Pizzeria Bravo Köln in Köln

Really quite tasty, but it's far from worth the wait for delivery. We waited more than an hour longer than was announced and unfortunately we were unable to establish direct contact with the driver because he didn't answer his cell phone. It's a real shame, we were really pressed for time that evening and didn't really have the nerves, let alone the stomach, to wait that long for food. Prices for the food are really stable, so you can't complain 💪🏼

I can only agree with the others. We waited over two hours for our order even though we didn't actually have time for it. The delivery man was then chatting comfortably in front of the house while we continued to wait. We called there four times and no one called back, even though we asked. They probably didn't have any contact with the driver in the store? Tastes okay but not worth the wait.

We waited over 2 hours for our order. At 4:30 the desperate delivery man called several times (we've fallen asleep by now, logically, 4:30 in the night) and brought us cold food... fluffy fries... fluffy spring rolls... the pizza tasted OK. But waiting more than 2 hours is really a number... I will never ever order from them again Update: received a call and as an apology we get free food. Two stars for the attention and personal questions. Thanks for that :)

VERY BAD!!! 1. I ordered and the house number was not found. I had to argue with the driver for 15 minutes that he would bring the order to me and I would NOT go to meet him 2. the order was not complete 3. when we contracted the driver he became very rude and said we should call his boss, but he couldn't find a number. As a result, I didn't get the rest of my order and I had to listen to something else from the driver that was EVERYTHING FUCKING UP!
