More fat than meat in the kebab, inedible

The kebab is not good, the bread is old. Everything inside is dirty, the floor is full of tea. Not recommended

So I personally only had good experiences with the shop but yesterday we ate there and both got food poisoning. I already noticed that the shop was slowly going down the drain but this time we saw it had to go to the doctor today and he got us That confirms that we won't eat there again, sadly.

Best kebab house there is, prepared by very nice staff.

Doner delicious, but the shop has a pretty big problem with its employee, who prepared the kebab for the customer yesterday on August 20, 24. Right from the start he exuded a great listlessness and that was unfortunately reflected in the kebab. He gave me the kebab without the sauce on top and I asked him nicely if he could put some more sauce on the kebab for me. He rolled his eyes, huffed angrily and then proceeded to tell me that sauce on top of the kebab would cost extra. He reluctantly took my kebab and put a blob of sauce on the kebab and then told me that you can't eat the kebab with sauce on top. When I said that this was my kebab, he seriously tried to insist and had to explain to me that it was impossible to eat the kebab with sauce. That was really unpleasant and very strange as a customer being told how to eat your kebab. Unfortunately, it was the first and last time we went to eat kebab here, even though we enjoyed the kebab. Too bad!

So I was in the hospital with food poisoning for 3 days. Picked up from home by the RTW, I was dizzy and much more, I was even unconscious for a short time and the RTW asked me where I had eaten. I said I was at the kebab house on the Venlor Street and he said that long ago I was already in the hospital with a poisoning, the health department was informed and I filed a report against them, something like that doesn't work, I didn't even get my money back never seen before

At first the kebab here was quite good. Now there's garlic sauce with mayo... it doesn't work at all

Well, we actually wanted to go to Kebabland, but since there was a huge queue there and my friends didn't want to wait, we ended up here. I can't say it was the best Yufka I've ever had, but it was very good. In any case, you can get a kebab/yufka here!

We were served by a chick who was very rude and thought she was the boss. There was also a hair in one of the cheap €9 kebabs.

I would give 0 stars if that were possible. I turned around briefly to get another drink and got the kebab packed that no one wanted 5 minutes before. Absolute cheek to then act as if it had been an accident.

The food was very, very tasty. The lady who works there is very arrogant. While we were there there was a misunderstanding with another customer. The employee then became rude but didn't apologize. Her work colleague then apologized to the customer. But she should actually apologize to him. Back to the kebab, it was very, very tasty. I have never eaten such a delicious kebab before. Definitely worth a visit.

Never again, unfriendly counter staff ordered a kebab and received a salad bag. The meat itself tasted good, but a lot of savings were made on it. I actually really enjoyed eating at Haus des Döners, but I noticed more and more that they cut corners on everything there even though the prices were reasonable. Then I'd rather go to Kebap Land, I'll try House of the Lord soon but I won't go there anymore.

The service was fantastic. Başan abi was too likeable. Never seen such correct employees and the kebab was also great! 10/10 load!

Best kebab I have eaten in Cologne. A worker named Caner served us really well and made the best kebab you could imagine.

Best Berlin-style sauces. Flatbread almost perfect and the salad also tastes very good. The meat is in the upper midfield, but paired with the sauces it is a pleasure. Not a kebab where I would eat the meat plain, but the overall package is right.

Döner stabil würde immer kommen

İk kwam uit Belgie op bezoek naar Cologne. Wij hadden honger en heb opgezocht wat hier te eten was ik ben deze kebabzaak tegengekomen en dacht zelf om eens een kans te geven. PERFECTTTTT!!! Was echt smaakvol en heerlijk. Het werd snel klaargemaakt en nog voor goede prijs. Ik raad iedereen die uit het buitenland komt en niet weet waar die moet gaan eten. Hier is de juiste adres om te komen eten.

Donnerstags gibt's veganen Döner. Wenn ich es nicht gewusst hätte, hätte ich geschmacklich keinen Unterschied zu einem normalen Döner festgestellt. Preis um die 7 €.Bedienung hinter der Theke allerdings eher eine Katastrophe. Vegan: Rind oder Hähnchen ?Döner auf die Hand: wird komplett in Alufolie gepackt und dann hinein in die Plastiktüte.....

5 tane ekmek arası döner yedik, yedikten sonra arkadaşlarla biraz sohbet ettik. Sohbet ederken bilerek son ses müziği açtılar bizde rahatsız olduk kalktık. Kalkar kalkmaz işci sesi kapatti hatta gördüm biz kalkar kalkmaz kapatırken. Bu çok büyük bir terbiyesizlik. Böyle bir şeyi ben hayatımda hiç bir yerde görmedim. 1 yıldız bile çok bu terbiyesiz elemanlara, elimden gelse 0 yıldız verirdim. Bu arada ekmek ekmek değildi et et değildi. BURAYI KESINLIKLE TAVSIYE ETMIYORUM!!! Wir haben 5 Döner gegessen und nach dem Essen haben wir angefangen uns zu unterhalten. Während wir uns unterhielten, drehten sie absichtlich die Musik auf voller Lautstärke, sodass wir gestört wurden und aufstanden. Sobald wir aufstanden, schaltete der Arbeiter den Ton aus. Ich sah sogar, wie er ihn ausschaltete, sobald wir aufstanden. Das ist eine große Unhöflichkeit. So etwas habe ich noch nie in meinem Leben gesehen. Sogar 1 Stern ist zu viel für dieses unhöfliche Personal, ich würde 0 Sterne geben, wenn ich könnte. Übrigens war Brot kein Brot, Fleisch war kein Fleisch. Ich empfehle es definitiv NICHT!!! We ate 5 kebabs and after eating we started chatting. While we were talking, they deliberately turned the music up to full volume so that we were disturbed and got up. As soon as we got up, the worker turned off the sound. I even saw him turn it off as soon as we got up. This is a huge rudeness. I've never seen anything like this in my life. Even 1 star is too much for this rude staff, I would give 0 stars if I could. By the way, bread wasn't bread, meat wasn't meat. I DEFINETELY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Unsere Döner waren nach 10 Minuten Heimweg eiskalt. Die scharfe Soße die wir sonst auch immer essen war ungenießbar. Wegen der scharfen Säure waren die Döner leider nicht essbar!!! Schade um das Geld, schade um das Essen!!!

Die Pfanddosen werden erst mit Nachdruck zurück genommen. Was normalerweise selbstverständlich sein sollte 😡

Sehr lecker, vor allem der vegetarische Döner

Waren zum ersten Mal dort, als es dort einen veganen Döner in Zusammenarbeit mit The Vegetarian Butcher gab. Das Döner"Fleisch" hätte etwas knuspriger sein können, allerdings wurde der Spieß so wie's aussah auch gerade frisch dran gemacht, also nicht so schlimm. Insgesamt hat der Döner aber echt überzeugt. Das Brot war super fluffig und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Gemüse war knackig und frisch und die Saucen haben alles gut abgerundet. Würde mich auf jeden Fall sehr freuen, wenn es der vegane Döner auch auf die reguläre Karte schafft, dann würden wir wohl öfter Mal vorbei kommen.

Ich muss fairerweise sagen, es war der 11.11 (Kölner wissen was das heißt). Mein Dürum war leider kalt und so schlecht gefaltet und halb offen, dass alles rausfiel. Was mich am meisten gestört hat ist, dass der Dürum wie ein ganz normaler Wrap vom Supermarkt schmeckt und nicht frisch gebacken. Für mich ein Döner von der Stange ohne Liebe

Das war leider nix. Nix drin, kalt, trocken und Fleisch verbrannt. Echt traurig bei einen 7 Euro Döner.

Der Döner war gut. Wurde in der Schlange angepöbelt und geschubst, was der Ladenbesitzer nur belächelte.

Beste Soßen, gutes Brot. Sonst aber Luft nach oben, der Service ist jenachdem wer da ist sehr nett oder man fühlt sich als ob man stört. Jetzt wo es kälter wird ist es auch im Laden recht kalt. Bin trozdem öfter hier es schmeckt echt gut!

Ich war abends/nachts zu Gast und hatte dieselbe Qualität wie in anderen Läden der Kette erwartet. Leider bekam ich schon länger liegendes Fleisch und ein staubtrockenes Brot. Gesprochen wurde auch nicht.

Döner Sandwich mit Knoblauchsauce Tomaten und Zwiebeln bestellt und die Hälfte leider entsorgt . Es ging nicht … Die Sauce null Geschmack nur weiß und schwer Das Fleisch null Geschmack . Nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Schlechter Döner , Brot war hart und alt für 7.50 Euro . Nicht zu empfehlen.

Döner gut! Personal, der junge Mann war freundlich. Die ältere Dame eher nicht so. Tische vor dem Laden sehr schmutzig, lieber Laufen und dabei Essen als umgeben von Vogelkot und Essensresten. Trotz des guten Döner lieber woanders.

Auf alles bester Döner den ich je gegessen habe. Man hat nach mehr Soße gefragt direkt die sagen ja natürlich. Man kann draußen und innen essen sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Einfach dönerladen des Vertrauens. Die besten 7€ die ich jemals in meinem Leben investiert habe.
