We visited this restaurant for the first time on Monday and were thrilled by the great ambience. The light is pleasantly dimmed, perfect for a first date. The food, we had burgers with fries and mac'n'cheese was super tasty. The service was very pleasant. Highly recommended.

Great, delicious food, we had the steakhouse platter for €68 with side dishes. The quantity is sufficient. Booking in advance is important, it is always full here. Service competent, courteous and nice. We say thank you for the lovely evening!

Super tasty steak and really good service

A shame! This steakhouse claims to serve hot food until 10 p.m. Says the website. I went in at 8pm; it was full. I was told I could reserve a table for 8:30 p.m., which I did. When I arrived at 8:30pm I was told I couldn't eat anymore because the chef refused to continue working. I have never been treated so disgracefully in a restaurant anywhere in the world. “Hot food until 10 p.m.”, yes, maybe in the chef’s house. What a shame!

We visited the restaurant because of the many positive reviews and had certain expectations. Overall the food, in our case the meat, was good – not outstanding, but solid. Unfortunately, the service and reception seemed a bit stressed, which slightly affected the atmosphere. The atmosphere, on the other hand, was very cozy, even if it was a bit drafty in places. All in all, a successful visit with minor drawbacks.

Great service. Very friendly. Food very tasty. Steak tender and cooked to perfection. It was just a shame that the carpaccio wasn't traditionally prepared. But with love. Arugula was missing. But it also tasted very good.

Had dinner at this steakhouse last night, in a word, perfect. Delicious and plenty of meat at the grill counter menu, I personally ordered ajvar, which I had never eaten even in all my travels as a professional driver in the former Yugoslavia. It was slightly spicier than what you are used to from ajvar, which was an excellent combination with the grill counter. I also had a delicious weiz beer and my wife a tonic, of course steakhouse Hacienda cannot change anything about these two. 😝 But if we come to Ostfriesland again for a few days, we will definitely eat there again.

Were there for dinner this evening. It was really really tasty. Great team for that, thumbs up 👍 Food was on point with steaks with baked potatoes and steak fries. First there was a starter from the house. Was also great. Also a schnapps from the boss before and after your meal. We felt very comfortable. We'll definitely come back again. Thanks for that 😊👌

Very nice shop, super nice staff But .......The food wasn't that full. I ordered a plate with several fillets with croquettes and a garlic sauce. Croquettes were good, which isn't actually difficult, but the fillets were so careless on the plate and almost fried .The portion size made me go to the Golden M shortly afterwards. It's a shame, this store has a lot more potential...
