Drove by totally hungry... it's closed...

Clean, open and bright, but waiting times far too long. 1 person serving at lunchtime. Completely understaffed.

Unfortunately, this branch is not very inviting. We were there yesterday around 2 p.m. The employee who served us was very listless and friendliness seemed to be a foreign concept. There was neither a greeting nor a farewell…….or any other kind word! To top it all off, the lady stood in the middle of the store, busy with her cell phone. I think if I hadn't said "Goodbye and have a nice day" out loud, she wouldn't have even noticed that my daughter and I were leaving. I personally deal with customers at work and am speechless about such behavior. What a shame!

Opened during the cathedral consecration, only to close again afterwards. Disappointing that apart from this the branch has been closed for months.

Absolute impudence. Employees too stupid to read orders from the screen, complete order incorrect, food cold. Employees work at a snail's pace, putting on fresh gloves so that they can then touch the touchpad, cash register, etc. while checking out...

After waiting for over 1 hour, our order was canceled. After I called the shop directly, I was taken for a fool. You wouldn't have received any order at all.

Stunned, never again! Of the food we ordered, the chicken in one sub and one wrap were no longer edible...the meat was definitely bad and no longer suitable for consumption (I think giving something like that out to customers is very borderline!). After several attempts to reach the company by phone, which were unsuccessful, contact was made with the delivery service. According to the delivery service, the owner will refuse to refund the amount. Thanks for nothing. I've never experienced anything like that. Never again! Food for the trash and dealing with customers even more so!

Card payment didn't work at the ordering terminal. I then tried to pay normally at the cash register, but the employee told me that cash payment wasn't possible, even though it was available as an option at the ordering terminal.

The subs are always delicious. So far the staff has always been very friendly. Actually no complaints. Today, however, I noticed that a boy wanted to order something and because he didn't speak so loudly, the lady behind the counter was very unfriendly and almost insulted. She was very unfriendly the whole time and said: it costs extra! Then the boy was deceived by wanting a drink and a cookie. The lady didn't tell him that there was a student menu and he had to pay €5 more than me. It's a shame that an always good experience turns sour.

Staff is slow and not very sure what they are doing, take time and patience.
