Top “snack bar” with good products especially the burger Friday and the daily specials. The staff is super nice and helpful. There is plenty of seating where you can watch the hustle and bustle in the supermarket. When the weather is nice, it's great outside!

The service isn't actually bad, but an older lady is always in a bad mood and doesn't try to hide it. It's clear that in Germany service is given a lower priority, but someone is clearly in the wrong job. The food actually deserves 5 stars for the money, especially because it's too rare in Bielefeld. The only thing I didn't like was that you could only take the food with you in a cardboard container. And even though it's actually quite nicely designed, it's not particularly inviting to sit down there, but I think that's more due to the hectic shoppers who walk past you all the time. I would still recommend it.

I'm surprised at the devastatingly bad reviews of this kitchen. We have eaten here several times as a couple and as a group and have never been disappointed; but surprised by the selection of dishes, which are calculated by weight and are really inexpensive - and more than worth the price! Vegetables, salads, meat and vegetarian dishes are always available, along with a reliably hearty daily menu. We keep the ambience requirements low in this environment, but seats are always available inside and outside.

How can you serve a satisfying meal so poorly? I ordered Kassler with fried potatoes and coleslaw, everything looked appetizing. Then the meat was cut and placed in a cardboard trough. Then came the potatoes in a single layer and then the coleslaw on top. At the end there is a plastic lid on top. I wanted to eat at the counter overlooking the parking lot and asked for the cutlery. Here there was only wooden cutlery with a knife (which has no function) and a wooden fork. Now I wanted to try the food, but I couldn't cut the meat with the dull knife. Because the meat was also mixed, which isn't a bad thing if you can divide it up. Didn't work with the knife at all. So I picked up the meat. And had to cut it up like that. The cutlery was only available with the spoons, so I got a wooden spoon. A feeding trough must look something like that, I thought to myself as I ate and devoured the not-so-bad lunch (since you didn't have a knife, you had to eat strangely). In any case, I was pleased with this new dining concept and wanted the old snack bar from the nice Turkish operator back. Overall, there is a lot of room for improvement. Plates can also be put in the dishwasher, just like cutlery. At 8 EUR that should be included. No, I won't do that to myself again. The concept failed spectacularly. The operator, Mr. Quermann, should try the food here himself, just like those who came up with this nonsense.
