It's a real shame that there's only one employee assigned here, especially at lunchtime. It's probably not economical. However, very nice employees even though there is a very high number of guests.

Clean, open and bright, but waiting times far too long. 1 person serving at lunchtime. Completely understaffed.

We enjoyed delicious veggie and chicken teriyaki subs with a view of the church. Friendly service! Everything was excellent!

I pre-ordered food online; after 20 minutes, the app showed that it was ready. I then had to wait another 30 minutes in the store. All terminals were out of service.

The branch just wants to make maximum profit. Ordered a sub today via Lieferando. Order accepted. After 20-30 minutes the order will be canceled. For no reason. But the store is still open for 1-2 hours. Then you shouldn't offer delivery if you cancel the orders. Never again Subway.

We've been coming here for years. Today on Italy Monday we were enchanted by Martina & Klara's culinary delights. It's fun to see how many ingredients create an individual dish. The Italy SUB is a dream. Baguette, cheese & meat go into the oven. Afterwards there is a mountain of fresh vegetables & 2 sauces on top. Onion and Garlic. In the summer we sat outside and enjoyed the delicious SUBS & hot coffee ☕. It doesn't get any better 😃. This tastes like in Bella ITALIA. 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹

The subs are always delicious. So far the staff has always been very friendly. Actually no complaints. Today, however, I noticed that a boy wanted to order something and because he didn't speak so loudly, the lady behind the counter was very unfriendly and almost insulted. She was very unfriendly the whole time and said: it costs extra! Then the boy was deceived by wanting a drink and a cookie. The lady didn't tell him that there was a student menu and he had to pay €5 more than me. It's a shame that an always good experience turns sour.

Bei den neuen Automaten kann man nur doppelten Käse eingeben. Wenn es zwei verschiedene sein sollen, wird‘s wieder „schwierig“. Musste zwei mal wieder in den Laden weil bei meiner Bestellung etwas vergessen wurde. Der Sub musste beim zweiten Mal neu belegt werden. Leider war dann gefühlt kein Eisbergsalat mit drauf und es war wirklich sehr sparsam belegt. Ziemlich blöd bei einem Veggie Delite! Weil mir das zu blöd war bin ich aber auch nicht erneut rein. Besser woanders versuchen oder gleich ein anderes „Restaurant“ suchen.

The waitress could barely speak German and had to ask everything over the phone. Staff didn't even know their own menu. Long waiting time even though there were hardly any customers. And not a highlight in terms of taste. Then you'd better have a kebab.

Subway ist eigentlich ein Garant für leckere Sandwich und das Essen war auch gut. Die Bedienung allerdings nicht. 2 Mitarbeiterinnen waren dort, eine hat Kunden bedient und die andere Brot umgepackt. Wie standen ca. 10 Minuten vor der Theke und als dann die Kasse frei war, haben wir bestellt, wurden aber wieder vor die Theke geschickt. Die Brotpackerin ging da weiterhin ihrer Arbeit nach und so wartete auch die Bedienung ca. 5 Minuten, bis diese fertig war. Als wir fertig waren , fiel mir auf , dass mir weder das Happy Hour Angebot berechnet noch cookies gegeben wurden und auf Nachfrage hiess es, ich hätte das Happy Hour Menu bestellen müssen. Ich erklärte, dass ich ja die Happy Hour Anforderungen erfüllt hätte (Uhrzeit, normales Brot, keine Extras) , aber nein: ich hätte explizit sagen müssen, dass es das Happy Hour Menü ist . Häh, bestelle ich in einer Bar zur Happy Hour, bekomme ich doch auch automatisch 2 Getränke, oder ? Wahrscheinlich haben sie die Cookies dann selbst gegessen (:
