Unfortunately disappointing for the second time
I used to really enjoy ordering from Glückspilz and was always satisfied - unfortunately this was the second time in a row that the quality of the food had deteriorated significantly. The burger meat had an extremely salty, dry and strange taste, almost as if it had been spoiled. The fries were dried out and no longer hot, and the chicken nuggets were also disappointing in taste. Overall, the food didn't taste good at all - on the contrary, I hope we don't get food poisoning from it.
Delivery via Uber Eats was quick and the driver was very friendly, but unfortunately that alone can't make up for the disappointing food. I really hope that the quality improves again soon - as I was used to.
We've ordered something every now and then and so far it's usually been fine. No wonder but still good enough. Today was pretty disappointing. The dough was terrible, as if it only contained flour and water, and no fermentation. Never again.
You wait too long for a meal that isn't quite "done".. in response to a comment, we were offered the meal at a cheaper price. Very nice, but a bit strange.. instead of changing something about the food, it is discounted 😅 I think it wasn't an isolated situation otherwise they wouldn't offer something like that, especially since something like that shouldn't be normal. Unfortunately, never again... but I think that's common. It's a shame, great location, nice restaurant but not much invested in the important things
Dear owners, as a customer I would like you to take the opening times seriously and open promptly at 5 p.m.!! I stood there for 10 minutes the other day on Friday and no one was there! It doesn't work that way! Otherwise very cheap and it tastes good.
Ordered an orange-ginger juice that had 3 fruit flies in it. When they wanted to exchange it they were told “what do you expect with this weather, the fruit flies are just in the machines”. Seriously??
In my opinion the worst restaurant to eat in the area. A lot has already been written about the food in the negative reviews and I can absolutely confirm that. Mostly bland, everything cold and, well, not inviting at all. The worst thing about the buffet was the sushi; the one from the discount store is much better
The highlight came when paying. Normally I always drink when I visit a restaurant because I am aware that a large part of the profits come from tips and drinks. However, I simply wasn't thirsty that evening and was charged 2 euros
When I pointed out that this was against the law and I even wanted to prove this, the often mentioned poor treatment of guests by the staff became clearly noticeable.
