Beste Pizza, riesige Salate und leckere Nudekn, wir mögen es hier. Habe hier auch schon größere Familienfeste gefeiert, dann richten sie ein tolles Buffett ein und decken die rustikalen Tische sehr schön ein. Alles prima, jederzeit gerne ... 😊

Freundliches Personal, angenehme Atmosphäre und die beste Pizza der Stadt. Ich besuche dieses Restaurant regelmäßig und mit großer Freude.

Gute Pizzeria.. Sehr ordentliche Pasta..

Schon seit mehreren Jahren bestelle ich hier immer gerne. Super Teig, würzige Soße und die Salami ist einsame Spitze. Ich fahre manchmal durch Bielefeld nur um eine Pizza mitzunehmen und suche vergeblich nach alternativen die näher sind bin aber bisher nicht fündig geworden.

Die Pizza war wirklich gut und das Personal auch sehr nett.

Fix, lecker, große Portionen (insbesondere der Salat). Sogar mit Pizzabrötchen gratis als Aperitif und sehr nettem Service

Bin zu Besuch in Bielefeld und haben durch Zufall diese Pizzaria aufgesucht. Mit einem Wort: HERVORRAGEND. Lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen. Perfekter Pizzarand, locker und luftig. Eine sehr leckere, kleine Vorspeise mit tollen Dips. Pizza war reichlich belegt, in meinem Fall mit frischen Champignons, Salami und Kochschinken. Die 20 cm kamen mir sehr groß und völlig ausreichend vor. Die Speisekarte bietet darüber hinaus auch viele spezielle Pizzen an, die ich so wiaunicht finde. Preis/Lestungsverhältnis hier bei der Qualität sehr gut und angemessen. Gerne wieder 🥰👍

Das Restaurant ist okey allerdings der Umgang mit dem "bekannten Problem" PARKEN UND POST VON PatkDepot erhalten ist eine Unverschämtheit! Essen gehen und auf die Uhr schauen wird als normal betrachtet und erwartet.Bei Kontaktaufnahme die Aussage zu bekommen " wir können nicht machen, Sie sollen bezahlen lässt eine weitere Besuch des Restaurants nicht mehr zu! Hier habe ich einmal zusammen mit jemand anderem einen der schönsten Tage in meinem Leben gehabt. Es war Kurz nach der üblichen Mittagszeit an einem Freitag und oft würde dann vermutlich alles voll sein. Am Wochenende ist oft viel los gewesen sonst, wegen der hohen Beliebheit und dem guten Essen, doch irgendwie, obwohl ich nicht reserviert hatte, war für diesen einen Tag bzw. Moment das Restaurant fast wie leer. Als hätte man es für einen sehr besonderen Gast reserviert. So hab ich mich auch gefühlt und hoffentlich nicht nur ich. Das Essen war für mich so gut, ich wäre öfter hingegangen und hätte mehr bestellt. Doch leider gab es nicht die Möglichkeit bis jetzt für mich das zu machen und ich war auch mehr als satt nach einer so guten und reichlichen Mahlzeit und guten Zeit dort. Die Pizza war extra aufgetischt, mit optionalen Gewürzen und sehr schön gestaltet alles, spezielles Besteck dafür aber nicht zu viel, eben genau richtig, zumindest für diesen Moment. Auch das Wasser war richtig gut, habe eine Flasche für jeden bestellt und es kein bisschen bereut. Alles für einen sehr guten Preis, dass ich mich am Ende sogar irgendwie schlecht gefühlt habe, weil ich so gut bedient wurde und so gutes Essen bekommen habe und es auch meinem Gegenüber sehr geschmeckt hat. Diesen Tag werde ich nie vergessen und das ist was Gutes. Vermutlich hätte ich viel Trinkgeld geben sollen, doch oft vergesse bzw. versäume ich das und weiß manchmal auch nicht genau wie und was. Aber hätte ich es hinbekommen und genug Geld gehabt, dann hätte ich den Preis einfach zweimal gezahlt. (Falls es jemand vom Restaurant liest, es ist ernst gemeint, danke und tut mir leid das ich es versäumt habe!) Danke für diesen unvergesslichen Tag, auch wenn ich es vielleicht nicht so zeigen konnte und kann wie dankbar ich bin! Vielleicht kann ich es so irgendwie. Vielen Dank und das nächste Mal, sollte es eines geben da ich aktuell weiter weg bin, muss ich irgendwie besser wissen, wie man zeigt, dass man, obwohl man nicht so viele Möglichkeiten hat vielleicht, trotzdem zeigen kann, dass man sehr sehr dankbar und glücklich ist und war für Tage wie diesen.

Wir gehen sehr gerne regelmäßig zum Good Italian, da uns die Pizza einfach unglaublich gefällt. Ich habe auch schon zwei Mal Pasta gegessen, diese kamen geschmacklich jedoch längst nicht an die Pizza heran. Deshalb eine klare Empfehlung Pizza zu bestellen. Wir freuen uns immer über die Pizzabrötchen mit Dip, welche jedes Mal als Gruß aus der Küche vorweg serviert werden. Wenn wir das good italian besuchen, dann immer spontan und noch nie mussten wir auf einen Tisch warten. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und einladend. Der Service ist immer freundlich. Einfach eine klare Empfehlung, wenn man spontan und lecker Pizza essen möchte.

Lieferdienst ist eine absolute Katastrophe! Über zwei Stunden Wartezeit! Und nicht das erste Mal! Pizza noch nicht in Sicht! Bereits zwei mal telefoniert. Nix passiert! Schade, die Pizza ist eigentlich sehr lecker. Aber, wenn sie vor einer Stunde bereits im Ofen war und jetzt immer noch nicht bei uns!

Die Lieferung ist leider eine Katastrophe, habe jetzt seit fast 2 Stunden auf meine Pizza gewartet und es ist immernoch keiner da… ans Telefon geht dort auch keiner seit 10 min

Super Pizza, nette Bedienungen, interessantes Ambiente, immer gut besucht, am Besten vorher reservieren. Parkscheibe nicht vergessen!

Wer hier essen geht und mehr als 2 Stunden braucht sollte sich auf eine saftige Parkstrafe 40€ gefasst machen! Hier heißt es nach 1:59 schnell zusammen packen und das Essen im Auto auf dem nach Hause Weg weiter essen

Ich habe selten so eine leckere Pizza gegessen wie hier! So dünn, so knusprig und vor allem nicht am Belag gespart. Die Bedingungen sind super nett und für den Preis darf man echt nicht meckern. Komme immer wieder gerne! Achso und ich bin gar kein Pizzabrötchen-Liebhaber, aber diese hier würde ich jederzeit wieder essen :)

Leider mag uns Good Italian nach einer Änderung des Liefergebietes nicht mehr beliefern. Auf Anfragen dazu per Mail reagiert man auch nicht. Mieser Kundenservice, passt zum unfähigen personal vor Ort. Fazit: Pizza gibts jetzt woanders, schöne Geschäfte noch.

Wir waren heute Mittag hier geschäftlich essen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön, aber ich finde, an der Belüftung könnte man noch ein wenig arbeiten. Die Speisen, die wir hatten, waren in Ordnung gewesen. Was ich empfehlen kann, ist der Service. Der war wirklich sehr aufmerksam gewesen und hat uns super bedient.

Würde ich nicht hingehen, das Essen ist zwar lecker, doch kommt 2 Wochen später ein Brief das man 40€ bezahlen weil man 10 zu lange da essen gewesen ist.

Die Kellner sind immer so nett und allgemein sind alle Menschen, die da arbeiten sehr lieb. Während man auf die Pizza wartet, kriegt man auch so leckere Pizzabrötchen! Diese Pizzabrötchen haben so lecker geschmeckt und waren frisch gemacht. Man schmeckt einfach das hinter jeder Pizza Liebe steckt und frische Zutaten. Ich hatte bis jetzt noch nie eine schlechte Erfahrung mit dem Laden und wir haben schon öfters Pizza hier gegessen. Es ist definitiv eines meiner Lieblings Restaurants in Bielefeld 💫

Mich hat das Essen leider geschmacklich nicht überzeugt. Man kann es gut essen, aber ich muss es auch nicht nochmal tun. Die Bedienung war ganz nett, aber auch nicht soo aufmerksam.

I ordered a 0.4 liter drink (delicious!), but the glass didn't have a fill line. After a quick search, we determined that this glass is sold as a 0.35 liter glass at Ikea – these markings are mandatory in restaurants. Half of my pizza was so burnt on the bottom that I didn't want to finish it or take the leftovers. The first two slices were fine, but the rest was burnt on the bottom. When paying, we mentioned my burnt pizza to the waiter, who agreed it was very dark and then told us how much we had to pay. The men's restroom is missing a door to close it. We've ordered pizza from there several times before, but this time was a disappointment. The quality has declined significantly in every aspect; it's a real shame.

Even though the restaurant visit was okay, it's no use if you're annoyed a few days later. We were there on a Sunday evening and parked in front of the restaurant. It's a very large parking lot with other shops, but they were all closed. We weren't very familiar with the area. A few days later, we received a letter from Parkdepot with a €40 penalty notice because we had parked for longer than two hours. We didn't see the signs in the dark. We were very disappointed that no one from the restaurant had warned us. The manager later told us that we only needed to submit the receipt, and the penalty would be waived. But that's not true. Even in a subsequent conversation, she offered no compensation, such as a voucher. It's a shame that they treat their customers this way.

Good Italian is generally a nice restaurant. Modernly furnished and visually appealing. The noise level was extremely high, which was certainly partly due to several children running around the dining area unsupervised, but that's not really the restaurant's fault. Since there were no tables available, we opted for takeout, unfortunately with very disappointing service. The wait was far too long (40 minutes). Several takeout orders placed after ours were ready while we continued to wait, and later we understood why. When the food was handed out, we noticed that one dish (pasta with chicken au gratin) had simply been forgotten. Meanwhile, the already prepared pizza was put on the shelf and not made again. When we finally received the food, the pizza was only lukewarm – and completely cold by the time we got home. What was truly infuriating was the complete lack of communication. No "We're sorry," no indication that something had been overlooked, not even a simple "I'm sorry it's going to take a while." Despite repeated attempts to make eye contact, we felt ignored rather than taken seriously. It wasn't about receiving something for free as compensation, but about showing respect to paying guests. The food itself was good, but nothing special. However, the service and organization significantly detracted from the overall experience. It's a shame; this is how you drive customers away.

Unfortunately, I absolutely do not recommend this place. Parking has been limited to two hours for some time now. The ladies at the restaurant suggested we only needed to fill out a form to park longer without any problems. A week later, everyone received a hefty parking ticket. The women on the phone seem helpful and give the impression that the owner is looking into it. However, nothing actually happens. So, best to avoid them; otherwise, your meal will be very expensive!

The place looks nice, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. However, I have to give the food 3 out of 5 stars because my pizza was so overloaded with toppings that it was almost impossible to eat (I couldn't even lift it; I had to use a knife and fork). The motto should be "fewer toppings, more flavor," not "more is better." Otherwise, it's a great place.

Always worth a visit. I've been there several times. No matter what day of the week, no matter what time of day: there's always a fantastic pizza at a very fair price. Nice, clean atmosphere with friendly, attentive service.

Good Italian is actually one of the better pizza places. However... From a purely subjective perspective, the toppings, or rather the entire pizza, have become increasingly thicker in recent years, and the taste has become increasingly bland. There are Italian restaurants where even a Margherita pizza tastes interesting. At Good Italian, there's currently not even oregano on it, neither the sauce nor the toppings are spicy or salty in any way, and the dough simply doesn't taste "very intense." If you want to try a real Italian pizza (thin, spicy, crispy), I recommend the Italian restaurant near the Babenhausen Süd stop, at the end of Voltmannstraße.

We just wanted to spontaneously eat a pizza for two... BUT after waiting 40 minutes, we were informed that it would take some more time for the pizzas to be ready. After that, we took them home. Only one pizza was supposed to be spicy. The other wasn't. Since we had to wait longer than planned, we ordered the pizzas to go. Both pizzas were spicy, inedible for me! The requested new delivery was supposed to take 80 minutes, even though it's only a 2-minute walk, as I live nearby. The request for it to be sent out as a priority because it was on the way to other orders was rejected. Apparently, it wasn't possible. The delivery trucks were leaving every minute that evening; we could see that from the restaurant. THE FACT IS, it was no longer about the wrong pizza, but about this poor treatment of a customer!! No apology, no insight, and no effort, that's sad! Call regarding a new order on Sunday, August 24, 2025, at 8:20 p.m. Unfortunately, I no longer remember the LADY's name.

Absolutely amazing. I wasn't expecting that. I almost turned around when I drove up to the restaurant, thinking it was just a snack bar inside Rewe, despite its ranking for the best pizza in Bielefeld on the website. Thank goodness I went in. The service was excellent. I was there on the afternoon of August 19, 2025. The pizza I received was 40 cm tall. Probably even bigger, and for me, although I've had the pleasure of trying Capvin and Nonnas and many others, this is truly the best pizza in Bielefeld. I was asked if I needed another drink shortly before my glass was empty. The pizza was served on a tiered stand due to its size. The ambiance is nothing special. But it's tidy, clean, and still quite stylish. I never normally tip. Except for really good work. But here I really didn't feel like I was being ripped off. Quite the opposite. For what I "only" paid, I strolled out of the restaurant with joyful anticipation of my next visit. The pizza, by the way, was a Capriciosa. Beforehand, I got pizza rolls on the house, which were also better than any I've eaten before. A+ with a star. I hope the next visit will be the same.

We went to eat at Good Italian with the family again yesterday. Even though Arminia was playing that evening and the place was accordingly packed, we were served very quickly and friendly by a very nice waitress and a very friendly waitress. They serve pizza rolls with delicious sauces on the house, and the pizzas are large, with really good toppings, and really good. A highly recommended restaurant!

We were really disappointed with the place. We ordered two portions of pasta with shrimp and a Caesar salad. My pasta was simply cold – even though the plate was warm. When I told the waitress, she simply said, "That can't be right, we just made it fresh." 🙄 But it was still cold – and unfortunately, completely tasteless. Absolutely no flavor at all. The Caesar had greasy croutons and a really disgusting sauce. Two stars only for the delicious Aperol and the quite passable coffee. The restaurant actually looks quite nice inside, but the terrace is really disappointing. They could make something really nice out of it – stylish and cozy. But unfortunately, everything is kind of shabby and covered in cobwebs. We didn't get an ashtray either – so we just had to take the full one from the neighboring table.

Always busy pizzeria in a good and sunny location in Bielefeld and next to the Nord Park shopping area, near a beautiful park. Courteous staff and acceptable pizza quality (it's not exactly the same as the Italian one, but it's okay) the products are always almost fresh. Pizzeria for families, for everyone. All in all a good tip for those who want to enjoy a good pizza.

Wenn man als Kunde mit seinem PKW auf dem Parkplatz parkt, und anschließend ein Knöllchen bekommt weil man Einkaufen oder auf einem Samstag Abend dort zu Abend gegessen hat, dann weiß ich das die dortigen Kaufleute und Geschäfte uns als Kunden verloren haben.

I've been to Good Italian a few times and I'm completely impressed. The food, the ambience and the service are very good. A clear recommendation and high praise for the kitchen and service go out.

Walked in, asked for a table, the server put us on a table, then the manager shouted from the till to get us removed from the table. The servers panicked and quickly setup another table for us. This was a very bad customer service from the manager, she is very rude and seems she is towards the staff aswell. The servers thought, very nice and outstanding customer service.

I was surprised to find such a special restaurant very close to me but outside the city center. Located on the Nordparkcenter site, on the corner of Jöllenbecker Straße and Apfelstrasse, in a former factory building, you will find a gastronomic gem. My first visit convinced me immediately. I'll be a regular here. I haven't eaten such a tasty pizza for a long time. There is also a delivery service that delivers delicious food using small electric vehicles. This service is good to do and for good reason. If you would like to eat there with several people, you should reserve a table in advance. The offerings on the menu are amazing. The service is very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is modern and yet cozy, you sit comfortably. There is sufficient parking space in front of the restaurant. The Good Italian is also easy to reach without a car. Take tram line 3 to Nordpark station. It took me 15 minutes to walk there from Siegfriedplatz.

Ich war heute mit Freunden in diesem italienischen Restaurant, da ich bisher immer mit der Pizza zufrieden war. Doch leider war unser Besuch dieses Mal eine große Enttäuschung. Wir entschieden uns, etwas anderes zu probieren, und bestellten ein Nudelgericht sowie eine Pizza zum Teilen. Die Wartezeit auf das Essen war ungewöhnlich lang, und als es schließlich ankam, war das Nudelgericht einfach ungenießbar: Die Nudeln und das überbackene Hähnchen waren kalt und das Fleisch schmeckte wie Gummi. Die Nudeln hatten zudem einen unangenehmen Geschmack, der an Tiefkühlware erinnerte. Die Pizza war zwar in Ordnung, aber die anderen Gerichte ließen stark zu wünschen übrig. Wir baten darum, das Nudelgericht noch einmal zu erwärmen, was auch einige Zeit in Anspruch nahm. Doch als wir es erneut bekamen, war der Geschmack immer noch weit unter dem, was man in einem guten Restaurant erwarten würde. Es war einfach nicht genießbar. Als wir dies der Kellnerin mitteilten, bot sie uns als Entschädigung ein Dessert aufs Haus an, was wir jedoch ablehnten, da die gesamte Erfahrung bereits enttäuschend war. Zu unserer Überraschung mussten wir jedoch die vollständige Rechnung bezahlen, was wir als unverschämt empfanden, da wir das Nudelgericht nicht einmal essen konnten. Auf meine Beschwerde reagierte die Kellnerin nur mit einem Schulterzucken. Leider muss ich sagen, dass ich nach diesem Vorfall nicht mehr sicher bin, ob ich dieses Restaurant in Zukunft wieder besuchen werde. Die Qualität des Essens und der Service haben stark nachgelassen, und der Umgang mit unserer Beschwerde war wenig kulant.

Waited far too long for a cold meal...

I order there regularly because I simply like the pizza there best. The pizza usually arrives after about 40 minutes. I live about 1km away. Yesterday the pizza was also after 90 minutes. not there yet. My friends didn't want to stay any longer. When I called to ask about the whereabouts of the pizza, I was simply told that the pizzas were on the way. Ultimately the pizzas arrived after 110 minutes. I think this is no longer acceptable. Of course there can be reasons for it, but at other pizzerias you get a drink or dessert in addition to an apology on the phone (which didn't happen here). There was neither. That was very disappointing. Just a “sorry” would have been enough for me. Yesterday, however, the pizza wasn't as good as usual. The dough was quite firm. Pizza therefore 4 out of 5 stars (because otherwise it is 5 out of 5), but service (which I would really have to use for the first time) only 1 out of 5 stars. I won't order again.

Very tasty food but a bit expensive

The pizza is awesome. If you can't decide which one to take, just take a (two-face) half and half. The tiramisu is also a real treat for the palate, even if it's not quite as beneficial for the hips. Beste Calzone in OWL Wir kommen aus Hamburg, haben in OWL schon so einige Pizzerien getestet, aber GOOD ITALIAN überzeugt durch absolut guten Service und sehr leckerem Essen. Mein Tip: Calzone mit doppelten Artischocken - GRANDIOS 😄👍

If I want a delicious salad, I like to order the Principessa salad with additional shrimp and Caesar dressing. We can also recommend the Quattro Mare pizza and the tiramisu. It's always fresh, and we feel like quality ingredients are used. We haven't eaten there yet, but we would order again at any time.

Yesterday I ordered pizza with a friend and it arrived on time. All three pizzas were very tasty with lots of cheese and were also very hot.

Actually we were always very satisfied, but this time it was more than disappointing! We ordered two pizzas and both arrived cold. The topping of the pizza arugula was basically drowned in the crema di balsamico! In the end the only thing that helped was removing the coating and for the price that can't be possible. That's really a pity.

Unfortunately I can't rate the food because we simply didn't receive our order. We ordered on site and wanted to eat on site but after approx. After 45 minutes the waitress came and told us that they had forgotten our order, so we didn't want to eat anymore. The sad thing is that we were the only guests on site at the time. The waitress was pretty nice and didn't want to charge for the drinks and make the food after the fact and charge it on the house. But after 45 minutes and not when guests were taken, we lost our appetite. And for the prices I expect a certain level of professional competence and forgetting the only guests eating on site is, for me, the worst thing that can happen and what simply shouldn't happen.

Today we had the pleasure of visiting the Good Italy restaurant and our expectations were completely met. Today we decided on the Biancaneve pizza and the chef's salad, which we absolutely loved. The Biancaneve pizza is a culinary revelation. The topping of Gorgonzola, pears and walnuts is not only unusual, but also perfectly coordinated. The creamy, slightly spicy taste of the Gorgonzola harmonizes perfectly with the sweet freshness of the pears, while the walnuts give the whole thing a wonderful, crunchy contrast. Each ingredient is chosen and prepared to show off its best side, and together they create a flavor composition that you won't soon forget. The chef's salad impressed with its excellent price-performance ratio. The portion was generous and the ingredients were fresh and crunchy. What struck us particularly positively was that the salad was prepared with attention to detail and did not skimp on freshness or quality in any way. Another highlight of our visit was the friendly and attentive service. The staff at Good Italy is not only professional, but also warm and makes you feel completely comfortable. Overall, we can recommend Good Italy without reservation. The restaurant not only offers excellent dishes, but also a harmonious overall package, ranging from the quality of the food to the service. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Ordering was relatively easy, delivery went well and as discussed. Pizza not of high quality for the price… The Parma for 2.40 spoiled the pizza...

The restaurant is located in the Nordpark shopping center. It offers a lot of space. The staff is friendly and courteous. The service is good and fast. Price/performance ratio fits. Delivery dates. What I don't like so much is that the room is like a large hall, so the overall noise level is very high when it's busy.

In my opinion, the best delivery pizza I've ever had. Satisfied customer for years. Unfortunately today the pizza arrived without the additional artichokes we ordered. But it wasn't a problem - a quick call and I promptly got a new one. Excellent customer service - it couldn't be better. Thank you very much!
