The food was decent but nothing exceptional or memorable. The menu was quite limited, which was disappointing given the restaurant's reputation. What really stood out was the service, or lack thereof. After finishing my meal, I sat for over 25 minutes without any attention from the staff, despite the restaurant not being full. The waitstaff walked by multiple times, seemingly oblivious to my presence. I eventually had to flag down a waiter to have my table cleared and to order another glass of wine. Overall, while the atmosphere was pleasant, the lack of variety in the menu and the inattentive service left me feeling dissatisfied. I hope they can improve in these areas in the future.

We were here with a large group of over 40 people and were thoroughly satisfied. Delicious food at fair prices, drinks were also moderately priced, and the Weyer family and their team looked after us excellently.

We went to Pizza Hut Mainz for the first time on a Sunday in April 2025. Large area inside and outside also chairs. We were served quickly and friendly, and overall everyone was very friendly. The garlic bread came quickly, the pizzas shortly after. Everything was clean, including the toilets. Payment was uncomplicated, a voucher was accepted without any problems, and the prices were at the usual level. We were satisfied and full.

Chinese buffet, quality of sushi is not as good as before, no teppanyaki for lunch, prices are higher than before.

Leider ist nicht zu empfehlen. Wir waren zum Osterbrunch dort. Es waren zu viele Gäste, zusätzlich war das Buffet mitten im Durchgang und man hatte keinen Platz weder am Buffet noch am Sitzplatz. Das Essen war mäßig und teils versalzen und noch roh. Zudem gab es erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen Besteck, um sich am Buffet überhaupt bedienen zu können. Das Personal war größtenteils unfreundlich und hat einen nur versucht so schnell wie möglich abzuwimmeln. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Wir haben uns sehr auf den Brunch gefreut und sind leider total enttäuscht gewesen.

Unfriendly staff – never again! Today I had a very disappointing experience. The staff was unfriendly and disrespectful, especially towards pregnant women. Instead of help or consideration, the door was even closed in my face - absolutely unacceptable! Such behavior is unacceptable and I will definitely not visit this place again. Humanity and politeness should be a given - unfortunately not available here.

Very good and authentic food. Lamb curry and biryani rice are a solid 10/10. Main courses are seasoned in a variety of ways and are therefore a real taste explosion! Afterwards we drank an original Afghan spiced tea with milk. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I've picked up my food there every evening for 4 weeks now. The price-performance is very good. The pasta, especially spinaci, was very good. The pizza is also very good. The staff is very friendly. I will also pick up my dinner there on my future business trips here. Only recommended.

Be careful, if you're not from the city, you have to be careful if you want to park there. Unfortunately, I had nowhere else to go and had to get there quite early, partly because I had to wait for them to open. But even if you sit there the whole time and order something, you still have to pay a penalty! What a disgrace! I would understand if you didn't eat or buy anything. But as a customer, I'll think twice about going there again next time. Rip-off!

NO STAR IS WORTH IT! Recently ordered pizza where a hair was visible! I rated these on Lieferando! Given a chance today, ordered another pizza. Got a call that you were banned from entering the house😂😂😂😂 DO NOT ORDER YOUR FOOD HERE! It often happened that there was hair in the food!

Essen lecker - Portion viel zu klein - Personal unverschämt (zu Frauen) Ich hatte einen Sonderwunsch- dieser wurde unfreundlich angelehnt. Mein Freund hat 10 Minuten später den selben Sonderwunsch - dieser wurde problemlos umgesetzt! Danke nein- nicht nochmal- da gibt es viele andere Döner Läden!!!!!!!
