Ich kenne das Restaurant Brand’s Busch von Besuchen in der Vergangenheit, aber nach meiner aktuellen Erfahrung mit dem dortigen Parkplatzmanagement werde ich das Haus künftig meiden. ​Am 18.01.2026 habe ich auf dem Parkplatz an der Furtwänglerstraße geparkt und für die ersten zwei Stunden bereits vorab ordnungsgemäß über PayPal bezahlt. Als ich die Parkdauer über mein Handy verlängern wollte, war dies aufgrund technischer Schwierigkeiten auf der Homepage des Betreibers Avantpark nicht möglich. Die Meldung „Technical Difficulties“ verhinderte jede weitere Zahlung (Screenshot der Fehlermeldung liegt mir vor). ​Trotz meiner nachgewiesenen Zahlungswilligkeit und der Dokumentation des Systemfehlers ist die Abwicklung durch den Parkplatzbetreiber eine absolute Enttäuschung: ​Ignoranz im Portal: Meine Nachrichten über das offizielle Kontaktformular von Avantpark wurden mit automatisierten Standardantworten abgetan, die null auf das technische Problem eingingen. ​Einschreiben ignoriert: Selbst auf meinen formellen Widerspruch per Einschreiben, dem ich alle Beweise beigefügt hatte, wurde inhaltlich nicht reagiert. ​Mahnung statt Klärung: Anstatt den Systemfehler im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich einzugestehen, wird nun eine Mahnung über insgesamt 50,91 EUR verschickt. ​Es ist sehr enttäuschend, dass das Restaurant sich hier komplett aus der Verantwortung zieht und auf Beschwerden nicht reagiert. Es ist Ihr Gelände, und Sie legitimieren diesen Dienstleister. Wenn jemand (wie durch meine PayPal-Zahlung belegt) nachweislich zahlungswillig ist, aber durch die Technik Ihres Partners blockiert wird, darf das nicht zu einer 50-Euro-Strafe führen. Das ist das Gegenteil von Gastfreundschaft. ​Wie man auch der Lokalpresse entnehmen konnte, scheint dieser Ärger hier kein Einzelfall zu sein. Für mich ist das Vertrauensverhältnis als potenzieller künftiger Gast damit erledigt.

Wir waren am Valentinstag hier essen und hatten einen sehr schönen Abend. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm ruhig, und die Tische standen nicht zu nah beieinander, sodass man sich ungestört unterhalten konnte. Das Valentinstagsmenü war sehr lecker und liebevoll zubereitet. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass ich sogar eine alternative Speise probieren durfte. Der Service war aufmerksam und herzlich. Ein rundum gelungener Abend – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

" ACHTUNG PARKPLATZABZOCKE " Habe ein paar ältere Gäste zum Restaurant gebracht dabei 19 Minuten und 18 Sekunden auf dem Parkplatz gestanden. Das Parkknöllchen kostete 49,76 €, obwohl auf der Webseite mit 3 Stunden kostenlos parken geworben wird. Auf dem Schild am Parkplatz sind es dann nur noch 2 Stunden angeblich kostenlos parken. Telefonisch wird man bei Beschwerden auf schriftlich verwiesen und auf schriftlich meldet sich niemand. Also wer bis zu 150€ pro Stunde für den Parkplatz zahlen will "ißt" hier richtig.

Ein Original Wiener Schnitzel essen??? Ihr müsst nicht nach Wien..... Hier in rustikalem Ambiente köstlich genießen. Ein lohnende Besuch.

Tolles Essen, zuvorkommendes Team und das Frühstück macht schon allein optisch was her. Und die Atmosphäre ist wirklich sehr einladend. Danke, war super 👍 immer wieder gerne

We celebrated our wedding, including a non-denominational ceremony, wedding dinner and reception, and an overnight stay at the hotel. We were completely satisfied with the package, the communication, the service, and the overall ambiance. We felt well advised in advance, and everyone was always thoughtful. All arrangements were handled competently by both parties down to the smallest detail, even with last-minute requests. The value for money was also very good. All our wishes were fulfilled 100%. On the wedding day, thanks to the excellent organization, we were able to simply enjoy the day, and the friendly staff took care of everything. The wedding guests also spoke highly of the friendly and attentive service staff and found the food VERY delicious! We also have nothing but good things to say about the hotel overnight stay(s) and breakfast. For us, the memory remains of a perfect wedding day, which was only made so perfect by Brand's Busch. Thank you very much!

Recently renovated and with a new menu, an absolute highlight in one of the most beautiful places in Bielefeld.

I was there and had lunch included because I was attending a training course next door at the Transport Institute. There was a choice of two dishes, which you could then help yourself to from the mini buffet. The dishes we had were perfectly fine. However, I've also heard that if you're a regular guest and order from the menu, it's supposed to be even better. Afterward, there was always cake at the Transport Institute training course that was baked there, and I have to say it was absolutely delicious, especially the chocolate cake. The atmosphere was really inviting and beautiful. I can't comment on the service since we weren't regular guests.

I can only agree… the restaurant used to be great! Today, in this shop where everything is green, there are black dishes and dark mines... The terrace is still closed, no matter how nice the weather is... and the service is terribly unfriendly!

Friendly staff and good food. I have always been satisfied with each of my visits so far.

This restaurant used to be really good; the food was great and the staff was super friendly and well-trained. Now the staff is just unfriendly. A few months ago, we went there to have something delicious to eat in beautiful surroundings (a memory from the past) and to ask if we could celebrate our wedding there. We didn't have many expectations, but they didn't even ask. When the lady found out there would only be about 45 guests, we were immediately fobbed off. We were also rudely informed that it was a private event. Okay, I thought to myself, everyone can have a bad day. Today we tried again, but we received an even more unfriendly response that dogs weren't allowed, not even outside. The highlight of today was the statement: "You could call ahead, instead of everyone just driving there to ask." I think as a guest, it's up to you whether you call or drive by if you're in the area anyway. So if you want to be yelled at, you're definitely in the right place as a guest there. For us, it was the last attempt.

Very friendly staff and extremely delicious food. We were there again after many (!) years and had a very positive impression.

Stayed there for 1 night, room was good, breakfast was also ok, rolls were delicious, the only thing missing was the bacon, otherwise I didn't miss it. We had a celebration there. The food/buffet wasn't that great apart from the antipasti. Lots of TK. Schnitzel with white sauce, nice and soggy....

Great restaurant with delicious dishes, great beer garden and extremely friendly staff. Highly Recommended!

A beautiful place. The food was great. I had a schnitzel with fried potatoes and a really tasty sauce, if I had had a spoon I could have eaten it like that.

Unlike the attached hotel, the restaurant deserves a full 5 stars from me. A clear but well put together menu, excellent food. Outstandingly friendly staff... What more do you want. Thank you and see you again soon
