Excellent food, the steak from the rotisserie grill was simply superb. With the exceptionally friendly and attentive service, it was a perfect evening all around.

I've loved this restaurant for over 40 years. The food is still excellent. The service is super friendly. I'll definitely be back on my next visit to the North Sea!

We visited the Rauchfang restaurant for the first time yesterday and were absolutely thrilled. The food was excellent, the service friendly and attentive, and all in all, a very successful evening.

My third visit to "Zum Rauchfang" confirms my very positive opinion from the first and second visits. After starting with an aromatic chanterelle soup, this time we were delighted with the juicy, perfectly cooked beef fillet steaks and the strips of lamb with chanterelles. The salad accompanying the steaks was fresh and delicious, and the little accompaniment from the kitchen with homemade herb butter and the special warm Rauchfang bread is always a delight. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT EVENING.

The Rauchfang Steakhouse provided us with a thoroughly enjoyable evening. The food was consistently delicious and fully met our expectations. The professionalism of the waiter, who also served as the chef, was particularly impressive. He served both the guests and the grill with remarkable skill – a feat that deserves respect. The steaks were perfectly prepared and cooked to the desired doneness. It's okay to wait a little longer for that. The quality-to-price ratio is absolutely spot on. The price is reasonable for the service provided. One minor criticism: The Béarnaise sauce came from a pre-packaged package (I suspect Lukull). Given the otherwise high quality of the freshly prepared dishes, a homemade sauce would have been the icing on the cake. Despite the minor flaw with the sauce, a clear recommendation. The Rauchfang Steakhouse impresses with high-quality steaks, professional service, and excellent value for money. We would gladly return.

Today we were in this very nice and modern restaurant for the first time. When we made the reservation, we expressed a wish in which we requested a champagne reception for an anniversary. This was ceremoniously fulfilled and there were warm congratulations. The food was excellent and the staff were super friendly and quick. We'd love to come back!

Everything was great - except for the volume in the room, you couldn't hear anything from the other person at your own table. Things only got better after 8 p.m., when the very loud guests left.

From the outside the restaurant looks pretty unremarkable; almost like it's out of time. But inside you will be greeted by a modern, cozy atmosphere. The service is very good, friendly, courteous and always proactive. The food is outstanding! The meat is incredibly tender and everything else is also cooked to perfection. Your mouth will water when you stand in front of the swivel grill and watch the meat slowly cook. 50.00 euros per person for a 3-course menu is a very good price/performance ratio. You should plan at least two hours to really enjoy the great ambience and the exquisite food.

The fish was buttery tender, the side dishes were tasty and the soups were also very good! Without any further information, we (6 people) decided on this restaurant. To say it straight away: we were thrilled! The friendly impression of ordering a table over the phone was confirmed immediately upon entering the restaurant. We immediately liked the service staff and the boss. We quickly decided on the specialties from the swivel grill, which was right next to our table and invited us to watch. Both the pan roast (200 and 350 grams) and the rump steak met all expectations. The attentiveness of all service staff would be an example for many restaurants! In summary: Nice evening, great cuisine and nice staff! We will come back!
