I had 25 minutes until my express train arrived on Monday at lunchtime and wanted to grab a quick bite at McDonald's. I walked in and there weren't many people in the store, so I went straight to an ordering terminal and was able to order quickly. I stood to the side and waited for my number. Suddenly, an enormous number of people came and ordered, so much so that you were almost shoulder to shoulder at the screen with the numbers. I watched as only one person prepared and packed the orders, with a second person helping out every now and then, but they were also moving at a snail's pace.
Fifteen minutes passed before I felt like I'd been ripped off because everyone who ordered after me got their food before me. I asked if my order had been forgotten, to which I was simply told, "The number is on the screen, so don't forget it." By the way, I had only ordered a McSmart meal and extra chicken nuggets, so nothing special or anything major. After 20 minutes, my order for "eat here" was on a tray, even though I'd ordered takeout. Because the ICE train was supposed to depart in less than five minutes, I sprinted to the platform and saw the train just arriving. It's absolutely outrageous to have to wait 20 minutes for a simple order for €8.
Get your processes organized and maybe don't have just one person packing things after a rush!
Waited almost half an hour for the food, then got the wrong food, then waited another 20 minutes for the right food. Very rude and overwhelmed staff, very dirty tables, and it's tasted better.
(At most, half the tables were occupied)
Damn store! Waited 15 minutes because the employee said he was entitled to a 30 minute break. No sign, nothing! And after 15 minutes he said.... No alcohol! bastard!!! September 29th 3:00 a.m.
We ordered several dishes and chose naan as a side dish. The dishes that had naan as a side dish came without a side dish. The delivery person said that you can't choose naan as a side dish, you always have to order it separately. What nonsense, if that were the case then I would have had to get rice instead of naan. I've also had naan as a side dish several times and it says so on the order. I think he just forgot about it. I get the impression that if you have paid in advance via Paypal, the delivery people think they can afford anything.
Absolutely DISGUSTING food. The wrong thing is delivered, it's absolutely soggy, it smells like old fat, you can find hair and other creatures and... if you order here anyway you should be prepared for food poisoning!!!
Really, unfortunately, it's not good. Massamann has nothing to do with Massamann. I can understand making a curry and then garnishing it Massamann-style, as is often done, but then the basic curry also has to be tasty, and this really isn't enjoyable. It tastes like a packet of curry, but they made an effort to find the worst packet of curry, heat it up quickly in the microwave, and serve it for €7. Unfortunately, I've never eaten such a bad meal in a restaurant.

Scrap metal! Not order! Ordered at 6:00 p.m. Delivery after 3 hours. Cold and not edible. Support doesn't cancel, promises voucher that doesn't arrive. This borders on fraud.
Würde 0 Sterne geben wenn möglich! Haben 2 Stunden auf das Essen gewartet. Die Nummer auf der Website ist nicht vergeben und die Nummer auf Google maps ist von einem netten Herren aber nicht vom Laden! Burrito war hauptsächlich Reis und nicht mehr. Sehr schlecht! Nicht zu empfehlen! Wir haben Bauchschmerzen!
The food here made me sick again. I've never eaten such bad, old food in my life. It feels like I just threw all my money into the river. The HEALTH OFFICE should check the food in this restaurant.
Worst pizza I've eaten in my 44 years of life.
The pizza is frozen. Even the cheapest supermarket pizza is better. In addition, some of the pizza was still cold. And then €9.90 for a small pizza
Really quite tasty, but it's far from worth the wait for delivery.
We waited more than an hour longer than was announced and unfortunately we were unable to establish direct contact with the driver because he didn't answer his cell phone.
It's a real shame, we were really pressed for time that evening and didn't really have the nerves, let alone the stomach, to wait that long for food.
Prices for the food are really stable, so you can't complain 💪🏼
