We can only comment on the food quality because we ordered it for delivery. It was really very good! The pizza and pasta were fresh and delicious. The ingredients were high quality. We were absolutely surprised by the vitello tonnato, which was not only very tasty but also beautifully presented. We will definitely be going to Piacere Divino again soon.

I ate here a few months ago; everything was delicious and the service was very good. This time, the service wasn't as good, as we weren't served as well and everything took a very long time. Unfortunately, the pizza wasn't cooked all the way through in the middle, so I left it alone. Overall, it wasn't that great this time, but I'll probably visit the pizzeria again based on my first experience. So, I'll turn a blind eye.

The food is actually quite tasty. The service, however, lacks the basics that every restaurant should have. While I wasn't treated rudely, the waiter almost never came, even though the place was moderately busy, and at the end of the meal, no one asked if everything was okay or if I wanted another course.

Very pleasant atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, and delicious food. I was very pleasantly surprised that they also offer gluten-free pasta upon request, even though it wasn't listed on the menu. A gluten-free pizza option would have been great, too (perhaps as a little suggestion for the future). Otherwise, it was a very pleasant evening!

A delicious and authentic Italian restaurant with a beautiful location in Bielefeld. The food is always good—but not always exactly what's on the menu. Unfortunately, the vegetables were cold last time—accident or intentional?

Good, tasty food, but relatively expensive

That was absolutely delicious. The pistachio tiramisu was simply amazing!

A big compliment to the kitchen! I often have food delivered from Divino, and it always tastes excellent, whether it's risotto, pizza, or pasta. I've also had nothing but good experiences with the service there. Everyone is very nice and comes from all over Europe. The ice cream is among the best you can find in Bielefeld. For dessert, the semifredo with pistazzi is my absolute recommendation.

Unfortunately, our visit to this pizzeria was very disappointing—not because of the food, but because of the disrespectful and queerphobic behavior of the staff. We were barely looked at while ordering and treated rudely. A table of queer people was seated outside, and they were loudly and disparagingly asked, "What are they doing here?"—even though they were paying customers, just like us. We were then asked to wait outside the shop "so we wouldn't be a disturbance." When we went to pick up our food, we were additionally addressed in an aggressive and unfriendly manner. This is all particularly irritating given that a Pride event was taking place right next door. If you operate your business near a queer event, you should expect it—and above all, be respectful and open to all guests. Discrimination—in any form—has no place in the restaurant industry. I hope management takes responsibility for this behavior. Until then, I unfortunately cannot recommend this place.

Food was good, service was not. The waiter seemed listless. At first, we were completely ignored when we entered the restaurant. Then we were curtly gestured to sit anywhere. The service at the table was rather taciturn. No one asked if the food was tasty. No thanks for the tip. No eye contact or smile. A real shame.

A table was assigned without any room to move. After the food was on the table, no one asked if everything was okay or if there was anything missing. The waiter only really attended to the guests he seemed to know better. He ordered more drinks and fetched them himself at the counter. If the waiter doesn't feel like it, he should stay home, since the kitchen staff already had to deliver the food. . Given the prices, one would expect better service and better food... sorry, but not again.

Apparently we had a bad day. At least the employee only gave us a printed ice cream menu where prices had already been corrected by hand. But with lactose intolerance you don't even need to sit down. No alternative menu was brought for meals or aperitifs. When I said I couldn't take anything from this menu, the waitress wanted to turn around and leave, even though there were two of us. Then we noticed at the table next door that the drink we ordered was wrong. Instead of coffee, an iced coffee was brought. K.A. what was going on that day, but service is not a priority here. It's a shame actually. I only give the 3 stars because my companion liked the ice cream.

We were really looking forward to a lovely and delicious evening. But unfortunately we were disappointed with the taste. The bruschetta was hardly seasoned at all and the pasta with salmon in tomato sauce was ok, but not a taste highlight. For 21.90 euros I simply expect more. It's a shame that there are only two dishes for vegans. The service was very attentive and good.

I had the Rigatoni alla Norma, tube pasta with eggplant and tomato sauce for just under 18 euros. 18 euros for a tomato sauce that was neither fruity nor tasty and had a sour Maggi aroma. Although I do NOT think Maggi was used. I don't know what was used for seasoning. The tomato sugo just covered the pasta, was ok, but quite sparse. A 1/4 eggplant cut into pieces and braised was folded in, well cooked. What I complain about is that the tomato sauce was absolutely not good in taste. It's so easy and simple to make this. And just under 18 euros for the EASIEST and VERY cheap ingredients is very cheeky. I forgot the few flakes of grated cheese: very few coarsely grated strips of Grana Padano (?)... It probably wasn't Parmiggiano, it has more aroma. Since the operators are Italian, I would have expected a different quality.. il piacere non era divino ma deludente

Chic and at the same time cozy restaurant, nice service and really great food! Personally, I can highly recommend the homemade tortellini in sage cream sauce (seen in the picture) 🥰

The starter was missing the spread with the bread (we only saw afterwards), the wrong drinks, and the side salad consisted almost exclusively of leaf lettuce, just a slice of cucumber, an eighth of a tomato and an olive. Spaghetti Olio so-so. All in all, not recommended, as the service didn't try very hard, even though it wasn't full.

Unfortunately there was a piece of plastic in the soup we ordered - the waitress said it was from the fish. But we can definitely tell the difference between a seafood shell and plastic. The calzone was also almost inedible. The dough was not baked, the filling was very little and extremely liquid. Also, the pizza was cold. After a disparaging look, the waitress supposedly warmed up the pizza again - it came back just as cold. On the last visit everything was excellent and tasty - but this time it was a complete failure. Unfortunately, no recommendation if this is how guests are treated.

Today we were at the divino again after a long time. The waiter was extremely bored and didn't feel like working, but he came to us very quickly to take the order. Unfortunately, the drinks only came after the house greeting, which consisted of bread and stale butter. The main course followed extremely quickly, which didn't bode well. Pasta was still raw and far from al dente. The food was completely acidic and partly burnt. Any amateur cook would have made a better pasta dish here. The waiter didn't show up after clearing away the food and ignored the criticism of the poor food. Definitely not a recommendation!

Pizza was very good, but small. The rest, better not to order. We had risotto and lasagna, and they were tasteless. The service was also bad. The plates from the starters were left on the table, no words of english at all. No smile for the whole time. And the prices were to high for what they had to offer. You better go to the Hofbrau.

The best pizza I've eaten in Bielefeld so far. A little more creativity with the vegetarian toppings would be desirable.

Were here with 5 people. Good service despite the restaurant being completely full. All food and wine good. But the real highlight came 3 days later. The landlord accidentally charged the wrong table and we paid too much. We found each other through the shared bank and the money was promptly refunded to us. Such honesty deserves the highest respect. Our next visit has already been decided.

Nice Italian restaurant in the middle of the city. The food was great (steak), pizza too! Fast, attentive and good service. The ambience was somewhat disturbed by TV broadcasts (EM), in the back area it is quite warm due to the kitchen. Parking possible in the parking garage, about 250 m away. Be sure to make a reservation if you want to dine with more than 2 people.

At first the diVino seemed very promising. We were there late on a Saturday evening to have a drink. Nice, very friendly, harmonious atmosphere. Yesterday we reserved a table for dinner. Ok, we were 10 minutes late. But this had already been done beforehand. communicated and posed no problem. The service staff wasn't particularly friendly. Unfortunately, yesterday evening's grumpy, unfriendly and inattentive manner was groundbreaking. Recommendation of the day menu, none! The cards were succinctly thrown onto the table. The drinks were only accepted reluctantly and repeated requests were necessary. The second glass of wine was ordered in the amount of 0.1 l and was then billed for 0.2 l. The food was okay so far, but definitely not a highlight. Especially since the pricing of the menu suggests something. A dessert, also missing! Service and friendliness as a summary is underground! When no additional service charge was added to the bill, the bad mood turned into a devious, mischievous laugh. And finally, as a tip: If the customer is not of the same nationality as the service person, you should be careful with the way you approach them.

It's a shame the service is worse than 1 star, although the food is actually quite good here. But the service is sometimes very inattentive and snooty, which I have experienced several times!!! Waited 20 minutes today and ended up leaving hungry without ordering because the waiter walked past you several times and didn't react and didn't even bring the menu.

By the way, the pasta at Waren isn't cooked through either, that has nothing to do with al dente. Never again!

It was now the second attempt. And yes, it gets worse. The noodles were not edible. Al Dente has been reinvented. Salt the sauce. It didn't matter that the portion was so small. 20 euros for the portion is way too much. The service was unbeatable in terms of indifference and arogance. Chewing gum while being served was the highlight. There will be no third attempt.

A good and atmospheric restaurant with moderate prices. Very tasty, although the pizza was a bit overloaded with Italian spices. The staff wasn't very friendly though, maybe it was late in the evening. Nevertheless, we were well served. I would visit again.

1 hour wait for food Dessert was out of the question, otherwise we would have missed our event. Despite being told that we now want to pay because we have an event, no one came to settle the bill. I then went in to pay. That's not good service.

Ordered antipasti, what came was a joke counted olives, a slice of mozzarella on top, half a cherry tomato, cheap salami and a carpaccio that was too thin. Vittelo was on the menu, but there was no sign of it on the plate. Price performance absolutely doesn't fit. Never again.

Everything really bad. I just ordered pasta from their daily menu. 1. It took 40 minutes 2. There was no meat, just pasta 3. I reported it but there was no apology 4. When paying, the waiter behaved very strangely again and said goodbye very unfriendly, or rather they didn't say anything Reacts. And yes there was no apology. Very very dissatisfied! I wanted to rest but now I'm just very annoyed.

Modernly furnished Italian restaurant, with good food and super nice service. Went there spontaneously and were able to get a seat, which isn't always the case because this restaurant is really well attended, which is no surprise given the quality.

Unfortunately, there wasn't a single piece of fish in the fish soup, which was rather small for a main course. When asked, the already somewhat stressed waiter said that that was correct...

Ein sehr angenehmes Restaurant mit einem gutem Angebot von leckeren Speisen. Kritikpunkte: - Das Messer ist zum schneiden der Pizza etwas zu stumpf (Und an einem Tisch war das Besteck unterschiedlich) - Der Pizzarand war bei diesem Besuch etwas dicker&härter als sonst - Anfangs war die Bedienung sehr hektisch und vermittelte damit kein Gefühl von Ruhe

Relativ spontan einen Tisch am Wochenende bekommen (Donnerstag Abend für Samstag). Bedienung war super nett und hat uns zum Tisch begleitet, im laufe des Abends war der Service aber eher schleppend. Vermutlich lag es daran, dass nur 2 Kellnerinnen für den Laden eingeteilt waren. Essen war sehr lecker, die Pizza genauso wie ich es mir vorstelle! Leckerer Teig, fluffig aber dennoch knusprig! Einziges Manko bei der Ruccola Pizza die großen Tomaten, die wenig Geschmack hatten. Die Portion war in Ordnung, ein wenig mehr für Menschen die nicht nur durchschnittliche Mengen essen, wäre gut. Die Weinkarte ist groß, in jeder Preisklasse etwas zu haben.

Essen ist leider eine Enttäuschung, war über die letzten Jahr mehrmals da und mir (und den anderen) hat das Essen nicht geschmeckt. Es war fad und geschmacklos und ist mehr Schein als sein. Ich habe dem Lokal mehrere Chancen gegeben, aber gebe auf. Die Getränke sind ok, leckerer Wein, guter Aperol. Das Ambiente ist schön und der Laden punktet durch die Tolle Lage. Besonders lm Sommer ist es sehr schön draußen auf der Terasse zu sitzen und einen Wein zu trinken. Das ist klasse! Der Service ist ebenfalls enttäuschend und nicht sehr freundlich. Das Piacere Divino ist mal ganz nett, aber keine Herzensempfehlung..

Vor der Tür müsste ein Schild hängen wo drauf steht Ausländer hier nicht willkommen. Ich könnte schwören das der Ladeninhaber ein AfD Wähler ist aber ich könnte es nicht beweisen. Rechts und links die Gäste wo gefühlt 10 Minuten nach uns kamen haben vorher das Essen bekommen, als ich gefragt habe wo unser Essen bleibt hieß es 1 Minute hat dann trotzdem nochmal paar Minuten gedauert warum auch immer, und ganz nebenbei für unsere Nudeln mit Garnelen haben wir bestimmt 30-40 Minuten gedauert. Als ich dann die Rechnung wollte hat der Kellner die Rechnung einfach nur auf den gelegt und ist weg ohne was zu sagen nach 5 Minuten bin ich vor gelaufen und wollte bezahlen dann kam der Kellner aufeinmal. Meine Garnelen waren so klein und wahrscheinlich war das eine einzige Garnele die klein geschnipselt wurde. Keine Sorge wir kommen nicht mehr und ihr könnt euren Laden für euch haben :)

Essen super, preislich gehoben aber gerechtfertigt. Das Ambiente finde ich persönlich auch sehr ansprechend. Der Service sollte verbessert werden, der Laden ist jeden Abend voll und das Personal teilweise unmotiviert oder überfordert. Oftmals wartet man sehr lange auf ein weiteres Getränk oder auch darauf seine Bestellung aufgeben zu können, da ist Luft nach oben, vor allem wenn man bedenkt wie gut der Laden läuft.

Eine sehr schöne Lokalität mit sehr geschmackvollen italienischen Speisen. Tisch sollte man vorab reservieren.

Wir waren gestern Abend dort essen. Der Tisch war reserviert und dann auch für uns frei. Sehr nette Bedienung, wir hatten Antipasti, Hauptgang und Dessert. Bis auf die Tatsache, dass die Nudeln mit Muscheln etwas zu viel Biss hatten und ein bißchen mehr Würze und Schärfe vertragen hätten, sie waren etwas langweilig, war das Essen völlig in Ordnung. Vor allem das Dessert (Cassata und Tiramisu pistacchio) waren ein super leckerer und krönender Abschluss. Die einzigen Kritikpunkte sind zum Einen die Toiletten, da muss einfach mal jemand zwischendurch nachsehen sowie zum Anderen die Bedienung, die sich doch im Laufe des Abends immer seltener blicken ließ, das kann aber auch betriebsinterne Gründe haben. Wir kommen jedenfalls wieder.

Ich liebe dieses Restaurant. Meiner Meinung nach der beste Italiener in Bielfeld. Tolles Essen und toller Service. Sonderwünsche werden immer beachtet und umgesetzt.

Einer der besten Adressen, wenn man wirklich lecker italiniesch essen gehen möchte... von den Speisenm Amviente bis hin zum Service! Einfach klasse! Unter solchem Umständen muss man auch damit rechnen, der Lade ist sehr vollm spricht für sich natürlich. Wir hatten reserviert. Ich glaube nicht, dass man hier spontan vorbeischauen kann und mit einen freien Tisch rechnen kann.

Schönes Restaurant mit freundlicher Bedienung. Das Essen war sehr gut.

Gute Atmosphäre mit frischer lekkerer Küche. Wir waren zu dritt sehr zufrieden.

Das Essen, Spaghetti mit Pesto, Risotto mit Kürbis und Gambas bekam erst mit Salz und Pfeffer Geschmack, die Bedienung war mäßig freundlich. Wir hatten ein paar Extra- Wünsche wegen der Kinder, (3und 5, Kinder die sich im Restaurant angemessen verhalten) , die man nicht freundlich aufnahm.

Wir waren eine größere Runde, die angekündigt war, und waren begeistert vom Service vor unserer Reservierung (gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld) und auch an dem Abend. Es wurden alle 30 Gerichte fast zeitgleich serviert und warm!!! Essen hat dann auch wie erwartet sehr gut geschmeckt (insb. Pizza muss man dort gegessen haben). Die Mädels am Service sehr aufmerksam und gut drauf, so dass insgesamt eine tolle Stimmung aufgekommen ist. Ist definitiv insbesondere für größere Gruppen anlässlich Weihnachtsfeiern/ Betriebsfeiern oder Ähnlichem ganz klar zu empfehlen👍🏼

Das Ambiente ist gut . Personal freundlich aber gestresst was man schon merkt . Das Essen an sich war ok , hat geschmeckt aber für den Preis eben nicht gut genug - ich hätte es zu Hause besser hinbekommen - etwas mehr am Geschmack und an den Gerichten im Bereich Pasta und Fleisch arbeiten und zum Brot auch einen Dip reichen .

Insgesamt war ein sehr gutes Erlebnis. Das Essen hätte besser sein können aber war trotzdem lecker. Ich würde auf jeden Fall das Restaurant wieder besuchen.

Meine Freundin und ich waren gestern Abend zum Abendessen hier. Sowohl ihre als auch meine Pasta waren ausgezeichnet und auch endlich mal abweichend der üblichen Pasta- Angebote.Auch das leckere Dessert sowie die umfangreiche Getränkekarte sollten unbedingt erwähnt werden. Das Service Personal war auch superfreundlich. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert in Sachen Kulinarik und Personal. Was uns allerdings den Abend in diesem Lokal zum Ende hin komplett versaut hat ist die immer extremer werdende Lautstärke der Musik. Wir hatten den Eindruck, auf diese Art und Weise "rausgeekelt" zu werden. Es wäre überhaupt kein Problem gewesen, zu sagen :"Entschuldigung, wir schließen, ich würde gerne die Rechnung bringen." Oder auch:"wir möchten schließen, wenn Sie noch etwas trinken möchten, ginge das nebenan" (2verschiedene Räume, durch das Treppenhaus getrennt) Meinetwegen auch:"sorry, ich muss abkassieren, wir starten jetzt unsere Club night und drehen jetzt SO RICHTIG die Lautstärke auf. Leider nichts von alledem. Als ich die Rechnung geordert habe, musste ich mich mit der Kellnerin ANBRÜLLEN, sie hat NICHTS verstanden. Ihr Kommentar :"Bisschen laut, ne?" Jooo, so kann man's auch ausdrücken.... Sorry, Leute, aber das geht gar nicht. Ich gehe eigentlich essen, um einen schönen Abend zu verbringen. Mit leckerem Essen und Getränken, in ANGENEHMER!!!!! Atmosphäre. Dafür gebe ich auch gerne Geld aus. Wenn ich mir die Ohren wegballern will, gehe ich feiern, oder auf ein Konzert oder fahre Auto. Allerdings werde ich dann nicht genötigt, irgendjemandes Musikgeschmack zu ertragen, sondern darf selbst entscheiden. Zum Glück darf ich ebenso entscheiden, wo ich mein Geld lasse zum essen gehen. Im DIVINO sicher nicht nochmal. Schade, war nämlich echt lecker.
