Damascus Kitchen in Bielefeld

We ordered for pickup. We were very satisfied with the service and the food. The portions were generous and delicious.

I ordered through UberEats. Thank goodness I had a €10 coupon, because even with the discount, the food was truly outrageous. The portion is bottomless for the money. The baba ganoush didn't even come with flatbread, and the shish taouk was missing the sauce. The taste is okay, but not outstanding. I'm so disappointed; I was so looking forward to it.

Never again. Dirty place, and I almost got food poisoning.

The food was very bad. I was there for the first time yesterday and it was very bad and didn't taste good. I wouldn't recommend it.

Zero out of ten. There is no cleanliness and the food is not good. They are very stingy. There is not even meat in the sandwich. It is all rounds. We asked for pickles and they arrived in a plate and we took two yoghurts for each.

Once and never again I ordered a shawarma sandwich, and it still tasted like bread and there was hardly any meat in it. Not recommended

Unfortunately, I can't recommend it. Cheap frozen food, but deep-fried. A look into the kitchen reveals that they're not particularly hygienic. Hardly customer-friendly beyond "please" and "thank you." I wouldn't come again, and I can't recommend it to you either.

An absolute disgrace. The chicken was bone dry, tough as cardboard, and completely tasteless, as if someone had put a piece of cardboard in the oven. A complete culinary failure. But it gets even worse: The toilets were in a disgusting state, full of shit, filthy, and apparently hadn't been cleaned for days. Anyone who comes here needs strong nerves and better not have any desire for pleasure or hygiene. Never again.

I got a large bag of fries for €6 today, and the bag was only half full. The fries also had a really disgusting aftertaste that I've never had before. I just feel like I was ripped off. I definitely won't be eating there again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Ordered food. Of three dishes, only one was correct. After twenty minutes of discussion with the delivery person, who doesn't even have the number of his employer or restaurant on his cell phone, a second driver was supposed to bring the correct order this time. Congratulations. This time two out of three orders were correct. I could starve and this would be the only supplier in Bielefeld, I would rather have oatmeal and tap water than order here again. Never again.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is cold and there is no attention to the customer. The place is also dirty and there is dust all over the restaurant on the shelves, on the chairs and on the tables. There are leftover food. As for the food, it is okay.

The food was delicious but when it comes to service I can't recommend it because the hygiene and service quality is poor!!! I don't own a restaurant myself, but as a customer you have to feel supple so that you come back to eat! Disrespectful manner from the staff working behind the counter and the unhygienic way of working is unacceptable! Shawama+ Cola was a great combination :)

I was on a work visit to the city of Bielefeld and it was the closest restaurant to my workplace... I ordered half a grilled chicken... I swear to God, it was just grilled meat... hot on the outside and cold and crispy on the inside. In my life, I have never given a rating to a restaurant...and even sometimes when the food is bad, I feel sorry for it because it does not cut off my livelihood, but the food was literally very bad until I wrote this bad comment. Eat anything at your own risk, but do not eat grilled chicken!!!

Auf arabisch ist weiter unten! Ich habe Brosted bestellt! Das war so trocken und hat leider gar nicht geschmeckt! Das lieblos gemacht und serviert und würde bei mir babaganosch vergessen. Geschirr war unsauber und Servietten gab’s nicht. مع الأسف البروستد كان كتير ناشف ومابتاكل والصحن اجا متل بالصوره! كلو فوق بعضو. والمعالق والسكاكين كانو وسخين. الشب يلي اخد الطلب وجاب الغراض كان معصب وقالب وشو! وطبعا نسي ينزل الباب غنوج.

بالنسبة لسندويش الشاورما كريم ثوم زيادة عن اللزوم والشاورما غير مستويه بشكلٍ كافي وحتى خبز صاج مثل ماطلبت ومثل ما مكتوب بالمينو ماحط وبالنسبه للبروستد كوجبات لازم يكون في بندورة خيار او حتى سلطة كما في باقي المطاعم الاكل اقل من عادي وأسعار بالنسبه للأكل غاليه

Habe weltweit Schawurma gegessen, dieser war einer der aller allerbesten! Fleisch perfekt. Soße perfekt, Säure optimal. Gewürze gut. Warm. Brot frisch. Gurke alles war toll. Gleich noch eins bestellt. Für nur 5€ unglaublich. Kleiner simpler Laden. Definitiv unterbewertet. Nettes ruhiges Personal. Viele Kunden drinnen. PERFEKT habibi.

Eigentlich hat dieses Restaurant gar kein Stern verdient!! Echt ekelhaft! 1. war es richtig kalt! 2. hatten wir crispy bestellt das kam schwarz verbrannt an ! Cola war abgelaufen! Also noch schlechter kann’s gar nicht sein! Nach dem Essen hatten wir alle ganz starke Bauchschmerzen, waren krank! Wie kann die Stadt zulassen dass solche Restaurants offen bleiben ?!? Sollte ohne Verzögerung schließen! Hätten wir gewusst das es so ist, hätten wir da niemals gegessen !!! Empfehle ich keinen! Passt bloß auf !

الاكل طيب ، الشاورما والبروستد لذيذ، كريم التوم طيب كمان، البطاطا يلي بتجي مع البروستد بدا شوية تحميص اكتر. الخبز كان قليل نوعا ما مع الوجبة، واتمنى من صاحب المكان يهتم شوي اكتر بنظافة المطعم.

Preis Leistung passt sehr gut. Ich gehe dort oft etwas essen, das Personal ist sehr nett. Das Essen ist gut und man findet passend etwas für mittags oder abends. Ich habe oft Extrawünsche, die mir immer gemacht werden.

Der Ort ist nicht so sauber,der Service ist garnicht gut,die Kellner sind dazu auch noch unhöflich und ich muss ehrlich sein das Essen dort kann ich garnicht empfehlen.

Das Restaurant sollte das beste in Bielefeld sein aber so ein schlechtes Essen habe ich noch nie gegessen und es ist nocht teuer. Nicht empfehlen
