They took over an hour just to look at my order. The most disastrous service I've ever seen. Never again, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The food was also cold.

I don't understand why you have a good rating on Wolt?! The dishes were so inedible! The lasagna tasted chemically, the burger was soggy, the salad was completely limp, and the fries were cold. This is unacceptable!

By far the worst place in Cologne. I ordered a vegetarian pasta dish and it turned out to be meat. On top of that, my drink was simply changed; they seem to decide what you should drink. Aside from the delivery time, I couldn't even call to complain.

Never order there!! We ordered via Lieferando and waited more than 1.5 hours. Then we called them only to find out that all the drivers were on the other side of the Rhine and that it would take at least 10-15 minutes again. Then we canceled the meal afterwards. They also just hung up on the phone in the middle. I would recommend that everyone would rather starve than order there.

I actually only know the place from getting beer and know that the owners have changed often. After midnight at night the only shop on Schäl Sick that still delivered burgers and pizza rolls (with Gouda) was ordered. Burger was good. Fries a bit light, pizza rolls very tasty. The driver was there quicker than Lieferando stated. So not my first choice, but ok!

If you want to make yourself sick so that you don't want to work anymore then you've come to the right place. After this meal we had a lot of shit and our toilet was blown up (3 pizzas for 3 people and everyone had diarrhea after less than 30 minutes)

Food never arrived, supposedly the delivery person was here and the last name wasn't on the door. After 12 years I know the name is there! When you call the store they lie to your ear and tell you that they would come again. You wait hopefully that the food will arrive and nothing came. You call the driver and he says he's not coming anymore and he's finished work... that's how they rely on customers very well. I would throw a driver like that out immediately. Apparently it's all about quantity and not quality when it comes to customer care. There was a statement that he had taken a picture of the doorbell. By the way, I also took this photo and feel free to exchange it via email. Anyone can simply take a photo of a doorbell to talk their way out. Shameless load!!!

My lasagne only tasted like tomato paste and cold, rotten cheese, and the dough was completely raw. The penne wasn't tasty either, the sauce was hardly seasoned and the mushrooms (which were supposed to be in the dish) were nowhere to be found. As if that wasn't enough, the driver gave us €10 too little back. Greatest dirt, would never recommend the food. Get yourselves together

Ich kann die ganze schlechte Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Ich bin sowohl mit dem Essen als auch mit Lieferung sehr zufrieden.

Es werden immer Sossen vergessen. Egal obPizzabroetchen oder sonst was. Jedes verdammte mal vergessen die meine Sossen. Wer isst bitte Pizzabroetchen ohne Sosse. Da kann ich doch direkt trockenes Brot essen gehen.

Das Essen kam nach 1 und halb Stunden die Pizza war richtig kalt und der Käse schon so fest gefroren das die Pizza nicht genießbar nach ein Stück hab ich nichts mehr runter bekommen kein entgegen kommen nichts war mein erstes und letztes Mal Fazit: Größter drecks laden in dem ich gegessen habe sowas müsste echt geschlossen werden vom Gesundheitsamt nach 2 Tagen jetzt hören die Bauchschmerzen und der Durchfall endlich auf. Das war das schlechteste essen was ich je in Köln bekomme habe. Dazu ist esnoch falsch Deklariert. Parmaschinken mit Rucola habe ich bestellt und was habe ich bekomme. Matschigen Wildsalat mehrere dunkel Farben also schlecht und statt Parma habe ich bacon. Wer da bestellt ist selber schuld. Nie wieder. Möchte auch mein Geld zurück weil das kann keiner essen. Lieferando werde ich infomieren

Lieferung ist schnell. Freundliche Menschen vor Ort. Die Dönerpizza hat super geschmeckt. Ein paar Tage später habe ich die Pizza nochmal bestellt, sie war gar dann aber nicht gut. Meine dritte Bestellung war einfach nur katastrophal. Die Pizzen war ausgetrocknet ubd verbrannt. Werde nie wieder da was bestellen.

Der fahrer hat sehr lange gebraucht der Burger hat nicht gesund geschmeckt und die Pommes sind labbrig mein Kollege kotz gerade im Hintergrund kann ich echt keinem empfehlen dort etwas zu esse die ayoli Sauce schmeckt Orginal nach nix die 10 Euro hätte ich auch genau so gut in einen Spielautomaten werfen können

Das war die schrecklichste Lasagne und die schlimmsten Pommes die ich je gegessen habe. Lasagne kam ohne Bechamelsoße, die war viel zu tomatig und sehr übersalzen, dafür haben sie bei den Pommes das Salz weggelassen, um auf meine Gesundheit zu achten. Dort bestelle ich nie wieder etwas.

Bei der Beschwerde gab es so gut wie keine Einsicht, nur eine weitere Pizza als Entschädigung aber was bringt mir das, wenn schon die gelieferte Pizza ungenießbar ist? Kurz gefasst - NIE wieder. 😂

Wir haben vier Pizzen bestellt und alle haben nach Schimmel gestunken Ich esse wirklich einiges aber diese Pizza war ungenießbar und mit abstand die schlechteste Pizza die ich je gegessen habe. Ich hatte eine Pizza Paradies. Nachdem wir bei einem Anruf gefragt haben was das für eine Pizza war bekamen wir kaum auskunft. Der Kollege war sehr unfreundlich und hat direkt mit "Bruder, Brudi oder Kollege geredet" es gab überhaupt kein Entgegenkommen. Außerdem glaube ich das die Positiven Kommentare hier gekauft oder von Verwandten sind. Absolut keine Empfehlung!! Bitte erspart eurem Gaumen diese furchtbare Erfahrung.

Bestellung Pizza Paradies: Ich habe in meinem Leben noch nie soooo eine ekelhafte Pizza gegessen! Ich weiß nicht was die für ein Käse benutzt haben aber das hat so gestunken und war einfach ungenießbar. Nach 10 min Gespräch kam noch nicht mal ein entgegenkommen. Nie nie nie wieder

Noch nie solange gewartet für eine pizza wie hier. Nach 5 anrufen hieß es ja jetzt ist er losgefahren und nicht nur ist die pizza kalt angekommen sie hat auch nicht geschmeckt. Die soße, ich weiß nichtmal ob man das soße oder suppe nennt, die pizza ist ertränkt in wasser soße. Niewieder und würde ich wirklich niemandem empfehlen. 3 stunden wartezeit egal wie hungrig man ist ich fresse lieber erde als das, ich habe vieles in meinem leben gesehen außer den Lieferanten.

Nach 15h Arbeit essen um 23 Uhr bestellt, jetzt ist es 00:39 und immer noch nichts da. Da ich immer per sofort bezahle sehr ärgerlich. Der Laden ist nicht mal 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Gebe euch einen Tipp bestellt bei dem Laden nicht mehr. Habe Lieferando angeschrieben und will mein Geld zurück. Ein Stern ist schon wirklich zu viel für diesen drecks laden.

Nach unverschämten 2 Stunden Lieferzeit kam das Essen an! Zwei doppelte Burger plus Fritten und Chicken Nuggets! Die Fritten kalt und labbrig sind direkt im Müll gelandet, der Burger bestand aus sehr labbrig durchnässten Brötchen sowie jeweils zwei geschmacksneutralen trockenen Patties aus dem Tiefkühler + einer zermatschten Tomatenscheibe! Die Chicken Nuggets waren ebenfalls kalt und ohne Geschmack inklusive einer Labberpanade! Ums direkt zu schreiben: Wir haben noch nie bei so einem unterirdisch schlechten Lieferdienst bestellt! Um die 30 Euro für die Tonne! Ich warne hiermit jeden hier nichts zu bestellen, denn sonst könntet ihr euer Geld auch gleich verbrennen! 0 Sterne!

Ein Stern hab ich nur gegeben weil man nicht null sterne geben kann. Essen kam erst nach 20 anrufen und 3 std Lieferzeit an. Ich kauf dort niewieder und würde es auch keinem raten. Die Preise sind viel zu hoch für das billig Essen was man hier bekommt. Schlimmste Erfahrung .
