This was definitely my last visit; As always, I got the kebab menu; Only the bread was very small this time, a complete rip-off, the price for 100g of kebab was excessive
First and last time I ordered there. A dish was missing. I called and was assured that it would be delivered. Unfortunately, no one came. I'm curious to see if and how I'll get my money back. Very bad.
Unfortunately the pizza was fresh, but it didn't taste like anything.
In addition, fries and ketchup were forgotten with the chicken nuggets menu - they were delivered quickly, unfortunately there was no salt on the fries either -> Ketchup has expired since March 28, 25 👎🏽
Unfortunately not a good figurehead!
I hope the cream in my food was still good 😶
The one star only justifies the Fanta. We're not picky at all... We were super disappointed! The vegetables, all well and good, but it would also be great to serve them raw and completely hard. The fried chicken was more coal than meat. It's like it's been triple fried. In addition, despite(!) asking, peanut sauce was served twice instead of curry sauce. When it was pointed out that this was wrong, they just shrugged. €31 for 2 dishes, it doesn't do it justice.
It is an impudence to continue to post printed advertising in mailboxes with clear instructions “no advertising” despite requests not to do so (!). If even this clear customer request isn't respected, I wouldn't need pizza or pasta from them.
You get to it straight away but the meat is inedible like a dead cow in my opinion
And the structure of the kebab was very careless, just sad that the man couldn't finish it
Hope it was just a bad day
Catastrophically bad and price/performance is just a joke.
But let's start from the beginning, according to the breakdown here.
Food: 2 stars. At the bottom end, an okay burger. The meat was unseasoned. The toppings were okay, I think. The joke, of course, is that on a €12.50 cheeseburger, the toppings are “free”. Okay, good laugh. The sauces could also be bottled from the discount store. Really nothing special. For the short for the burger, I prefer to go to Piwys Burger or other burger manufacturers.
The fries that were previously advertised for €5.25 for the small portion (!!!) are a joke. These are simply potatoes put through a press and they charge such prices for it? It was my first time eating in the store and it will be my last time.
Service: Virtually non-existent. People do what they're supposed to do, just give you the food to take away without asking first if you want to eat there. The burger is wrapped in aluminum foil and the greasy fries are then thrown on top so that everything is really greasy when you start eating. No trays, no other aids such as forks for the fries or anything similar. So you inevitably mess up the table somehow because something always goes past the bag with sauces etc. I would like to point out positively that you can take ketchup/mayo for free.
So the food, the most important aspect of a restaurant, doesn't cost money at all. For the cheeseburger + small fries + drink it costs €21.25. An absolute joke.
Service: Non-existent. Just not there. Nothing is pointed out to you, even if you are there for the first time. MA look desperately unhappy. I was really sorry.
Ambience: Standard fare from a fast food chain. Everything is useful for quick consumption. Eating in the Centro is a struggle anyway. I can only give 1 star here.
Overall I give 1 star because the prices are absolutely outrageous for what is on offer!
I ordered a happy meal and chose toys of my choice. I had a toy in my bag and when I asked if it could be exchanged, the saleswoman rudely said no and went on to serve the next customer. It doesn't work any other way except in the shitty branch. The fries and the burger in the happy meal were still cold even though I ate them straight away. Next time I'll just go to the bakery next door, I'll pay the same amount and get more for my money. I would prefer to give zero stars but you have to give at least one star.
I actually give negative reviews as rarely as possible, but unfortunately there's no other way here... Even though I was the only one who ordered, the pizza and rolls took forever. In terms of noise, based on the pinging noises from the kitchen, I would assume that the ingredients are being defrosted in the microwave. The pizza definitely tasted like that. Not even a quarter of it was eaten and it went straight into the trash. I basically had to change the money myself because the baker couldn't do it. First and definitely last order.
For Corona protection: small shop therefore annoying that there is no cutting disc at the counter. However, masks and gloves were worn
