We celebrated our wedding, including a non-denominational ceremony, wedding dinner and reception, and an overnight stay at the hotel. We were completely satisfied with the package, the communication, the service, and the overall ambiance. We felt well advised in advance, and everyone was always thoughtful. All arrangements were handled competently by both parties down to the smallest detail, even with last-minute requests. The value for money was also very good. All our wishes were fulfilled 100%. On the wedding day, thanks to the excellent organization, we were able to simply enjoy the day, and the friendly staff took care of everything. The wedding guests also spoke highly of the friendly and attentive service staff and found the food VERY delicious! We also have nothing but good things to say about the hotel overnight stay(s) and breakfast. For us, the memory remains of a perfect wedding day, which was only made so perfect by Brand's Busch. Thank you very much!

Recently renovated and with a new menu, an absolute highlight in one of the most beautiful places in Bielefeld.

I was there and had lunch included because I was attending a training course next door at the Transport Institute. There was a choice of two dishes, which you could then help yourself to from the mini buffet. The dishes we had were perfectly fine. However, I've also heard that if you're a regular guest and order from the menu, it's supposed to be even better. Afterward, there was always cake at the Transport Institute training course that was baked there, and I have to say it was absolutely delicious, especially the chocolate cake. The atmosphere was really inviting and beautiful. I can't comment on the service since we weren't regular guests.

I can only agree… the restaurant used to be great! Today, in this shop where everything is green, there are black dishes and dark mines... The terrace is still closed, no matter how nice the weather is... and the service is terribly unfriendly!

Friendly staff and good food. I have always been satisfied with each of my visits so far.

This restaurant used to be really good; the food was great and the staff was super friendly and well-trained. Now the staff is just unfriendly. A few months ago, we went there to have something delicious to eat in beautiful surroundings (a memory from the past) and to ask if we could celebrate our wedding there. We didn't have many expectations, but they didn't even ask. When the lady found out there would only be about 45 guests, we were immediately fobbed off. We were also rudely informed that it was a private event. Okay, I thought to myself, everyone can have a bad day. Today we tried again, but we received an even more unfriendly response that dogs weren't allowed, not even outside. The highlight of today was the statement: "You could call ahead, instead of everyone just driving there to ask." I think as a guest, it's up to you whether you call or drive by if you're in the area anyway. So if you want to be yelled at, you're definitely in the right place as a guest there. For us, it was the last attempt.

Stayed there for 1 night, room was good, breakfast was also ok, rolls were delicious, the only thing missing was the bacon, otherwise I didn't miss it. We had a celebration there. The food/buffet wasn't that great apart from the antipasti. Lots of TK. Schnitzel with white sauce, nice and soggy....

Great restaurant with delicious dishes, great beer garden and extremely friendly staff. Highly Recommended!

A beautiful place. The food was great. I had a schnitzel with fried potatoes and a really tasty sauce, if I had had a spoon I could have eaten it like that.

Unlike the attached hotel, the restaurant deserves a full 5 stars from me. A clear but well put together menu, excellent food. Outstandingly friendly staff... What more do you want. Thank you and see you again soon
