Pizzeria Oberhausen in Oberhausen

When you eat in, the pizzas are delicious. However, we decided to order delivery today, and what can I say? It was a disaster. Aside from waiting almost three (!) hours for the food, the pizzas unfortunately didn't taste as good as when we ate in. They were under-seasoned and only lukewarm. On top of that, the delivery itself was completely bizarre. First, they said it wasn't our order after all. Then, there was no invoice for our order. Since there was no invoice, the delivery man didn't know how much to charge and then even asked me how much change he owed me. All in all, very disappointing if you decide to order delivery.

I ordered a pizza and pizza rolls to go. The pizza was delicious, but the pizza rolls weren't really my thing, but tastes vary, as they say. The staff were also very friendly and nice. I'll definitely be back :)

The pizzas we ordered were delicious and highly recommended. The service was also very good... However, the ambiance is a bit disappointing, which isn't a big deal, as you're not sitting in an Italian restaurant, but rather in a food court.

Arrived at 11:10, still no pizza at 11:42 despite only being the only customer. Oven broken or new, specifically asked beforehand how long it would take. 10-12 minutes. Okay, everything was fine. Asked again after 20 minutes, "Ready in 2-3 minutes." After another five, I ran out of time and left the place in a rage. It was the only way I could get something to eat until late in the evening today, and it didn't work out. If the employee had at least said he had no idea how long it would take because the oven was apparently having problems, I could have arranged something else. But that was just rude to the customer.

The food was excellent and very tasty!! The service was super friendly, and it's better to eat in rather than ordering takeout. Sometimes it takes a while, but I understand that since many people order takeout. I can recommend this restaurant if you're ever in the Bero Center. Highly recommended and very delicious 😋😋😋

Unfortunately, our visit to the pizzeria in the Bero Center was anything but satisfactory. I was looking forward to a good portion of lasagne, but was bitterly disappointed. The lasagna was by far the worst I have ever eaten. The sauce was watery and barely seasoned, and the minced meat was almost non-existent - instead, the dish was literally drowned under a thick, excessive layer of cheese. Unfortunately, when I politely asked the chef about the quality, I didn't get any insight. Instead, he claimed that he had never received negative feedback about his food - a statement that a look at Google reviews clearly refutes. Overall a very disappointing experience. It's a shame, because with a little more quality and customer focus, this visit could have been completely different.

Pizza 🍕 only with chicken and 2 small still water € 14.50 is a bit excessive!

We were there today to order fries for my son, and he simply gave us a dirty plate with dried mayonnaise on it. When I pointed it out to him, he simply gave me the fries in another plate instead of giving me new fries, after all, I paid for clean and hygienic fries. I asked him several times for either new fries or my money back. He simply refused. I have to say, this is the last time I'm going there. If they react like that, I don't want to know how dirty the work is there, something the customers don't know about. Simply disgusting.

We dropped in unplanned. I've never had a better pizza, and my family and I were delighted with the taste and the price. We'll definitely come back here to eat again.👍🏻

We regularly go here for pizza after doing our grocery shopping. It might not be authentic Italian pizza, but that's to be expected given its location in a shopping center. We really enjoy it, the pizzas are generously topped, and they're not smothered in cheese. I highly recommend this pizzeria.

Waited 35 minutes for 6 pizza rolls, I'm going crazy

The bad impression started when I ordered. Very unfriendly chef and service that jumps back and forth between two restaurants. While we were ordering, he answered the phone several times, took more orders, and seemed very uninterested. He finally took our order after several interruptions. Then we were told that it might take a little longer since it was the weekend. So far so good, but it was Wednesday. After a while the order was ready. Although we had ordered herb butter twice (he had previously pointed out to us several times that we would have to pay extra for it, which we did), we had to discuss with him whether we could still get it. The salad was fresh and prepared to order, but quite expensive for the small portion. The pizza rolls resembled pizza crust, the fries were basically unseasoned. We weren't expecting gourmet food, but we were a little disappointed here.

Good food and not expensive. Pasta verde was delicious and served nice and hot.

The Gamba Pizza, No. 20, was delicious. Nothing was burnt. It tasted really good! 👍👍👍

Sorry for the ambiance review, but the tables are never cleaned. Otherwise, there's really nothing to complain about.

The pasta was completely overcooked, the cream sauce was yellow and only tasted like cheese, and the pizza rolls were hard and bone dry. The food was ready within 5 minutes. First time here, I'm very disappointed. Once and never again.

Unfortunately, we have to report today's unacceptable incident at this restaurant. After placing our order, we politely asked the waitress to dump out our child's baby bottle to prepare a new bottle. He replied in a disrespectful manner that we had to wait and that he was walking with other guests, even though it was clear that the child was extremely restless. It is important that restaurant staff respond to the needs of guests, especially when they involve children. The behavior of the operation corresponds to the expected standards in the smallest possible way. We paid for our order and left the store without eating; we lost our appetite after this event. We strongly advise against this restaurant.

The pizza had rather pitiful toppings and didn't taste particularly good... the mixed salad we ordered came without the ordered egg and feta cheese... besides the green lettuce there was hardly any tomato and neither cucumber nor pepper... a cheeky thing

Zu empfehlen. Probiert die Pizza Gambas mit extra Kräuter Butter.Jammy so lecker. Immer wieder.

Mein Essen wurde an jemanden anderen übergeben, welcher es wieder zurück gebracht hat. Anschließend habe ich gesehen wie es lieblos auf ein Teller gepackt wurde und mir wurde gesagt es sei frisch neu gemacht worden. Das Essen an sich ist okay. An das Team bitte so nicht mehr machen und wenn doch wenigstens ehrlich sein.

Das Essen ist wirklich lecker, Pizzen sind ordentlich belegt. Auf Sonderwünsche wird eingegangen und wir sind immer freundlich bedient worden. Nicht vergessen, dies ist eine Selbstbedienung Pizzeria im Bero, sprich fast food, kein Restaurant! Ambiente... naja, halt mitten im Einkaufszentrum, das weiß man aber vorher. Preisleistung ist gut. Wir kommen gerne immer mal wieder her, verknüpfen es mit dem Einkauf.

Ambiente ist Standard Einkaufscenter. Spaghetti Carbona wurde traditionelle zubereitet mit rohem Ei oben drauf. Hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Auch die Pizza Brötchen war ein Schmaus.
