We ate there on Sunday. We hadn't reserved a table, but that wasn't a problem. We received a very friendly welcome. And the food was fantastic.

Overpriced, stingy portions. Charging almost €19 for a salad of that size is outrageous. They didn't even serve bread with the soup. And what came with the salad were three tiny, burnt pieces of baguette. Our table neighbors had already been waiting for over an hour for their food. The restaurant industry doesn't deserve the 7% VAT!

Very nice ambiance, super delicious food, and the presentation was very sophisticated. We had dinner there on October 25th and were delighted. I'll be in Bielefeld in March and will go back. The owner and service were super friendly. Thanks, see you soon 👋

Unfortunately, we had to wait 20 minutes to even order drinks, and another 20 minutes before they were served. There was no apology for this, just an unsympathetic comment that was probably meant as a joke. The food was okay, but for the price, the quality wasn't what I've experienced in other restaurants in this price range. When I made the reservation request, I had pointed out that we were celebrating our first wedding anniversary, and of course, no one expected any preferential treatment due to our special occasion. However, since we were served after everyone else who arrived on that day, we were particularly disappointed. The ambience was generally fine.

Cozy restaurant with super attentive service. I didn't find it warm enough inside, but the food was fantastic. We shared a starter; she immediately said that one person's antipasti was more than enough for two. The steak with my Surf and Turf was gone, so she immediately offered a sirloin steak as an alternative at a lower price. A good choice near our hotel.

We went on a Monday evening without a reservation. The two of us immediately got a comfortable table. The service was extremely friendly and competent. The food was very high quality and delicious. The cocktails were perfectly reasonable in price. We'd happily have another one. We'll definitely be back at this restaurant the next time we visit the trade fair! A top address!!!!♡

Quite the opposite: the relaxed atmosphere, combined with attentive and very friendly service, made the visit particularly pleasant. The food was a real treat – the taste was of a very high standard and lovingly prepared. Despite the low occupancy, the work was done with great care, and you can tell that quality and hospitality are the focus here. I hope that even more guests will soon discover this wonderful restaurant – it absolutely deserves it! I would love to come back.

We were there with a group of 8 people. Despite having a reservation, we waited 30 minutes for drinks and another 2 hours for the food to arrive, and then they still forgot a portion for one person. The waiters often confused our table and wanted to bring us drinks we hadn't ordered. Later, there were even 4 drinks on the bill that no one had ordered. One plate of carbonara had a different type of pasta underneath it that didn't belong there. It should be noted that the restaurant was completely full, and the waiters and the kitchen were completely overwhelmed. - The staff were polite - The wait was extremely long - The food was delicious, but simply too expensive for the portion size. Sorry, Vivaldi We won't be coming back.

Simply fantastic. We were thrilled with the chef's recommendations. Everything was delicious. Beautifully presented, and the dessert "Dulce de Leche" deserves a star rating.

Unfortunately, I can only give a few stars. We booked a table for 14 people on Sunday evening after making a reservation. We ordered drinks and our food. We were then told that the food might take a while as everything was freshly prepared, which is what I expect in a restaurant. To shorten the waiting time, we were offered two antipasti plates for 50 euros, which were unfortunately a flop with some salad, slices of sausage and melon. After 1.5 hours, our food arrived. I had an Argentinian steak for 30 euros, which was raw. There were no fries and the potatoes were cold. The quality of the other food was also very poor. When I complained, they just said that it couldn't be true, my steak was medium, unfortunately not. In conclusion, we won't be coming back. It's a shame.

The pizza was okay, everything else less so. We were there with several people and waited two hours. They didn't ask how the meat was cooked, and the fillet came out rare; other meat dishes were overdone. The antipasti plate was exorbitantly expensive at €27.50 for two pieces of bruschetta, two pieces of salami, and two pieces of melon with ham and a side salad. And everything else was simply too expensive for the price.

The food is very good, the prices are reasonable, and if you can sit outside it's nice.

The food was very tasty. The price was a bit high. The staff was stressed. We had to wait an hour for the food, even though there were few guests.

Place and ambience: really good! It's great to sit there indoors or outdoors, there's a nice pedestrian only zone there so it's not loud with cars. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. Service: the place was half full of guests, there were around 4 servers. I sat outside. I had to wait forever to be serviced. Sat with an empty drink for almost 45 minutes, waited forever for a new one, the food arrived a little cold as if it was prepared for a while and was just chilling there. Food: for the price I ended up paying, the food was NOT worth it at all. I ordered a kalbschnitzel with a Champignons-white wine sauce. it came with a side of penne pasta in butter sauce - which was a surprise and in hindsight I should have asked what it came with. The meat was so overcooked and dry - it was like eating cardboard. The pasta was weirdly both al dente hard in some and super soft and overcooked for others. The champignons sauce was actually quite nice - though because of the butter soup the pasta was swimming in - it caused the sauce to slip right off and there was no way of taking advantage of the only good part of the meal. This paring doesn't work at all. Also when I was done and the dirty plate was chilling on my table for almost 25 minutes, atleast I was asked if I would like dessert - to which I replied, a little bit later after I would be done with my drink. The servers never came back for the rest of the almost hour that I waited there. Again, for the price of a meal and a drink there, I expected a lot more professionalism. Another example is having to walk to the bar to pay with card. In 2025 you'd assume restaurants would have multiple wireless card readers but apparently a place that asks you to pay a lot of money can't seem to afford this 🤷‍♀️

Food, wine, service...👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 Whenever we're in Bielefeld, we always have to stop by for something to eat and drink at least once...like last night, to round off a great day, we enjoyed a great pizza and a glass of wine just before the end of the day.

An absolute hit! What a brilliant shop! Centrally located, so it's easy to get there, and as soon as you come in you immediately feel at home - the atmosphere is really stylish, but still very cozy. You immediately notice that there is passion here. The service? Simply great – super personable, attentive, but never intrusive. You felt like you were with friends. And best of all: The shop is family-run, which you can totally tell - made with love, from start to finish. And then the food… wow. Not a run-of-the-mill Italian menu, but something really different. Creative, homemade, really fresh – you can taste every bite. In addition, it has a really good price-performance ratio, which is not something that can be taken for granted these days. Conclusion: Everything is just right here. I'll definitely be back!

The food is delicious and looks great. Only the seafood dishes are very spicy. Whether it's pizza or pasta, the staff is very friendly and accommodated nine of us even without a reservation.

We had two beers to start, and Ana was very helpful with the menu options. The food suggestion was perfect. We had the SALMONE ALLA GRIGLIA and the SCALOPPA DI VITELLO FUNGHI. The deserts were magnificent with the DULCE DE LECHE - DELLA CASA and the TIRAMISU.

Last year we had the Christmas party with the company there and the service was hopelessly overwhelmed... the food only came after 2 hours... we were there at 7:00 p.m. (it was changed once) and the dessert came at 11:00 p.m.... But everyone can have a bad day, so I went there again the day before yesterday with a date... Table reserved for 7:00 p.m.… we arrived at 6:51 p.m. and the lady said we were a little late? Their schedule said 6:30 p.m.! But then we got a nice table and were able to chat for a while... but after 20 minutes we had to move again because another couple was supposed to be at this table??? To this day I still don't understand why? Both tables were exactly identical! After about 60 minutes we were able to place our order and then simply ordered everything with our drinks, then the service staff wouldn't have to walk so much... While we were still eating our starter, our main course arrived... My food was good, but very little! A carrot, half a pepper, a slice of zucchini and a pickled mushroom were the side dish for almost 150g of salmon... €26 for that? Well… the vegetarian one I had with me was bland and bland… you could have done it at home too… For dessert there was a lava cake, which apparently wasn't made warm but was simply put on the plate... or it sat there until it was cold again... By the way, we never had a chance to reorder drinks! I had to order dessert at the counter! In summary: The kitchen can do something, but with vegetarian dishes you don't have to be afraid of spices! And if the portions were a bit larger, I would have been very happy! The service is friendly but absolutely overwhelmed and disorganized! One more service force would work wonders! No recommendation!

I've rarely experienced such poor service. We were there with a large group. The staff's overwork was passed on to the guests. It was very rude, and the food wasn't particularly good either.

We had made a reservation with a large group weeks ago and discussed it accordingly. Entered the restaurant at 8:15 p.m., finally at 11:30 p.m. after receiving the starter, only a few guests from our group had the main course... We left the restaurant without the main course and without dessert. Unfortunately, completely overwhelmed that evening. Too bad.

Super nice Italian, the traditional one I can't complain about anything, everything was fine for me 😀 Price performance suits me. The Vitello Tonnato was really great, nice and buttery. The Cabonara was, as it should be, without cream and very tasty. If you're not looking for a Germanized Italian, you've come to the right place. I will come back next time I visit Bielefeld

Nothing more is possible, I didn't expect to find such a great location in this city. Parking spaces in the parking garage can also be reached by SBahn. A great family business where dad, daughter, mother do a great job, super friendly, great tips if you don't know what you want, accommodating, no matter who is the guest, everyone is on their toes (here the guest is still a guest), the kitchen is simply outstanding and at completely moderate prices. I can warmly recommend it. Great, keep it up if I go to Bielefeld again I'll be there again.

A nice location with good food and friendly yet at times inattentive staff. The restaurant is located close to the central station and to the city centre. Atmosphere was nice and warm and the pizza, as well as the noodle dishes were great. We had a nice sharing platter for 3 which was enough for a small bite upfront for the 6 of us. The staff were chatty and friendly. However, they were a little inattentive at times. Only two of them served the whole restaurant but I tried multiple times to catch their attention without success. Still, they were really friendly! Can recomment for a nice Italian dinner in the area!

We found out about the Vivaldi via city4two. I have a request: people, go there! The restaurant is run by the family with love and heart. This is what you see, taste and “hear”! one in every phase. We will definitely go back.

The pasta and pizza are particularly delicious, but the fish and meat dishes are also impressive across the board. Another highlight is the friendly and attentive staff. You immediately feel welcome and are well looked after. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy and inviting - perfect for a relaxed evening with friends or family. Overall, a clear recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy excellent Italian food in Bielefeld. I'll definitely be back!

The food is perfect, the service is incredibly warm and absolutely genuine! The Italian-Portuguese-run family business warmly welcomes everyone and makes an honest effort to get to know all guests personally and, despite sometimes stressful evenings, to make time for everyone. We went to “Vivaldi Trattoria” today and had a very nice evening overall. The ambience was pleasant and inviting, even though the shop is rather small - but that's what makes it particularly charming. For starters we had a carpaccio which was average overall - not outstanding but not disappointing either. However, the main courses, pizza and pasta, completely convinced us: both were very good and we were thrilled. Overall, we were very satisfied with our visit and would come back at any time.

I stayed in the neighboring hotel as part of a business trip. The proximity was actually the initial reason for eating here. In the end it was the taste :-). The menu initially essentially corresponds to the usual better Italian dishes. So I had a Black Angus beef fillet with Gorgonzola sauce and rosemary potatoes. It was a great taste experience! The fillet was super tender, not streaky and had the finest taste. The Gorgonzola sauce was not, as is so often the case, just passed over the Gorgonzola, but was wonderfully intense. Plus fabulous potatoes. The tiramisu for dessert was the icing on the cake. The best Italian for me in a long time. Highly recommended!

Wir waren das erste Mal da und sind von Anna herzlich empfangen worden. Vorspeise war ne schöne Auswahl. Hauptspeise: scaloppine war Mega mit den penne knobi Nudeln. Ungewöhnlich aber voll lecker. Das grillgemüse sehr gut. Das einzige was nicht gut war war das filetto al pepe. Die pfeffersosse war klasse. Das Fleisch aber war zäh bzw. zu durch. Wir gehen definitiv wieder hin. Aber das filetto essen wir nicht mehr. Ist sehr schön zu sitzen, man fühlt sich wohl. Parken ist da eher das größte Problem. Fahrt bloß nicht im das Parkhaus im der kleinen Straße. Es gehört zum Hotel was da ist. Die wollten 25€ von uns. Aber wir haben nachgefragt warum und erfahren das es für Gäste sei. Ist nicht so klar ersichtlich. Aber sie hat uns so raus gelassen 🙏

We had a fantastic diner yesterday. Vitello tonnato, shrimps as a starter and 2x beef, one with Gorgonzola saus. All dishes were really great! And don't forget the Primitivo and the Limoncello, Bellissimo! Very friendly, very hardworking staff/owners! Maybe till next year!

Et ok hyggeligt sted hvor vi sent kom ind og skulle have en ret mad og en øl. Vi endte alle på pizza, som ved ankomst så lidt kedelige og pre-lqvet ud. Men de vandt på smagen og det var en helt hæderlig pizza om end at jeg er sikker på at det er prelavet bund som de bruger. Prismæssigt er det meget fornuftigt, og jeg vil sagtens kunne finde på at gå der ind igen.

Never again. Awful experience. It took more than one hour to get any food. They told me at the beginning I had to wait for 15 min. But after one hour no food coming. And when I complained the waitress was terribly rude with me. I should have left honestly.

Wir sind an einem Freitag Abend spontan eingekehrt aber da es vor 18 Uhr war hatten wir doch Hoffnung noch einen Tisch zu bekommen da das Lokal auch nicht so groß ist! Wir wurden sofort sehr nett und freundlich begrüßt und wir bekamen einen schönen gemütlichen Tisch! Die Karte ließt sich sehr gut eine tolle Auswahl es ist dann eine Pizza geworden der Boden schön dünn und knusprig wie wir es mögen! Ich hatte die vegetarische Pizza mit Grillgemüse und bauernkäse geschmacklich gut auf der Karte stand Knoblauch davon habe ich jetzt nichts geschmeckt aber sonst sehr lecker! Mein Mann war auch begeistert er hat seine Thunfisch Pizza noch mit zusätzlich Paprika belegen lassen. Was wir für ein Restaurant nicht so schön fanden war die Werbung die ständig von Spotify kam!

The food is almost good, the service is acceptable, the prices are ok. Unfortunately it is very loud at peak times, which doesn't create a feel-good atmosphere!

We are very disappointed with the poor quality of the ingredients. Excessive prices for frozen goods, the kitchen still has a lot to learn in terms of craftsmanship. The unskilled service doesn't make things any better here. Overall, a restaurant experience that you wouldn't wish on your worst enemy. We better save our money... Too expensive and not much on the plate... inflation has arrived here too... just not when paying the bill.... The waitress - mother and daughter - literally push themselves to get a tip...very rude and outrageous...whether a tip is given is up to the customer's discretion for good service and taste and is not a basic requirement! If you are looking for a low-quality restaurant - without professional staff - you have unfortunately come to the right place...

Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber die Chefin verhält sich total unmöglich. Sie ist laut, arrogant und einfach nur anstrengend. Ungeschickt, wenn man ausgerechnet beim Bezahlen so frech wird - kein Trinkgeld - definitiv keine Weiterempfehlung!

Restaurant with an interesting menu and a selection of quality wines, perfect for those who prefer few but all excellent labels. The fillet, here called "Roma steak", is certainly one of the highlights: tender and succulent, accompanied by crispy baked potatoes or a delicious mushroom sauce, it is a dish to absolutely try. The platter of mixed appetizers is also noteworthy, with a good variety of flavors that well represent the local cuisine. Overall, a great dining experience that I would recommend without hesitation!

Big praise to boss Anna and her team who provide great service in a very nice restaurant with a feel-good atmosphere, the food is really very tasty and you get a really nice, funny and warm welcome, even if you order pasta at 11 p.m It is conjured up with love in the kitchen. I can only recommend everyone to visit this restaurant, the price/performance is really good and it was an absolutely successful end to the day there. Keep it up 👍🏻

Spiste alene. Overraskende godt, og jeg oplevede en personlig og imødekommende god betjening udover det sædvanlige. Autentisk italiensk, helt som det skal være. Budt velkommen af flink tjener. Vidste ikke helt hvad jeg skulle spise, og den søde kvindlige tjener anbefalede Saltimbocca, som var virkeligt godt lavet. Hver gang jeg havde kontakte med én af de to tjenere var det med smil og glæde, hurtig betjening og et smittende engagement og arbejdsglæde som der er alt for lidt af og ses alt for sjældent. Tak for en god aften på Vivaldi. Jeg kommer helt sikkert igen.
