I've never seen anything so bad. Neither the service nor the food are even remotely acceptable. The sub is cold, the waffle fries, which by the way don't even fill half of the box, taste as if they had been picked up from the floor. It's a shame that I can't give 0 stars, because that would apply even better to this performance. Never again…

Service is a disaster! Ordered online again, food can never be picked up on time: always at least 20 minutes waiting time on site. Besides, there is always something wrong. Staff mostly very unfriendly and incompetent! Unfortunately this is the last time here...

We went to Subway today, the food was great!!! But there was a saleswoman or lady who came to us who was super unfriendly. The other employee (people of color) was super friendly and gave us very good service. Super disappointed with other employee!!! She was very friendly with other German customers and had a very unfriendly tone with us! When we ordered it wasn't stressful either. I hope it changes that the person doesn't discriminate with the tone and at least speaks to the customer in a neutral tone. Thanks .

My favorite Subway within 200km! The restaurant is always clean, the sandwich is fresh and delicious, and the girl with dark hair who was on shift in the afternoon of February 22, 2025 deserves special attention. She has served us several times and each time it was a very nice experience. From the moment you enter, as soon as she makes eye contact, she greets you with a warm smile. She is exceptionally nice and always gives good advice on which ingredients go together. When there are no customers, he makes sure the tables and under them are clean. She is open and very polite - the hallmark of this restaurant! The entire crew is very nice, the boss is proud!

The service is very unfriendly and doesn't make the sub look appetizing. The meat tasted very old and the sub didn't taste good either. The tables were not clean.

Update February 9, 2025: A wait of over 30 minutes to order because there was only one employee present really annoyed us. Otherwise everything was good. ......... With the new owners, new life seems to have come into this shop. The staff were friendly, the food was good. We were very satisfied.

We were there today at 4 p.m. and there was no one at the front, then a condition came who didn't even say hello, just looked at us and said she would be there soon, then she came back after 5 minutes from smoking and then took our order briefly and then went to the toilet where she was for at least 2-5 minutes. Just incredibly bad conditions and bread was cold. We then drove to Altencelle and everything was great there and the service was great too
