SushiWoMo in Köln

I came here on a on Sunday with some of my friends who are very excited about trying this place. And the restaurant was listed as being open, but when we turned up, it was closed. We turned up 2 1/2 hours after it had opened and in the end we were really disappointed because we were very much looking forward to trying this Sushi. I’m still in town for a few days, so I’m really hoping to try this but at the moment me and my friends are very disappointed.

Accepted a €100 order, but the store was simply closed. Waited three hours and then drove there to find an empty store. Proper 🤡 business.

I've had sushi here twice now... I don't know what they do with the rice, but it doesn't taste good at all. It's overcooked and has too much starch – either they use the wrong kind of rice or they don't wash it. Both times, the sushi was cut crookedly – not decoratively, but with a blunt knife, and half of it had already fallen apart... And the employees seem perpetually unmotivated/annoyed. There's no menu on-site anymore, just empty boards above the counter – you're supposed to scan the QR codes to tell them the numbers for your order. The opening hours on Google aren't correct either. Overall, a disappointing experience...

I am Asian, and I thought it was an Asian restaurant at first, but later I found out it was opened by Turkish. I came late but the waiter still served me. When I paid, the POS machine had a problem and I had to pay in cash. The chef should go to Japan for further studies if he has a chance. He may not understand the concept of nigiri, which is not simply equal to fish and rice. The amount of rice was too large and there was no seasoning, so I could only barely eat it with soy sauce and mustard. Keep going bro!

The food was excellent, and the service was also great. I've been here many times and can only recommend it.

Stay away from this place if you're thinking of ordering from here! We were there in person, and the atmosphere definitely wasn't up to standard. The hygiene—nonsense—was nonexistent. The table and floor were sticky, and the service was a case of "Scan the QR code, and you'll get a card." It wasn't quality; it was simply disgusting. Don't eat here, avoid this place. It's a wonder it's still open. The health department should inspect this place.

We went to the restaurant. The food was delicious. Two stars for that reason. BUT... If we hadn't ordered yet, we would have left. The place is truly unbelievably dirty; everything is sticky and covered in old grease. Our shoes were sticky to the floor in front of the checkout area. The glass of soy sauce served was caked with food residue. The tables hadn't been wiped down. Underneath the tables was the dirt from the past week. When paying, you could see into the kitchen. Here, too, everything was yellowishly dirty. I would never eat here again. Why such a dirty place isn't shut down by the authorities is beyond me.

Everything is super fresh, clean and delicious! Best karaage, sushi, gyoza and spring rolls I've ever eaten! Very nice employees! It couldn't be better, we are very excited 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

This was the first time I have ever been to a Turkish sushi restaurant. We were not disappointed. The portions were quite large and the food was delicious. Service was fast and friendly. Atmosphere could be better. They need to improve their toilets.

I ordered for probably the 4th time and it arrived at the specified time Hot as it should be and delivering is no problem either The sushis are a dream and it won't be the last time. I can definitely recommend it

NOT RECOMMENDED We placed a takeaway order here 3 times in a row over the phone. I drove there twice unnecessarily because the employee on the phone didn't pass on the order. The third time we were told that the order would take a maximum of 25 minutes We still waited another 25 minutes for the order when we arrived. There wasn't even an apology. Do yourself a favor and avoid the store.

We ordered. Food came at the agreed time. The sushi is ok and the edamame were good too. The fried avocados are highly recommended and the summer rolls were good too. The banana spring rolls are OK. However, the price is very high, so price/performance is a bit difficult. However, with discount codes it's okay again.

A little stopover with delicious sushi 🍣

I ordered sushi earlier and am absolutely thrilled! Not only was the food incredibly fresh and delicious, but the delivery person was also exceptionally friendly and accommodating. As soon as the doorbell rang he greeted me with a smile and even exchanged a few nice words. Such service makes the experience that much better! Delivery was also very quick and everything was perfectly packaged. Definitely my new favorite sushi shop! I will definitely order here again. Thank you for the great food and great service!

The food tastes old and expired, the service is virtually non-existent and there was hair in my sushi rolls...The atmosphere is dark and depressing, the paint is already peeling off the walls.

The sushi tasted very old and stale, and some of the gyoza pieces also had plastic in them. Hair was found throughout the food. It didn't taste good either. Unfortunately a flop

The small white car (K WM 68) from this shop races through Witschgasse at a significantly excessive speed and tries to push me away, honking. As he drives along he shouts insults at me. Those who park illegally at intersections every day should not behave like that.

Sushi was very good but the poke bowl was bland

The waiter counted our position incorrectly and instead of the usual Crunchy Box he counted Crunchy Special Box, thus taking 20€ from us. they did not admit their mistake. probably they saw that we do not speak fluent German and decided to cheat us.

We ordered online and the food took over 90 minutes to be delivered. The worst thing is that it wasn’t even good food!! The ramen was tasteless and extremely oily, the crunchy sushi was soggy and oily, the poke bowl had no sauce at all and very little flavor, the miso soup was just broth with no tofu or greens. Truly disappointing and regretful experience

I only tried the warm dishes here but they were all pretty good. I can't quite judge how authentic the whole thing is, but I think a little more could be done. The prices could also be a bit lower, but you'll still get enough.

Good food but really third class service. We orders twice in a row since the food was so delicious. Both times the order was delivered +20 min than the latest time shown. Really not a way to do business. Food is five stars but service is -5 stars.

I had the pleasure of visiting Sushi-Womo Restaurant and my experience was absolutely stunning. From the first greeting to the last bite, everything was perfect. The ambience of the restaurant is inviting and modern, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The menu selection is extensive, but I have to say that the crunchy rolls and nigiris really stand out here. The Crunchy Rolls were a perfect combination of crispy tempura and fresh fish, covered in delicious rice and seaweed. Every bite was an explosion of flavor and texture unlike anything I've ever experienced before. The nigiris were also of the highest quality. The fish was fresh and tender, and the bed of rice underneath was perfectly seasoned and firm enough to hold the ingredients together, yet tender enough to melt in your mouth. Together with a selection of homemade sauces and pickled ginger, the meal was a real treat. I can really recommend this store to everyone!!

Unfortunately, almost only half of it was delivered, when I asked in a friendly manner the answer was very unfriendly, the customer experience was pretty bad, otherwise the food was nothing special but OK

So when you walk in it looks a bit like a fast food restaurant but the sushi is really delicious! Really good. The decor could be made a little more comfortable so that you'll want to stay longer, but the food is really great.

Food ordered late (10:35 p.m.), delivered on time and well (with chopsticks and spoon) - that would be worth extra stars! Miso soup strong and tasty, sushi mix normal, crispy mix not bad, price ok. - The sushi in Rostock and Potsdam is just a bit better. Unfortunately teriyaki sauce wasn't available, but the nice service person tried it.

Sushi nur abgeholt. Es war tatsächlich das schlechteste sushi, dass wir in köln gegessen haben. Abgesehen von der kleinen Größe, schien die Qualität der Zutaten schlecht zu sein.(Avocado braun mit schwarzen Punkten/ der Lachs wirkt irgendwie trocken, mit dunkelorangener Farbe aug keinen Fall frisch)

Das Essen war lecker. Es ist recht gemütlich dort zu essen. Und sauber ist es auch. Man sollte aber kein 5 Sterne Restaurant erwarten. Es ist eher ein Lieferrestaurant. Trotz allem aber sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne bei unserem nächsten Köln Besuch wieder.

Top top top. Sehr nettes Personal und mega gutes Essen, wunderschön angerichtet. Auf die Frage nach einem Geburtstagrabatt oder -zugabe, gab es einen Teller Eis gratis. Selbst der Nachbartisch, der mit uns nichts am Hut hatte, hat ein gratis Eis bekommen 😃 Wenn wir wieder in Köln oder Siegburg sind, werden wir sicher hier wieder essen gehen. Danke für die tolle Erfahrung an das gesamte Team.

08/15 Asia-Fusion. Das Essen und Ambiente sind mittelmäßig. Aber zumindest freundliche Bedienung. Kein Alkohol.

Edamame, Gyoza, Algensalat, Maki und Nigiri. Reis war weich, nicht batzig, Rollen hielten zusammen. Fisch, habe extra auch ohne Sojasoße + Wasabi probiert, herrlich frisch. Die Spicy Tuna Rolls waren mein Favorit, sehr würzig ohne zu scharf zu sein, hätte mich reinlegen können. Wo war es nicht so dolle? Die Gyoza waren nur noch wärmlich, daher nicht mehr das große Glück. Aber liefern ist liefern. Und das geht nicht ohne Wärmeverlust, denke ich. Wir haben bestellt und das Sushi-Gelage war köstlicher Abschluss meines Geburtstages.

In dem Restaurant wurde permanent laute Popmusik gespielt, was den Aufenthalt störte. Der gebratene Reis enttäuschte geschmacklich, da er kaum Aroma hatte, und die Karaage waren zwar preislich angemessen, aber nicht besonders gut.

Heerlijk gegeten. Eenvoudig zitten, maar wel goede kwaliteit sushi….☺️ En vriendelijk geholpen. WC heeft wel even een flinke update nodig zeker voor een restaurant.

Mein Freund und ich hatten über Lieferando bestellt. Wir haben gedacht, wie hätten mehrere Rollen für 39€ bestellt. Es kam aber gerade genug für ein Person. Das leckerste waren die Edamame, Sushi war absolut nicht gut, viel zu fischiger Geruch, pürierter Fisch in den Rollen anstatt Fischfilets. Nach ca. Einer halben Stunden haben wir starke Magen-Darm-Beschwerden bekommen. Danke, hier nie wieder Sushi!

Sehr guter Sushi-Laden. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und das Personal ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an super leckern Essen auch für Vegetarier. Den Laden kann ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Verstehe so gute Bewertungen gar nicht. Sind wegen Bewerbungen auch hin gegangen. Waren aber enttäuscht. Sushi waren ok....aber auch nicht mehr. habe viel bessere gegessen.

Sind begeistert und werden dort noch sehr oft vorbeischauen. Sowohl die Kreationen, als auch klassischer Sushi waren einfach nur Top. Reis mit Hähnchen war auch super lecker. Dessert wie Bananen-Frühlingsrollen haben alles abgerundet. Dazu die nette Bedienung und die Einrichtung. Da passt wirklich alles 💚🤍🌷

Geschmacklich einfach super aber warum sind die Portionen zum liefern so klein das man nicht mal annähernd satt wird? (Bestellt war gebratene Nudeln mit Hähnchen)

Les sushis étaient excellents tout comme l'accueil. Nous ne parlions pas allemand mais anglais, et contrairement à d'autres restaurants le personnel du SushiWoMo s'est montré très compréhensif. Nous avons passé un très agréable moment.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Lieferungen sind immer schnell da und das Essen ist im Vergleich zu anderen Lieferdiensten, auch immer frisch und gut zubereitet. Nichts matschiges o.ä. Preis/Leistung ist optimal.

Leider waren die Sushis nicht besonders, eher so Supermarkt Niveau.

Die leckersten asiatischen Nudeln die ich seit langem gegessen habe. Mitarbeiter sehr nett und aufgeschlossen. Schöne Atmosphäre schöner Abend gewesen richtig wohl gefühlt.

Ein sehr gemütlicher lokal,sehr freundliches Personal. Das essen wird frisch zubereitet und schmeckt hervorragend. Ich komme immer wieder gerne ein cooler laden und die Preise sind voll ok.

Het is echt 1 van de lekkerste sushi die ik ooit heb gegeten. Het is heel vers en er zijn genoeg opties. Goede service en het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Tip; proef de gyoza en mochis ook! Het restaurant is zeker een aanrader.
