Went there as an individual for lunch at lunchtime. I found the food (especially the meat) to be inferior, a lot of tough meat in a sauce monotony or everything fried. For €15.90 I expected better. The service person then charged me an extra €2 because I didn't order a drink. Impudence! He was very displeased, annoyed and quite condescending anyway. No recommendation for this store. I prefer to support the small restaurants.

Hat das ambiente von einem Autohaus, was es auch mal war. Essen unterer Durchschnitt selbst die Convenience Produkte waren nicht der Brüller. Der Schoko Brunnen war mit allem gefüllt aber nicht mich Schokolade. Hatte leider den Charm von Massenabfertigung. Der preis für die Leistung war nicht gerechtfertigt. Wir werden diesen Asiaten nicht noch mal aufsuchen.

The warm dishes were plentiful, the vegetables were fresh and crunchy, the meat was available in a variety of versions and you could also put together your own creations and prepare them fresh on site. Particularly noteworthy: The food was always hot and was always checked and, if necessary, quickly refilled. Even when it comes to dessert, no wish is left unfulfilled. Whether it's cake, jelly, fruit that could be refined at the chocolate fountain or an above-average ice cream chest - everyone will find something to their liking here. The restaurant itself definitely has charm, there is something to see everywhere and everything looks clean and well-kept. Since we were there at a quieter time, we got a niche with benches. Otherwise, the tables inside were apparently designed more for larger groups.

We were very disappointed! At the end the waiter asked where we were paying if everything was OK. We said that we didn't think it was okay, that he was only at our table once because we wanted to order drinks. When we tried to call him he said, "Yes, right away." The store wasn't full!!!! He then became loud and tried to justify himself. If you can't handle criticism, why are you asking??? When we asked the owner about it (because the way the waiter talked to us was very cheeky - a married couple with 3 small children), he just said: ""yes, write a bad review, it's ok, I don't care... " We didn't mention anything about reviews... very arrogant as if he didn't need to. Well, the waiter said "I don't care if you complain, you don't pay me at the end of the day, the owner does... The most important thing in advance: A very good Chinese with a very tasty buffet, where the price-performance ratio is right! There are enough parking spaces nearby. Although the restaurant seems huge, the harmonious and comfortable seating means you don't have the feeling of sitting in a hall. In addition to the extensive number of “ready-made meals”, you also have the option of choosing raw ingredients and having them freshly prepared. Even at full capacity, the operators have their shop under control and it is very rare that a dish is not available at short notice... and if it is - there are definitely very tasty alternatives for the next bowls.

So overall it's good, but stay away from breaded things, it's not fresh enough and the roaster adds too much oil! Am I coming again? No.

The food is very fragrant, as is the friendliness of the service. In itself everything is really quite good. The only thing that bothers me is that various service staff walk past the table several times but don't clear away empty plates. Well, you can overlook it when you're stressed.

We have been there several times with our family. The restaurant is in a converted former car dealership. It is therefore more "modern" Chinese, rather than the usual Far East flair. The selection of offers is impressive and leaves little to be desired for us. In addition to the “Mongolian grill buffet”, the salad bar and the dessert area should also be mentioned here. What we have seen so far has always been fresh and always replenished quickly. There are of course also a large number of (for us) typically Chinese dishes with a solid selection of sauces. Service is always polite and quick. Toilets and restaurant clean and tidy. We'd love to come back. Addendum: Be careful with the prices! While lunch prices are reasonable for families, prices increase by over 30% in the evenings and Sundays. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether the slightly larger selection justifies the prices.

We come here regularly for birthdays and other celebrations, and it's nice for large groups. However, it has to be said that it is a very large ambience, which means it is louder and the walking distances are longer. Alone or as a couple, it is not recommended as much as with groups. The food is always delicious, but on the last visit the buffet items weren't that hot, just lukewarm - which was a shame.

The buffet food was rather poor in taste and mostly cold. It had some ready-made sauce and bad canteen food taste. The meat was jelly-like and totally sour. The selection wasn't the best either, other similar restaurants are better positioned (Gourmet World, Phoenix). In principle, of course, there is enough choice. After two courses we were served sooner. As soon as we left the restaurant, my stomach started rumbling. A pity.

This would make it easier for guests with specific dietary preferences or restrictions to make their selections without having to ask every time. As for the service, I was very impressed. Despite the crowds, the staff were always attentive and ensured that drinks were refilled quickly and that the dishes were cleared away quickly. This high level of efficiency and friendliness further increased the enjoyment of the meal. In summary, I can say that the Pandaking in Bielefeld stands for a top-class buffet experience that impresses with its variety, quality and outstanding service. With minor adjustments in the area of ​​food labeling the offer would be perfect. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to once again feast on the diverse range of delicacies.

Sunday 6 p.m.... Because the restaurant is usually full of screaming little children on Saturday evenings, we went to the restaurant on Sunday. Unfortunately no difference. It was almost unbearable. An area for families with small children or specific times for guests aged 10 and over would be desirable. (To all the haters: even adults need to relax sometimes.) The employees have extremely loud radios that repeatedly shout instructions. Terrible!

Food was very tasty BUT there wasn't my favorite sushi so I started crying in the store. Please add the sushi to the range. The sushi is with schnitzel, peppers and cucumber, I think, and also with sesame. Otherwise everything is perfect, I'll be back soon.

We've really (!!!) enjoyed coming here for lunch for years. The choice of food is a little less than in the evening, but there's still plenty there and the live cooking is quick, the service is responsive and things are cleared away too. You can't go in the evening from Friday to Sunday. Still standing in your jacket you are asked for drinks. The shop is packed, the service communicates via walkie talkies, there is no clearing and you have to actively speak to the service in order to get drinks and the bill. Everyone seems completely stressed, but there are also 20 people standing in the door waiting for a table to become available. Children running around uncontrollably (where are the parents?) You have to wait a bit at the buffet, but it's still bearable. It is refilled relatively quickly and tastes good too. 2 points deduction for service for the chef during live cooking. Every (!) guest is shouted at if they don't understand the chaotic system or have a question. I've never experienced anything like this. He's all alone and actually needs help. I'm sorry, but the guest is the last person who can do anything about it. He pays 25 euros for the meal and then the rice is not fried and is cold. Tip: make a reservation from 8:30 p.m. because the families are gone and everything is quieter or go at lunchtime, it's 8 euros cheaper and tastes better.

I was there for the dinner buffet. The selection is very large and initially makes a good, fresh impression. However, the food you put together yourself is completely greasy after preparing it and, despite the sauces, very tasteless. The finished duck is totally mushy, the beef has been softened with far too much baking soda (stingles on the tongue). Overall, everything was pretty tasteless and boring. Only the design of the store is fresh and pleasant. Overall, unfortunately not a recommendation for the money.

Quantität ist nicht gleich Qualität. Mein sohn, ich und andere die mit uns dort waren hatten danach 2 tage Magenschmerzen. Obwohl ich wirklich nur 3/4 Gabeln vom Buffet (vom Grill) gegessen habe weil ich es ehrlich gesagt schon vermutet hatte. Wollte dann Obst aber als ich die Abdeckung öffnete kam mir so ein ekliger Geruch entgegen, dass ich es erst garnicht gegessen habe. Das Essen war aufjedenfall nicht mehr gut. Würde hier nie wieder essen und auch jedem davon abraten.
