The evening ended in the emergency room.
Long story short. After asking several times, my friend confirmed that there were no peanuts in the dish she ordered. True, unfortunately false, the evening ended in the intensive care unit.
So please, please don't go.
The worst thing was that despite asking about the first symptoms, they very, very arrogantly denied that there could be peanuts in it.
One star would be too much for this McDonalds! The order went smoothly. However, the cleanliness wasn't that great. But the cheekiness is still to come. From 00:00 onwards all the toilets were apparently blocked, after politely asking, there was apparently no way around
to go to the toilet. It was all taped up with pieces of paper. The “restricted” toilet was accessible, but we weren’t told that. Nothing could be done at the terminals either, even though they were still open during their regular opening hours (12:38 a.m.). Sad!
The service is very bad, they said the kitchen was closed but food was delivered to other customers. When we told them, they said it was a previous order but it had been an hour since we asked about it. We asked for 3 beers and 2 came. We were forced to take the bill. A place we will never ever choose.
Prices are rising and quality is declining. The food tastes as good as it looks. Disgusting! The hygiene also leaves something to be desired. Good thing the employees there are still nice.
It's really better to bring something yourself... Service is super bad, long queues and good hygiene have never been heard of, everyone touches everything with their hands, fries are distributed from plate to plate by hand, and the taste is really the last...
I have rarely had such a terrible experience as my last visit to Subway. The service was just hell - unfriendly and completely disrespectful. You were treated like you were a nuisance or stupid, rather than a paying customer.
Instead of politely asking for wishes or giving assistance, you were treated condescendingly. Questions or uncertainties were only responded to with annoyed looks or snarky comments. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and inappropriate - you felt like you were intruding by even coming in.
I was literally taken for a fool and the staff was just rude. Customer service looks different! For me, that was definitely the last time I visited this branch. Very disappointing!
