Subway in Goslar

You arrive half an hour before closing time and are immediately greeted rudely at the door with the words: "We're out of stock, bye!" Respect! If you don't care, then stay home.

The service was incredibly friendly, and I left a tip. The server said it was very unusual to receive tips at a fast-food restaurant. I told her I was happy to pay more if the service was really good. And it was. Understanding, patient, friendly, and very kind. These are the qualities we look for.

An extremely unfriendly, artificially blonde waitress! I've truly never experienced anything like it. Every handshake was too much trouble for her, and then she angrily shouted the order number across the restaurant and shoved your food into your hand, wide-eyed. No "Enjoy your meal." No "Goodbye." Not a shred of friendliness! Two young men were working there today, and they were genuinely friendly. But this woman was just awful. The food is really delicious, no doubt about that. However, the wait was incredibly long for just two sandwiches. Before my food was even prepared, this artificially blonde woman started preparing food for six other customers, even though they had ordered after me. It wasn't until she realized how long I'd been waiting that she finally got really annoyed. Truly unfriendly and completely overwhelmed by her job. P.S. I work in the restaurant industry myself.

We took a trip to Bad Harzburg and stopped here on the way back. The two employees (especially the one with the Naruto tattoo) were very friendly, even with children. She baked extra cookies since they were out of all the usual suspects. You couldn't select cookies at the self-service kiosk, but they kindly let us swap them (the price would have been the same anyway). The subs and cookies were the best we've ever had at Subway. The two employees also put a lot of effort into the toppings, just the right amount of everything. Simply perfect.

The service staff were very friendly. The food tasted good, but I didn't like that green bell peppers were already mixed into the meat. The atmosphere was uncomfortable.

The food was delicious; the salad, tomatoes, and cucumbers were very fresh. The cookies were also very fresh and not dry. The staff were very friendly, and the ambiance wasn't like a 5-star restaurant, but for a Subway restaurant, it was really good.

I don't think you need to go there to eat such dry bread with cheese. It's probably just a laugh for the little ones.

Unfortunately, I discovered today that customers who order at the terminal have to wait longer than those who order directly. I had to wait 20 minutes for a sub today, as did other customers who also ordered at the terminal. Some even got a cookie because of the long wait, but not everyone. You either do the same thing for everyone or not at all! I can't recommend ordering at the terminal here; you'll have to wait longer!

I was at Subway last weekend and I want to give a huge shout-out to the team! Especially to Elias and Liro (if that's his name, I couldn't remember it). Elias, in particular, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and his positive attitude made the visit a truly pleasant one. I definitely felt welcome (it was my first time there and I'd love to come back)!

The two young ladies were very friendly. Highly recommended; I'll be going there again.

I'm truly sorry, but the owner needs to visit the store every now and then and check on how the employees are behaving. It would be best if they at least fired the girls if they don't want to lose customers.

The stereotypical cashier is, of course, the most arrogant person you'll encounter all day, but that's okay. That's what she's there for, so you can laugh at the end of the day about ordering sandwiches instead of standing behind the counter. Everything done right! The cocky, antisocial person fits well, not really listening and then asking stupid questions in an inappropriate tone, top 👍🏻

Unfortunately, the store doesn't make a particularly fresh impression. The interior is showing its age, and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed during our visit. There's definitely room for improvement.

Very friendly staff, great sub! The nice employee prepared the sandwiches extremely neatly and cleanly, knew exactly which products were vegan and also offered the vegan cheese on his own initiative. I also received friendly help when redeeming a coupon in the Subway app. The meatless chicken teriyaki subs were very well topped and there was no lack of sauce either. The dark, vegan cookies were also a dream. The atmosphere here is somehow special. I already love Subway for those late 90s / early 2000s global village coffeehouse vibes, but here it really comes into its own.

We were there shortly before 8 p.m. today. We were quickly informed that there was only warp or lettuce available, but no iceberg lettuce. 😅 The staff was really polite, but if you're open until 10 p.m., you should at least have enough bread on site, since bread is actually the main ingredient in a subway 😅.

We went to Subway today, the food was great!!! But there was a saleswoman or lady who came to us who was super unfriendly. The other employee (people of color) was super friendly and gave us very good service. Super disappointed with other employee!!! She was very friendly with other German customers and had a very unfriendly tone with us! When we ordered it wasn't stressful either. I hope it changes that the person doesn't discriminate with the tone and at least speaks to the customer in a neutral tone. Thanks .

I have little experience with Subway and would like to emphasize how great an effort two young people made to help me get the right food as a vegetarian. It was great! Thanks to the staff.

I actually really enjoy eating here, but unfortunately the service was really bad today. I understand that it's stressful when there's a lot going on, but the lady behind the counter today really didn't enjoy her work or the employees who were there, which was clearly visible. (Red hair, braid). The cream cheese almost tore the bread when I spread it on, but considering the amount of ingredients it was topped with, that was better. The other two colleagues, however, were very nice. As I said, I'd be happy to, but if the lady is there next time, I'd rather go somewhere else.

Could be a little more modern. The toilets definitely need some TLC

Service was good. But whenever we are there we don't find any more cookies :(. Unfortunately the oven was broken, the shop unfortunately doesn't offer an alternative if the device breaks down.

Always worth the visit, delicious, quick and inexpensive, a smile would be the icing on the cake but I understand that.

Unfortunately, my experience in the branch is that many ingredients (breads or sauces) are no longer available after a certain time - of course everything is used up at some point, but sometimes it seems to me as if they are trying to "make work easier" want. Unfortunately, the staff is often overwhelmed with discount promotions or similar or cannot answer questions about them, but they try to remain friendly even though they are usually not competent.

Solid Subway branch on the eastern outskirts of Goslar. There is a medium-sized, free parking space available right next door. The store is quite small in typical Subway style. There are a few simple seats inside, and there is a small terrace in front of the building (unfortunately right on the busy main street). In general, I am satisfied with the service and the friendliness of the employees; the service is usually uncomplicated and quick. There have been no objections to quality so far. It is noticeable that unfortunately not all types of bread and cookies are available - especially at slightly later times. It also happened that I couldn't order a sub here about an hour before closing because no bread was prepared.

Ordered food today via the app. We were. Arrived a few minutes early to pick up. We were immediately pointed out by the employee that we were early. The order was ready and there was nothing going on at the counter at the time. Then ordered 5 sandwiches and 3 of them were not supposed to be toasted. All 5 were toasted and there was a lot less on the sandwiches than usual. Otherwise we were always at peace. But absolutely not today.

Service was subpar. The lady with the red hair was absolutely unfriendly and couldn't even ask what I wanted on my sub. Just looked at me funny and then bluntly asked what I wanted in a derogatory tone. The employee was in a good mood but the lady ruined my meal.

Opening times are more of a recommendation/option than a guideline. 9:55 p.m. is already the time for the staff to lock the doors and wave in a friendly manner.

Brought two footlongs + potatobites today. We were served by Amber. Very careful, cleaned the knife on his own initiative because we had two vegetarian subs and was overall very friendly and accommodating. As always, the food was delicious, a very good and preferable alternative to other fast food restaurants.

Staff has no idea at all. Food doesn't taste good.

I wanted to get something to eat, but the door was locked and according to the opening times on the door it was also open. No notice on the door about the changed opening times. I would have liked to get something for myself.

Subway Goslar down at MediaMarkt is just great, Ms. Furchert is a very competent specialist, as are her colleagues. Always happy Tip Try the cookies!

Friendly staff, clean location and freshly prepared sandwiches

Received everything as ordered. I was also served very nicely. The branch itself is clean outside, but you could use the feather duster and check the sidewalk for loose stones (danger of tripping). Otherwise very satisfied.

Baguette according to your own ideas. No wishes remain unfulfilled. Good employees and hardly any waiting time. Highly recommended for quick hunger in between meals. All dishes can also be taken away.

Price performance okay. Service was very nice, polite and calm, despite a large order with many children. Impression of the restaurant was clean, but nothing special. Children were very satisfied and found the food better than at the Golden Seagull restaurant or similar.

Leckeres Brot mit toller Füllung, die ich selbst auswählen. Nettes Personal, schnelle Abfertigung - einfach super !

Essen war sehr lecker Allerdings kein Eisberg aufgefüllt, keine dunklen Cookies, keine Servietten, keine Trinkhalme und sowohl Tische als auch Theke sehr dreckig

Die eine Mitarbeiterin mit offenen Haaren und super unhöflich. Ich muss auf einmal für Frischkäse mehr zahlen? Sie bestreicht das so minimal, dass ich fragte ob etwas mehr ginge da es so trocken war, und so musste ich für ein Messerstich Frischkäse auf einmal mehr zahlen. Naja essen super lecker aber Bedienung für den A** zumindest die Dame.

Wir waren gestern Abend dort um schnell einen Sub zu holen. Das Personal war unfreundlich, unmotiviert und konnte keine Auskunft über Preise geben. Zudem war das Geschirr der Mitarbeiter sowie der Thekenbereich nicht sauber gehalten, die Beilagen waren in den Behältnissen vermischt (gerade bei Allergien schwierig) und teils nicht aufgefüllt. Ich war schon ein paar Mal dort und war immer zufrieden. Aber bei dem Service von gestern, muss ich eine schlechte Bewertung geben.

Was kann man sagen? Leckere Sandwich von Subways. Frisch, nach den Bedarf des Kunden zubereitet - sehr freundliches Personal, schnelle Abwicklung und ein sauberes Umfeld. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden.

Heute da gewesen...leider hab es nur noch 2 Sorten Brot um 20.40 , obwohl sie bis 22 Uhr auf haben..Sehr sehr traurige..selbst Kunden sind dann wieder nach Hause gegangen ohne was zu kaufen..da sollte nochmal nachgearbeitet werden ..wenn man keine Lust hat auf seinen Job , sollte man sich einen neuen suchen..der Typ hat deinen Kollegen mehrfach gebeten ihm mal kurz zu helfen aber irgendwie hatte der wohl keine Lust

Schnelle freundliche Bedienung und gute Beratung zu den Subs.

Die Tische könnten sauberer sein und die Toiletten. Sonst alles gut.

Essen okay dafür den stern aber Mitarbeiterinnen haben eine gewisse Situation mit einem anderen Kunden gehabt, weil dieser im normalen Tonfall gefragt hat, ob er bitte auch warme Beilagen bekommen könnte, statt alte kalte. Als Antwort kam "die werden auf dem Nachhauseweg eh kalt". Völlig lost, hat sich bisschen hochgeschaukelt dann. Als der Kunde raus war haben sich die beiden lauter darüber aufgeregt und gelästert, während mehrere Kunden auf ihre Bestellung gewartet haben, anstatt diese zu bedienen. Katastrophe und absolut unprofessionell. Aktuell reden sie in der Küche so laut noch darüber, dass wir alles hören. Wilder Laden ehrlich. Immerhin haben wir die alten und kalten Kartoffelecken des ersten Kunden kostenlos bekommen ^^

Man muss rechtzeitig hin fahren da dem Personal gern mal die Bugetts und Kekse ausgehen vor Ladenschluss

Die Subs sind geschmacklich top, die Zutaten sind frisch, was man auch sieht. Nur die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter lässt zu wünschen übrig, so wie auch der Zustand des Ladens von innen. In letzter Zeit ist es dort ständig dreckig und pekig, es klebt und überall liegen Krümel etc. rum. Die Mitarbeiter dort scheinen absolut kein Gefallen an ihrer Arbeit zu haben!

Leider oft ab 18 uhr kaum noch ware da.

Der Laden, insbesondere die Toiletten sehr dreckig! Bedienung unmotiviert und lange Wartezeiten. Cookies gibt es in diesem Laden anscheinend gar nicht mehr. Sind immer aus. Subs geschmacklich Standard.

Viel zu teuer, für das bisschen Essen

Uns waren die Sub zu kalt und labbrig. Wir werden keine Fans. Geschmacklich okay, aber für die Preise nichts besonderes. Die Getränke waren uns auch zu kalt (waren im Frühjahr hier). Auch drinnen war es sehr kalt. Gemütlich essen geht anders.

Geht schlimmer aber auf jeden Fall auch viel besser.

Nettes Personal, die Ware in der Auslage sieht frisch aus.

die Bedienung und das Personal sind sehr freundlich. Sie gehen auf alle Wünsche ein und machen alles möglich. Wir haben ein tolles Baguette gegessen und es hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt.

Also einer von meine Liebling Subway.. Immer frisch zu bereitet und schmeckt echt sehr lecker .. Ich gehe sehr oft dahin und immer zufrieden.. Sie Bedienung ist sehr Freundlich und versuchen deine Wünsche so gut wie die können umzusetzen geben ihres bestes.. Sehr zu Frieden weiter so
