Top-notch snack bar with great products, especially the Friday Burger and daily specials. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There's plenty of seating where you can watch the hustle and bustle of the supermarket. When the weather's nice, it's great outside!

The service isn't bad, but one elderly lady is always in a bad mood and doesn't try to hide it. It's clear that service isn't a priority in Germany, but someone is clearly in the wrong profession. The food actually deserves 5 stars for the money, especially since you rarely find anything like it in Bielefeld. The only thing I didn't like was that you could only take the food away in a cardboard container. And even though the decor is actually quite nice, it's not particularly inviting to sit down, but I think that's more due to the hectic shoppers constantly walking past you. I would still recommend it.

I'm surprised by the devastatingly poor reviews of this cuisine. We've eaten here several times, both as a couple and as a group, and have never been disappointed; but we were surprised by the selection of dishes, which are priced by weight and are also really reasonably priced – and more than worth the price! Vegetables, salads, meats, and vegetarian options are always available, along with a reliably hearty daily special. We keep our ambiance standards low in this setting, but seating is always available both inside and outside.

How can you serve such a satisfying meal so poorly? I ordered Kassler (smoked pork loin) with fried potatoes and coleslaw; everything looked appetizing. Then the meat was sliced ​​and placed in a cardboard tray. The potatoes were layered on top, followed by the coleslaw. Finally, a plastic lid was placed on top. I wanted to eat at the counter overlooking the parking lot and asked for cutlery. There was only wooden cutlery: a knife (which was completely useless) and a wooden fork. I wanted to try the food, but I couldn't cut the meat with the blunt knife. The meat was also quite fatty, which isn't a problem if you can cut it. It was impossible with the knife. So I picked up the meat and cut it by hand. There were only napkins with the spoons, so I got another wooden spoon. "Somehow, a proper food trough must look like this," I thought to myself as I devoured what wasn't actually a bad lunch (since there were no knives, eating in a rather awkward way was quite an experience). In any case, I was thoroughly fed up with this new food concept and longed for the old snack bar run by the friendly Turkish owner. Overall, there's a lot of room for improvement. Plates and cutlery can be put in the dishwasher. At €8, that should be included. No, I'm not going back here again. The concept has failed spectacularly. The owner, Mr. Quermann, should try the food himself, just like the people who came up with this nonsense.
