The meat and the atmosphere were good, but the level of service was really bad. We waited far too long to order. The servers were slow, uncourteous, and this made my customers uncomfortable. Really unrecommendable for a business meal.

Positive: The atmosphere is nice! The service was super unprofessional, I suspect the waiter was also someone from the management because he behaved like a boss, unfortunately in a negative sense. Loveless presentation of a €60 steak. Not a single side dish, just a grilled piece of meat on a large white plate. I don't have to go to a restaurant for this... I throw a piece of meat on the grill myself and then on my plate. The waiting time for the food was also too long, we like to eat out often, but sorry, never here again!

Rusticana is a small and always busy restaurant. The spare ribs are super juicy and legendary. For us the best in the whole city! We also like to drive 30 minutes and just pick up spare ribs.

The service is excellent! The atmosphere is also very nice! Unfortunately the steaks and fries were lukewarm! And that even though the grill is less than 5 m away. Completely incomprehensible. You can happily do without a steak that is lukewarm, especially at today's prices.

Every time I come to the place that has Google's status as open, it is closed and without even an information.

It has a quiet atmosphere and the food here is also very tasty especiallly the american grilled plate( american mix) besides that the preportions were also not little or too big definetly recommend dining here if near the area
