The other day the bread fell on the floor and they picked it up in front of me and wanted to use it. Definitely don't eat there!

Food tastes good but simply incompetent. We ordered via the app, arrived and it didn't have the order on the screen. Then they also prepared the wrong thing...

Super unfriendly service behind the counter. Baked incorrectly, there wasn't the bread we wanted... As so often! Personally I would never order or eat here, but unfortunately my other half loves the stuff!

Unfortunately, you needlessly run to this store in the rain after work in the evening because opening hours are not updated here. Was there at 10:15 p.m. - opening times are stated online until 10:30 p.m., why they apparently close at 10:00 p.m. and don't specify that is a mystery. Too bad. Very rare 1 out of 5 stars. Either you estimate your opening times and update them, or you shouldn't specify any if you can't stick to them

It's pathetic not letting a 4 year old go to the toilet. We would have taken a few cookies with us but we will certainly never eat here again. Extremely unfriendly

Outrageous prices! The menu should cost €3.50. We ordered two extra slices of cheese and ended up paying €17.50! I don't understand how it is possible that a Subway sandwich suddenly becomes so expensive despite the menu price. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a rip off! Never again!

The employees seem extremely unmotivated - they sit on the guest chairs and only go behind the counter as soon as you are standing directly at the counter. In addition, they hardly speak any German, so communication was difficult. I'm sure I didn't receive vegetarian chicken even though I ordered it. This was extremely frustrating. In addition, the vouchers did not work. The food preparation was fine, but the staff gave the impression that they were not being paid for their work.

The "fries" are inedible. Totally overpriced for the quality. The drinks are also way too expensive!! It's better to invest a euro more and eat sensibly!!!
