As a pensioner, I have visited many restaurants in Cologne, but the Sushi All You Can Eat Fantasia really surprised me - in the most positive way! First of all, I have to say, the name was simply brilliantly chosen. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even with my many questions about the dishes. I felt completely comfortable and appreciated that older guests are also warmly welcome here.

Unfortunately we were disappointed and hoped for something better based on the good reviews. The food was OK, but the waiting time was unacceptable for us. The first plate of sushi we ordered took half an hour. When we actually wanted to leave, a large plate of sushi arrived, which we no longer expected after 1.5 hours. If the waiting time were shorter, I would recommend it, but unfortunately not.

Food was very tasty and it was fun to try many different dishes. The service was very friendly and the individual orders were brought to the table relatively quickly despite the store being full. Unfortunately it was very loud, which is inevitable in such a full shop. The only point of criticism I found was the exterior of the restaurant, it seemed a bit run down so we were a bit skeptical when we entered, but luckily the external impression wasn't confirmed when we ate. We will definitely eat there again more times.

I tried this little restaurant, which at first glance was remarkably mixed. In commenting on it in the most generic and almost superficial way, I would say... it has a quality that repays the attention in promoting the taste of the origins of the dishes. Good ! Not bad ! 👍🏻👁️

I am beyond disappointed with this terrible service. In addition to the angry customers who have to pick up their food at the counter themselves (because the waitress doesn't show up), customers who run out say things like "never again". The store is an imposition.

Had dinner there a few times. The food itself is tasty but you can tell that it is not fresh. But the prices are quite good. So you get what you pay for. The staff is nice, although they are clearly overwhelmed. The toilets are not particularly clean but okay.

I was there often. The sushi is OK to good. You pay €24.90 for the large all-you-can-eat sushi. Always 5 things to choose from with every order. You order via tablet. Then a timer goes on and you have to wait 17 minutes. This is tough and sometimes it takes longer until you get the next order. That used to not be 17 minutes. That means you get 3 orders per hour. That totally scares me off. Nobody wants to sit in a restaurant for two hours. Sorry as a customer you have lost me. I'd rather pay more somewhere else and not have to wait forever for the food. The store is OK for people with a lot of patience. If you don't want people to eat so much, then simply don't offer all you can eat.

Basically the restaurant is great! On a Saturday it is also clear that it takes a little longer. Unfortunately, the restaurant is very loud due to its size and you basically sit table to table. The hygiene is great, and the food is also 5 stars.

One of the best price/performance ratio sushi shops in Cologne. The quality doesn't suffer at all even though the price is cheaper than in other All You Can Eat restaurants. The cocktails could use a little more oomph.

Too expensive all you can eat prices

From the outside and inside it's just a typical sushi shop, not necessarily fancy. However, the food completely convinced us. For a price of €24.90 for an all-you-can-eat sushi, we were skeptical at first, but all of our expectations were exceeded. Really great selection and even I, as a veggie, got my money's worth. Easy ordering via iPad and cool drinks. We'll be back🤭

Unfortunately, the sushi didn't really suit our taste. It was well prepared and therefore looked good, but it lacked the typical salmon taste, for example. The sushi variations, however, are highly recommended. The edamame is great, but the portions were quite small. The ambience is more creative than coordinated. There are a lot of young visitors. That's why the clientele is also very loud. There are also comfortable benches. Unfortunately the tables weren't really clean. The staff wasn't very friendly and unfortunately seemed very overworked. This also means that it took some time to clear away. Unfortunately, we paid too much when billing because we were charged for the big all you can eat, even though we wanted that Had little ones. But the staff was so honest that they called us back before we got to the door and they were able to correct it. Great service!

Very nice place - we went for the all you can sushi option. You order by tablet - you can order 15 items per 10 minutes (depending on the item, you get 1 or multiple number our pieces). There is quite big variety of sushi, including fried options. The service is very nice, friendly and fast. Unfortunately all the sushi tasted the same, regardless the ingredients.

The sushi is really intense in flavor and very tasty. It tastes very fresh and good. I think the price for the all you can eat is fair. You can really eat your fill there. The staff seemed a bit more distant, but probably because there was a lot going on that day.

Terrible experience; we came in the evening also seeing the excellent reviews, we found ourselves in front of the empty and dimly lit place, with the waiters already ready to close the restaurant (9.00 pm). Food certainly of poor quality, with little choice and prepared in advance, especially the raw sushi; even cooked food, such as fried foods or meat, was not very tasty, made poorly or simply reheated in the microwave. Unfortunately, already during the meal we began to experience stomach discomfort, hopefully resulting only from the very poor quality of our dinner. I strongly advise against this place as there are certainly higher quality ones in Cologne and the surrounding area and not to trust the "apparently" positive reviews, it's not clear what.

7 Gerichte bestellt, mega lecker. Wir waren in einer 6er Gruppe, es gab wirklich nichts, was nicht nice war. Würde ich jedem empfehlen, vorallem wenn man drauf steht, mehrere verschiedene Snacks zu probieren 😉

100 points ! Everything about the food was really delicious. The food was warm and always freshly prepared. I think there is a very good selection. The atmosphere was very cozy, the staff was very nice, attentive, courteous and quick! I would recommend it. The price-performance ratio is definitely right for the offer.

The food was OK for the price, but several dishes were not brought to us or the wrong dishes were brought to us.

An all-you-can-eat without the battle at the cold buffet. Orders are made using a tablet, always a maximum of 5 different sushis with 2-3 rolls each. This avoids overflowing plates and greedy grabbing. We felt good.

Our new favorite all inclusive Japanese restaurant. Very friendly staff - very good selection - everything we ate was very tasty - top price performance. Absolute recommendation

Eat well, value for money is right. Service also okay, ambience a little run down.

Four of us were having an all-you-can-eat meal and discovered flies in our soy sauce. When we noticed this, it was dismissed as something that happened often and we were given a new soy sauce. There were five dead flies in the first one, and a few more in the second one. I pointed out to the staff that this is really unacceptable for a restaurant. They explained that the flies probably got into the thin closure when we removed the stick that was stuck in the opening, which is physically impossible. A single fly may occur, but several in different soy sauces are unacceptable.

The operators are great people. The pictures on the wall, the daughter's works - actually really good! I am sure that the food is freshly cooked here. Thank you for the many great moments that I was able to have with you and hopefully continue to experience.

Great shop! Super nice staff, helpful. Sushi as it should be. One of my two favorites in Cologne. Price/performance good even after an increase. Come again, as always ;) Tip: Vegetables in the soup, for example, are fresh - no frozen! Tastes delicious.

I have to change my rating again because my wife and I have now become the biggest fans of Fantasia. In our opinion, the price-performance ratio cannot be beaten anywhere in Cologne, especially the Canadian Roll is simply world class. We are here almost once a week now.

You may come to this establishment, where you will always find fresh and delicious products, even in a crowd. We have a great time eating our meal here. I advise.

This is the most delicious Chinese buffet restaurant. We took the small menu for 16 euros per person. I didn't order sushi. The salads are fresh. Deep frying is perfect. Duck, chicken is delicious. Kimchi is the bomb. You can order 5 dishes every 12 minutes. As much as you want. They bring it very quickly. The espresso is delicious. Overall I recommend it! P.S. sorry no photo. It was impossible to tear myself away. And when I realized it, they couldn’t eat anymore.

Edit: Today I wanted to eat sushi there in the evening with a friend and we stopped by at 5 p.m. We were told we can have a table at 7:30pm. When we got there, we weren't even noticed or spoken to for 15 minutes, only food was brought to the tables and cleared away. Other guests were also waiting at the entrance for some time. Very rude to promise a table and then be ignored. The food itself is actually delicious, as I used to know it. There is a large selection of different sushi, side dishes, meat, desserts and more. There was also something suitable for a friend who doesn't like fish. Orders are placed using an iPad and are processed quickly. The prices are fair compared to other stores and you definitely get a great experience for your money. I'd be happy to go there again at any time.

hatte kleines all-you-can-eat, per Runde kann man bis 5 Speisen bestellt. ich mag Garnele sehr, sind leider alle Speisen mit Garnelen rot markiert, konnte nicht essen beim kleines buffet. es gab auch hochstuhl für mein kleines kind und er kann angenehm mitessen es gab Toiletten unten. .

Essen gut, Service freundlich, Preise angemessen. Die Karaoke Abende haben immer eine wunderschöne Atmosphäre, gerne wieder!

Super entspannte Atmosphäre Das Essen ist laut Mitarbeiter halal. Wir hatten das große All you can eat. Große all you can eat ist das am Abend. Kleine all you can eat ist am Mittag. Preise sind fair und man alle 15 Minuten per iPad bestellen, das Essen kommt frisch zubereitet, warm und schnell ans Tisch. Nur zu empfehlen

All You Can Eat zu einem fairen Preis mit Bestellung über Tablet - sehr angenehm! Service bringt leider hier und da nicht-bestelltes Essen oder bestelltes Essen im AYCE kommt einfach nicht. Vegane Auswahl im AYCE ist total in Ordnung, aber mehr Auswahl würde sich dennoch besser anfühlen und wäre, gerade bei Sushi, ja einfach umsetzbar.

Wir waren kurz vor Feierabend da ca 21uhr. Vom Prinzip her ist das toll gemacht mit dem bestellen. Da die Küche nur bis 22.30 auf hat sagte die Kellnerin um 22.07 Wir müssen uns beeilen wenn wir noch bestellen wollen. Fand ich jetzt nicht so toll aber darüber kann ich noch hinweg schauen, wollen ja auch pünktlich Feierabend machen. Essen hat uns auch seher gut geschmeckt. Was uns aber so extrem erschrocken hatte war dann die Maus die durch den Laden lief. Wir dachten wir schauen nicht richtig 😅. Ich denke wenn der Laden voller gewesen wäre hatte sie ich versteckt. An sich tolles Prinzip aber wegen der kleinen Maus Abzüge.

Schönes Restaurant sofort im Zentrum! Sehr leckeres Sushi und sonstiges. All you can eat, mittagsmenü kann ich nur empfehlen, da das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis top ist! Die hausgemachte Limonade schmeckt super lecker.

War bisher 2 Mal hier und werde definitiv weiter hierhin kommen - großartige Auswahl und super Qualität, der Service ist ebenfalls freundlich und wenn doch mal was vergessen wurde, wird es schnell nachgeholt.

Meine Familie und ich waren heute um 17 Uhr das erste Mal dort. Als wir ankamen war 50% des Restaurants mit Gästen besucht. Haben recht zügig das Tablet in die Hand gedrückt bekommen und konnten sofort loslegen. Auf die erste Runde mussten wir so ca 10. Minuten warten. Schon eine lange Zeit. Wobei nicht mal die 10 bestellten Gerichte gemeinsam ankamen. Es war die ganze Zeit immer nur ein Häppchen. Also es ging echt langsam vorran, sodass es keinen Spaß gemacht hat. Unsere Getränke (Eistee) kam leider erst nach 20 Min an. Also total unorganisiert alles. Wir hatten nie einen vollen Tisch mit den Runden sondern nur Häppchenweise mit Wartezeiten. Würde gern wissen, ob es an anderen Tagen genauso ist. Als wir dachten, dass wir nun durch sind, weil sehr lange nichts mehr ankam und wir uns bereits was vom Eis geholt hatten, kam noch ein Teller mit Essen an. Also es war die ganze Zeit ein Durcheinander. Wir haben von Runde 3 ein Gericht serviert bekommen, obwohl Runde 2 und 1 noch nicht vollständig ankamen. Vermute mal, dass hier einfach mehr Servicekräfte fehlen. Echt schade!

Waren schon einige Male hier zum Essen und kann nur sagen, dass vom Essen/Trinken über Service bis hin zum Preis alles stimmt. Ambiente auch gemütlich. Essen kommt immer frisch an den Tisch. Kommen weiterhin gerne wieder

Alles im allem eigentlich eine 5/5 aber ein wenig teurer als die Konkurrenz. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten gerade mal 30 Minuten vorher für 2 reserviert. Bei Ankunft wurden wir zum Tisch begleitet. Dieser war bereits mit Teller und Besteck gedeckt. Super Service! Wir durften dann gleich mit dem All you can eat anfangen. Wir haben vieles ausprobiert und vieles war auch lecker. Ich hätte gerne noch mehr von der Karte probiert, aber wir waren bereits vorher satt. Was ich ebenfalls gut fand, ist dass es eine Strafe für Lebensmittelverschwindung gibt. 1€ für jede nicht gegessene Portion.

Essen und service Sind gut. I’m Lokal selbst dürfen Kunden ihre Hunde mitbringen welche direkt am Tisch sitzen und den Tisch und das Geschirr vollsabbern. Der Tisch wird nur mit einem nassen Tuch gewischt.

Das Restaurant ist etwas versteckt und klein ausgeschildert. Einmal angekommen, wird man sehr freundlich bedient und es ist immer eine Bedienung ansprechbar. Das Sushi all-you-can-eat ist zu empfehlen. Die verschiedenen Bestellungen kommen zwar sehr verteilt an was den Tisch nach der 3. Bestellung etwas zu voll sein ließ, da noch Dinge der ersten und zweiten Bestellung dabei kamen. Von der Qualität und dem Geschmack her ist das Essen hier top! Alles in allem kann man zu einem Besuch in diesem Restaurant raten.
