The pizza with eggplant is delicious!

We have driven past your restaurant many times and were very much looking forward to celebrating our wedding anniversary with you this year. Therefore, we reserved a table well in advance to celebrate this special occasion at your establishment. However, upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted very rudely by the receptionist. Her dismissive look made us feel unwelcome – as if to say, "What do you want here?" This unfortunately spoiled our first impression considerably. The food itself was excellent, and we would like to expressly compliment the kitchen team. It is all the more regrettable that the reception did not live up to this positive experience. Unfortunately, we were disappointed overall, especially regarding the initial greeting. Date: November 9, 2025

Unfortunately, there weren't many servers on hand on a Tuesday, which resulted in longer wait times... The appetizer platter was good, and the pizza was OK for the price.

The Schintu family has been pampering us for many years. Highly recommended.

You wait at least an hour for your food, even if it's not busy that day.

The drinks were brought promptly by the wait staff. The wait for the ordered cold appetizer (vitello tonnato) was over 45 minutes. The appetizers were very tasty. After another 30 minutes, the main courses arrived. These were okay, but for dishes costing around €30, they were only partially worth what they were. My Mafia cake "Frutti di Mare" for €16 was, in any case, mediocre at best compared to the well-known delivery services!

It was my first time there. The pizza was good, and so was the service. The price/performance ratio was a bit on the high side. I'll definitely come back again.

As dairy farmers, we often passed by this restaurant and always wanted to see what it was like. We recently stopped there for our wedding anniversary. I had a pizza with salmon and spinach leaves, my wife a pizza with arugula. They had bread with salted butter as an appetizer beforehand. I skipped it because I wanted to save my hunger for the pizza. The pizzas were smaller than expected, but extremely tasty and of good quality. In the end, they were filling, so the size wasn't unreasonable. The pizza Salmone (with salmon) cost about €16. The restaurant is located right behind a train station and is therefore easily accessible. We then strolled over to the Cerdo ice cream parlor to help the local businesses financially. They serve delicious ice cream and tasty coffee drinks. The only downside remains the prices. But I suspect that's more the fault of politicians than the operators... With that in mind, feel free to stop by. Bueno.

Addendum: We were there today (July 6th) with the family. My children had a margarita pizza, which isn't really on the menu. The chef was very friendly and accommodated our special request. My husband also had a pizza, and I had the saltimbocca. Everything was very, very delicious. For dessert, there was also ice cream for the kids and two cappuccinos for the adults. We felt very comfortable. We would love to come back. Unfortunately, we weren't allowed to write a second review, so this time we've upgraded the food from a 4 to a 5. There was nothing to complain about. ____________________________________________________ Today (July 4th) we ate a delicious salad a la Mama. One point deducted because it was very oily underneath due to the tuna. But otherwise, it tasted very delicious. 🤗

I spontaneously went to La Mamma with my two children on Sunday. A last-minute table reservation was possible, and we were looking forward to the food. My son had the saltimbocca, my daughter the sea bream fillet, and I had the truffle ravioli. All the dishes were truly excellent, but when I got to try my daughter's sea bream, I regretted my ravioli a bit. They were truly first-class, but the sea bream fillet was simply exquisite. I've never eaten such good and delicious fish. The Mediterranean vegetables rounded it all off perfectly. We'll be happy to come back, and I highly recommend La Mamma to everyone. Many thanks also to the very nice older waiter who twice brought my little one a knife because he'd dropped it. Very, very attentive and absolutely sweet. Thank you.

Unfortunately, pizza with 4 types of cheese didn't taste good at all (a la Dr Oetker). Even after several requests, we were not given a glass of wine, but we were charged for it. Price-performance ratio is not right at all. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the boss's behavior was very unpleasant. I'm not coming anymore.

This restaurant… never again!! 0 stars We ate at La Mama today... upon arrival we were greeted with rude looks like, "Now go eat?" Then we still have to work." The food was tasty and served quickly. Even if the employees don't enjoy their job and are very unsympathetic. Well, now we came to paying... the climax... We had a voucher that had an issue date of 2023/2024 written on it (an inaccurate date). When we handed this voucher over to the incredibly rude boss, he tore up the voucher without our consent and claimed that the voucher was invalid and would expire after a year... After we said that vouchers would only expire after 3 years, he again claimed that the voucher expired after one year, since purchasing costs are becoming more and more expensive... but then the pizzas become more expensive, but not the validity of a voucher. Well, we paid our bill and were very frustrated. Unfortunately, the bad shop not only loses us, but also some friends, who we will of course report on this event. P.s. The shop is very old and needs to be renovated urgently...

We were there with five people. First there was a tomato soup, followed by various pizzas. Everyone was full, everyone enjoyed it.

The four of us spent a very nice evening there. The food was tasty, but quite manageable. However, the food wasn't cheap either, so you expected really good quality! What I find a bit unfortunate is the narrow space where the tables are relatively close together, which takes away from the charm of this place. What should be highlighted are the really courteous staff who were attentive and friendly and wanted to fulfill our every wish.

The food was okay, the owners were arrogant from start to finish. Unfortunately, they believe that their arrogance makes them more interesting and that they only present themselves as classless.

It feels like the golden years are long gone. Ambience, location is mediocre to nice, acceptable average, the staff is mostly arrogant and completely overworked. You can rest a bit on the old days. The prices are high. Picking up doesn't work at all. We live less than 1000 meters away. The pizza never arrives warm. And we even drive the part by car. I even have the impression that what is picked up is made by a completely different kitchen. People boast about the “celebrities” from Senne and Bielefeld in order to create a supposedly noble and upscale impression. We used to go there several times a month, but I absolutely wouldn't do that anymore today. At the latest after we've only eaten a pizza and not the expensive meat dishes and since we weren't served politely, the topic is over. A guest is still a guest if he leaves less money and maybe eats “just” a pizza. Apparently money stinks if she doesn't break the €30 limit excluding tips.

I was sat there for the first time! Reserved a table straight away. The food was very tasty, the service was very nice. And, when the weather is nice, you can enjoy the time in the outdoor restaurant. But the restaurant is also very cozy.

Ich habe einen Gutschein aus September 2022 einlösen wollen, dieser sei nicht mehr Gültig, der Gutschein wurde mir nicht zurückgegeben, sonder durchgerissen und entsorgt, Gutscheine sind gesetzlich 3 Jahre gültig, Die Speisen habe ich dann bezahlt. Gerne habe ich die Gutscheine für die Familie und Freunde gekauft damit wir die Restaurants unterstützen - Die Speisen sehen immer noch gut aus, schmecken auch, aber die Preise sind viel zu hoch.

Der Inhaber war mein Retter in der Not. Ich stand an der Tankstelle und die Batterie hat ihren Geist aufgegeben. Keiner der Kunden war bereit mir zu helfen. Nach dem Kauf eines Überbrückungskabel hat der Inhaber sich sofort bereit erklärt mir Starthilfe zu geben. Es gestaltet sich etwas schwierig aber er hat es mit Bravour bewältigt. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal. Das Restaurant kann ich nur empfehlen. Tolle Atmosphäre, leckeres Essen, freundliche Bedienung.

Da muss man nicht viel sagen: die beste Pizzeria in Bielefeld. Da stimmt einfach alles!

Wir wollen unbedingt zu einem Orginalen Italiener. Was uns Mega gelungen ist die Inhaber kümmern sich persönlich um die Gäste sehr harmonisch. Wenn man gleich rein kimmt fühlt man sich gleich wohl. Das Essen schmeckt nicht gut sonder SEHR GUT!!!. DANKE FÜR DEN SCHÖNEN ABEND.

Sehr leckeres Essen, vor allem meine Miesmuscheln waren Bombe. Die Service-Kräfte waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. In den Räumlichkeiten geht es etwas beengt zu, sonst aber ist alles sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.

Haben mit fünf Personen gegessen, je 3 Gänge... Preis/Leistung ist gut und das Essen top. Es empfiehlt sich am Wochenende einen Tisch zu reservieren, da das Restaurant gut besucht ist.

Negatives zuerst, weil es schnell geht: Draussen leider etwas laut, weil direkt an der Straße. Positiv: Ambiente innen super! Einmal Carpaccio, einmal Calamari... beides 1A. Pizza geht quasi am Fließband raus 🍕 Personal 1A, sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Preis/Leistung eigentlich unschlagbar 👍 Sehr schwierig, etwas schlechtes zu finden. Wer natürlich möchte, wird es finden! 😉

Wir kommen seit 30 Jahren. Mal haben wir gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Aktuell leider (wie immer mal wieder) nicht: Pizza hat so eben den Standard einer TK-Pizza erreicht. Scampi auf Salatbett: ohne jegliches Dressing. Geschmacklos. Unglaublich. Service: wir wurden nicht gefragt, ob wir vielleicht noch was trinken möchten. Nein Danke!

Wie gewohnt tolle Atmosphäre super Bedienung und leckere Speisen

Essen war sehr teuer! 4 Stangen Spargel mit 3 Kartoffeln und etwas Buttersoße 18 € Filestaek nochmals 18 €! Glas Wein 7 € Wir werden nicht mehr so oft dorthin gehen! Spargel war auch noch sehr bißfest! Vielleicht sollte man dort eher Pizzen essen oder andere italienische Speisen

Von außen nicht so schick. Aber das Essen war wirklich sehr gut und es war innen gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Die Vorspeisen und die servierten Gerichte waren vorzüglich. Auch die Umgebung im Restaurant war angenehm. Immer wieder gerne.

Früher war ich sehr zufrieden, vom letzten Besuch jedoch mehr als enttäuscht: Wir wurden direkt nachdem die letzten Gäste gegangen sind, an den Tisch gesetzt und haben nicht mal eine saubere Tischdecke bekommen. Unsere Getränke waren irgendwann leer, aber es kam niemand um zu fragen, ob wir noch etwas trinken möchten. Auf die später geäußerte Kritik (direkt beim Personal) wurde nicht reagiert, es wurde kommentarlos so stehen gelassen. So schnell werde ich leider nicht mehr wiederkommen.

Service und essen wie immer gut. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Pizza war für mich sehr lecker. Die Damen hatten Pasta und waren ebenfalls zufrieden. Wir sind eh Stammgäste. Also kommen wir gerne wieder.

Ein schönes und gemütliches Lokal zum Essen gehen. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Speisen für jeden etwas dabei. Auch gibt es eine zusätzliche "Tagesempfehlung lskarte" vom Haus. Service ist wahrscheinlich sonst sehr zügig. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe über 20 Personen da war der ein oder andere der etwas länger auf sein Getränk oder Essen warten musste. Denke aber wenn man entspannt Speisen möchte ist es das richtige Lokal. Wir kommen auf jedenfall nochmal wieder. Ist zu empfehlen.

Wir waren mit einer 20köpfigen Gruppe dort. Der Essensablauf war gut organisiert und es kam alles heiß an den Platz. Die Portionen waren groß, sodass man satt wurde. Die Bedienungen waren schnell und freundlich. Die Preise sind ok. Das Ambiente ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Jetzt zum wichtigsten. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Echte italienische Küche und Speisen. Da spürt man die Liebe auf dem Teller. Ich kann das Restaurant sehr empfehlen.

Nach 10 Jahren habe ich dem Laden mal wieder eine Chance gegeben.... Die Pizzen, die wir bekommen haben gehören für mich in die Kategorie "absolute Frechheit". Sparsam belegt mit den billigsten Zutaten. Die Salamipizza war mit billigster Dauerwurst belegt. So salzig, dass es ungeniessbar war. Die zweite Pizza sah auch nicht besser aus. Insgesamt gibt es im Discounter um die Ecke etwas Besseres.

Wir haben am 23. September 2022 mittags hervorragend gegessen. 4:Personen hatten von der Karte unterschiedliche Gerichte, z. Teil auch von der Tageskarte. Es war alles köstlich und wir kommen sehr bald wieder. Vielen Dank für das leckere Essen.
