We ate here for the first time. Depending on the day and time, it's relatively quiet in the pedestrian zone. The menu only offers a small selection of dishes. I was really disappointed that there were so many more dishes, some of which were still posted inside the building. We weren't informed of this when the menus were handed out. I was pretty shocked when I saw the prices. You should pay 35 euros for one dish! We felt too embarrassed to leave the restaurant, so we bit the bullet... the staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. However, I wouldn't pay that much again. The portions weren't particularly big, and you can get the same quality food elsewhere for far less money.
Ordered food. Of three dishes, only one was correct. After twenty minutes of discussion with the delivery person, who doesn't even have the number of his employer or restaurant on his cell phone, a second driver was supposed to bring the correct order this time.
Congratulations. This time two out of three orders were correct. I could starve and this would be the only supplier in Bielefeld, I would rather have oatmeal and tap water than order here again. Never again.
The food itself is good and tasty, but the service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Nobody has to carry us on their hands, but nobody wants to be served in an annoyed manner.
Friendliness is written wrong and lowercase in the case of the older gentleman and the man in his mid-20s.
Total zero-buck mentality that leads to customers never coming back, even though the food is really tasty. But a snack bar or restaurant lives and dies with good service.
It can't be in the owner's interest that his employees treat customers like this and potential is wasted.
But of course I don't want to take away from anyone, it could have been a bad day. The food speaks a different language and was great.
We received a very unfriendly welcome upon entering the restaurant. The entire staff seemed grumpy and barely accommodated our requests. The food tasted okay, but by no means convincing enough to warrant a repeat visit.
One particularly negative incident occurred when the chef dropped a piece of bread and then simply pushed it into a corner instead of properly disposing of it. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take a photo of this, but several guests also witnessed it.
Overall, the visit was disappointing.
Went there today to get a drink and waited about 20 minutes. What nothing happens. The waitress simply didn't pay any attention to us. She walked past us a few times and made no attempt to serve us. Thank you for nothing. We're definitely not getting anywhere. And I wouldn't recommend it either
I ordered a cheese crust supreme and was unfortunately disappointed. The taste was quite good but there was clearly not enough cheese for the price and the name of the pizza. The driver was very polite but never came to Brackwede again.
Sehr vorzüglichiche classische italienische Steinoffenspeise, aber es fehlte ein: Iced Matcha Latte, zu spät beim Pilates

The first brewery I was in that had vegan schnitzel! And it was really tasty! What would make it even better is if it were a little bigger compared to the meat schnitzel or if you got 2 schnitzels (possibly for a small extra charge). ^^ But it's really cool that vegetarian and vegan cuisine is becoming increasingly popular in traditional restaurants.
What friendly service! Aiham and Anhelina, the best service, super fast, clean, and with a genuine smile, simply top-notch and worth more than 5 stars! Such employees are worth their weight in gold. I work in customer service myself, and with employees like them, you can only win! See you soon!
