Food was okay. Salad somewhat heartless (a whole cucumber cut into 10 thick slices) garnished with cheap sauce from the discount store. Service seemed unmotivated (was wearing sweatpants). One expects more from a "romantic Italian".

Unfortunately, our visit to the pizzeria in the Bero Center was anything but satisfactory. I was looking forward to a good portion of lasagne, but was bitterly disappointed. The lasagna was by far the worst I have ever eaten. The sauce was watery and barely seasoned, and the minced meat was almost non-existent - instead, the dish was literally drowned under a thick, excessive layer of cheese. Unfortunately, when I politely asked the chef about the quality, I didn't get any insight. Instead, he claimed that he had never received negative feedback about his food - a statement that a look at Google reviews clearly refutes. Overall a very disappointing experience. It's a shame, because with a little more quality and customer focus, this visit could have been completely different.

The store was an absolute disaster, we waited over 40 minutes longer without the delivery coming. Called 4 times and each time the driver would be there in 10 minutes. In addition, the lady on the phone spoke such bad German that you only understood half of it, and she probably didn't understand anything herself. I hope I get my money back and they would have to pay me if I ever order from them again. So without the delivery arriving I waited over 1 hour and 45 minutes for Pasta Aglio olio. Absolutely disproportionate and outrageous. I would prefer to give minus stars if it were possible.

Das Essen ist lauwarm bis kalt. Der Geschmack hat deutlich nachgelassen. Auf unsere Frage warum das Essen so kalt ist, sagte die Bedienung. Es kommen weniger Leute, darum würde es länger liegen. Unmöglich. Wir sind über Jahre immer gerne da gewesen, aber wir werden uns nach einem anderen Restaurant umsehen, im Moment nicht mehr.

Very bad service. We first had to wait for a table while there were a few available. We were then given a table. First had to wait half an hour for cleaning. Then they brought 2 menus for 4 people. That wasn't that bad, but taking the order took so long. Drinks we ordered came at the same time as food. While cappuccino and coffee have been ordered. Cutlery was dirty. Asked twice for new cutlery. Later ordered a dessert with demand. No cutlery. Tried to call someone. After the cutlery arrived, the demand had already melted. Food tastes good, but is very unprofessional and disorganized. We were there for the first time but also for the last. Money is no object, but such poor service for a lot of money is not worth it.

Very disappointing, I ordered something and half an hour later my order was canceled and I had to wait three days for my money to be paid back!
