert bekommen. Auch das Curry des Nachbarfisches sah sehr lecker aus und die Gesichter wirkten zufrieden. Die Preise sind vor dem Hintergrund der gelieferten Qualität unfassbar gut. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung für alle Sushi-Fans der klassischen Sorten, aber auch allen Liebhabern von Tempura- / Crunchyrolls und California- / Insideout-Rolls mit spezielleren Füllungen (z. B. Krosse Lachshaut).

My-Da Garden ist ein absolut empfehlenswertes Restaurant. Die Speisen sind frisch, geschmacklich hervorragend und mit viel Sorgfalt zubereitet. Der Service ist freundlich, aufmerksam und angenehm schnell, ohne dabei hektisch zu wirken. Das Ambiente ist einladend und sorgt für eine entspannte Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Insgesamt ein rundum überzeugendes Erlebnis, das Lust auf den nächsten Besuch macht.

Wir waren nachmittags spontan in diesem Restaurant essen. Ich hatte die Udong Nudeln mit Gemüse und Rindfleisch. Mein Mann Curry mit Rindfleisch und unsere zwei Kinder das Kinderessen mit Pommes und paniertem Hähnchen. Wir fanden alle 4 das Essen sehr sehr lecker. Wenn wir nochmal in Köln sind, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dorthin gehen.

Ich empfehle, vor den Stoßzeiten zu kommen, wenn man Lust auf asiatisches Essen hat 😂. Die Reisnudeln sind die großzügigsten Portionen, die ich bisher in Köln gegessen habe (persönlich) 🫶. Die Sitzgelegenheiten sind im Allgemeinen recht bequem, aber wenn man in der Nähe des Eingangs sitzt, kann das Geräusch der zuschlagenden Türen die Unterhaltung etwas stören. Ich war schon zweimal dort; beim ersten Mal saß ich in der Nähe der Tür und war etwas genervt, wusste aber nicht, was ich tun sollte. Wären die Reisnudeln nicht so lecker gewesen, wäre ich wahrscheinlich kein zweites Mal gekommen. Beim zweiten Mal saß ich drinnen und bestellte Frühlingsrollen. Sie waren perfekt frittiert, und zusammen mit der Fischsauce war es ein sehr leckeres Essen 😬

Das Sushi war wirklich gut, aber die Soße darauf hat uns nicht geschmeckt.

Gemischte Gefühle. Die Bedienung war freundlich, das Essen irgendwo zwischen okay und gut. Die Tische stehen extrem eng, es entsteht durch die Hektik und Geschwindigkeit allgemein ein Gefühl, dass man den Gast schnell wieder loswerden will. Hauptgericht kam nach gut 6 Minuten. Seltsamerweise vor der Vorspeise! Nu ja.

Mein Lieblings Thai Restaurant! Sehr gute vegetarische Optionen, es geht schnell ist lecker und Preis Leistung stimmt.

Das Essen ist super lecker, da gibt es nichts zu beschweren! Leider sind die Mitarbeiter nicht so freundlich und ehr genervt gewesen.

Die Tofu-Reisnudeln waren eine großzügige Portion, und die gratis Bambussprossen dazu waren köstlich! 😋 Das knusprig gebratene Hühnchen mit Reis war auch gut, und die Portion Hähnchenschnitzel war riesig. 😋

Insgesamt nicht schlecht. Die Zubereitung des Essens dauerte recht lange. Sushi ist für die Menge etwas teuer. Es gibt auch vietnamesische Gerichte auf der Speisekarte, die ich frischer und leckerer finde.

Seltsame Fahrstuhlmusik, aber köstliches Essen zu einem super Preis. Wir haben viele verschiedene Gerichte probiert und alles war köstlich.

Das Ambiente war hübsch, aber das Personal etwas distanziert. Das Essen war in Ordnung, die Erdnusssauce war wässrig. Die Pho war auch okay.

Das Restaurant My-Da Garden liegt direkt im Belgischen Viertel und ist gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Die Speisekarte ist vielseitig und bietet unter anderem auch vegetarische Alternativen. Das Restaurant-Team ist nett und hilfsbereit. Alle Wünsche, wie beispielsweise das Weglassen von Koriander, wurden berücksichtigt, was uns positiv aufgefallen ist. Die Portionen sind reichhaltig und detailreich angerichtet. Das Ambiente ist bunt und einladend gestaltet. Eine Reservierung, gerade zu Stoßzeiten, ist zu empfehlen.

Absolut fantastisch! Das ist aktuell mein liebstes sushi Restaurant in Köln. Tolle Atmoshpäre und extrem schneller Service. Nicht nur die Präsentation ist wunderschön, auch geschmacklich war alles hervorragend! Jeder bissen war ein Treffer! Wir haben Gỏi Cuốn Việt Nam, Miso-Suppe, Lachs-Maki, Sake Sunshine Roll und zwei weitere Rolls bestellt. Wir haben alles zu dritt geteilt und waren am Ende mehr als satt. Sehr gute Qualität, absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr lecker und frisch. In der Bowl war etwas Salat, Möhren, Gurke und Ente..hätte etwas vielfältiger sein können, aber wirklich sehr schmackhatft. Die Musik ist etwas nervig gewesen.

Leider reserviert man und muss dann trotzdem anstehen. Draußen stehen in der Kälte jede Menge Gruppen, die alle reserviert haben und warten müssen. Unmöglich. Man entschuldigt sich mit den Worten, dass das samstags immer so ist. Falsche Planung. Unverschämt!

Das Café hat uns besonders mit der Präsentation der Sets begeistert! Es war unglaublich kreativ und außergewöhnlich einfach ein Genuss fürs Auge. Aber nicht nur die Optik, auch der Geschmack war hervorragend. Alles war frisch, lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und einladend, ideal, um in Ruhe zu genießen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Ein echtes Highlight für Sushi-Liebhaber!

War 2mal dort. Mir wurde sofort einen Tisch zugewiesen. Das Personal war flink und aufmerksam. Das Essen kam sehr schnell und einfach lecker. Die Preise sind okay. Komme gerne wieder vorbei.

Der Laden wirkt von aussen etwas unscheinbar, so mitten am Friesenplatz, aber die Bedienung ist immer sehr freundlich. Und das Essen ist immer soooo lecker. Wenn ich zusätzlich Tofu bestelle, ist immer sehr viel Tofu dabei. Es ist alles sehr frisch zubereitet und schmeckt mega. Der Laden ist echt klasse.

We went to this Vietnamese restaurant rather spontaneously because it caught our eye as we were walking by – and it was one of the best decisions we've made in a long time. The service was friendly, attentive, and warm without being intrusive. You feel welcome from the very first moment. The portions are huge and very reasonably priced. The highlight for me was definitely the food: The fried glass noodles with chicken are, without exaggeration, among the best dishes I've ever eaten. Perfectly seasoned, juicy, fresh, and absolutely delicious – you can immediately tell that the food is cooked with skill and passion. This is a restaurant you don't just stumble upon by chance, but one you'll want to visit again and again. A definite 5 stars – we'll definitely be back.

I came here because of the very good Google reviews and I wasn't disappointed. The quality of the food is simply fantastic. Since we were there on a Wednesday evening, we were lucky to get a table. So I recommend making a reservation. There were three of us, and we ordered a mixed sushi platter, Tokyo style. They accommodated our requests for changes to the platter, so we swapped the soup. The seating is close, but cozy. The service could be a bit more attentive, but all in all, it's still worth five stars.

The food was delicious, the service was very friendly and efficient, and the music was at a pleasant volume – although the street musician who came into the restaurant and suddenly started belting out "Feliz Navidad" was a bit of a nuisance during our quiet dinner. But the place is definitely worth a visit :)

One of the best Vietnamese restaurants I have visited

I ate there because they have vegan Pad Thai. The ambiance and decor are quite nice. The staff are quick and friendly. The food arrived promptly and was delicious. I had the vegan duck version, which was quite alright. The duck from Well Being, however, is significantly tastier. My friend had the tofu version, which I'll try next time. Generally, I prefer to go to purely vegan or vegetarian restaurants, but I haven't had Pad Thai in a long time. It's reminiscent of the original, but it doesn't taste quite the same. Maybe you have to be in Thailand to experience it... ☺️😋 I'm happy to give the restaurant and the food 4 stars and will come back. They also have other vegan dishes. It's a great place to visit if you have a mixed-diet group or if someone wants to eat vegan Pad Thai.

The sushi was very tasty, but the curry was rather bland. From the moment we finished eating, the atmosphere became unpleasant. It was very hectic, and we were pressured to pay quickly because new guests were waiting. My request for tea after the meal was only reluctantly granted, and I had to finish it at a table outside the restaurant. If you're looking for inexpensive sushi, it's a good place to go, but not if you want to spend a relaxing evening there.

In my opinion, a complete disappointment. The food was bland, the lemonade tasted like cough syrup, and the service was practically nonexistent, as they were too busy with Christmas decorations. We had to ask for the bill three times. Incidentally, we were the only people in the restaurant at lunchtime. We came because of the good reviews, but an empty restaurant is usually a bad sign. Almost all of our plates were sent back. There are so many delicious, comparable restaurants; the positive reviews are baffling to me.

First off: I'm still a novice when it comes to Vietnamese sushi and simply wanted to try something new. The My-Da Garden is beautifully decorated, and we (two people) were warmly welcomed. We opted for the Kyoto set for two, along with a passion fruit juice and a homemade iced tea – all for just under €64. Unfortunately, the juice was a bit weak, but the iced tea was really delicious. The miso soup was alright, but just not to my personal taste. The sushi was served very attractively, even with a little "steam fountain" at the table! Everything tasted fantastic, fresh, and delicious, and the portions were more than ample. We were accidentally brought the wrong dish twice, and we had to move to make room for other guests – but the staff were consistently friendly and apologetic, so it wasn't a big deal. All in all, a wonderful evening in a lovely restaurant. I find the price a bit high, but I can hardly judge it without having anything to compare it to. I can definitely recommend the My-Da garden!

Very, very tasty, the staff were rather grumpy and didn't seem to be that enthusiastic. Otherwise, a great restaurant.

Unfortunately, it's more of a concept for the masses. My harvest was unfortunately slimy instead of crispy. 50% of the makis were missing avocado.

This is the second time I've been here with my girlfriend. Both times, we were very satisfied. The food tastes great, and the portions are extremely generous. The staff was also very accommodating. I particularly want to highlight the vegan options; they feel like completely independent and well-conceived dishes. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone.

It was simply perfect. I had fried udon with crispy chicken; it was a flavor bomb. I drank a lychee cocktail (alcohol-free) with it, which was so good I wanted to drink it all in one sitting. The place is worth it.

Unfortunately, for the second time in a row, I couldn't stomach the food at all, despite trying a different dish. Unfortunately, this has deteriorated considerably in recent years.

A small restaurant with a large family working for it. And they serve dishes in an interesting way and with soul. I sat down to a set and I liked it and drank whiskey. I do it for people! It is possible to sit inside or outside. I sat inside. Lots of people. It is very noisy inside, that is the only drawback.

To end my girlfriend's birthday in a relaxed atmosphere, we went to this beautifully decorated restaurant – on her brother's recommendation. We ordered the No. 40C, and I have to say: It was the best Asian dish I've ever eaten. We were served by an extremely friendly older gentleman who was very welcoming and quickly made sure we were comfortable – we immediately took him to our "uncle." We also had a perfectly mixed non-alcoholic cocktail. I will definitely recommend this restaurant and visit more often in the future. The legend from North Rhine-Westphalia, Muro S, certainly didn't overpromise.

Taking our orders was also very unpleasant. The waitress was unfriendly and seemed disinterested. We had a soda, a water, cucumber and avocado maki, as well as pho and pad Thai. Unfortunately, the sushi rice didn't taste good at all (mushy and tasteless). The pho had no taste at all, and even adding more seasoning couldn't salvage it. The pad Thai was okay, but not particularly good. It could have used a bit more seasoning. Unfortunately, we don't understand the good reviews, or we were just unlucky.

It's completely beyond me how anyone can give this place so many stars. The food is halfway decent, with some seasoning. It arrived only slightly warm and lacked any refinement. The lemonades, on the other hand, are truly delicious. Overall, a complete disappointment.

The best Vietnamese restaurant in Cologne and the surrounding area. Nice atmosphere, but above all: top food and a very wide variety on the menu. Of course there are many vegetarian/vegan versions. Portion sizes are generous/too large - the price/performance ratio is more than fair. Great, absolutely recommended! Table reservations are advisable as it is well attended.

A truly great experience at My-Da Garden! There were four of us there, and we all had different dishes – and absolutely everything was delicious! The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere with the lovely seating was very pleasant. The appetizers were consistently good, the soup was a bit small, and the edamame could have benefited from a bit of salt on top – but these are just small details. Particularly noteworthy: the mango curry – highly recommended! Payment was easy, both in cash and by card. The highlight at the end: We were given a melon as a gift for dessert – a really nice gesture! Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable visit. Very satisfied – 10/10!

Spectacular, we loved both the food and the service. Hearty dishes and very good prices for the quality they offer. Considering you're in a city like Colonia, I think it's the best value for money. Quality and fresh sushi, very well made. In my case, I ordered curry with crispy duck; it was amazing, delicious! The total cost was about €30 per person. I would definitely go back.

My-Da Garden in Cologne is a small but exquisite restaurant that delights with authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The fresh ingredients and lovingly prepared dishes are particularly noteworthy. In summer, you can sit outside. They offer a wide selection of drinks, including lemonades.
