We found the small restaurant very attractive from the outside and it was also beautifully decorated inside. The lunch menu had something for everyone! Special requests for small children were also addressed. The dishes were perfectly flavored and very delicately prepared. The price-performance ratio is very good. We were thrilled and can recommend the restaurant 100%.

I would avoid this place, service and food is poor and they demand CASH payment. This is not mentioned prior service and when you have no cash the staff get very rude and give you instructions to go to an ATM. (In German…) very poor service.

Magnificent restaurant, good atmosphere and top service. Had a main course and for this we chose white wine. A Pinot Grino Veneto. Beautiful wine. Would really like to know the bottle, unfortunately got a glass, so don't know the bottle.

Chic terrace with a good view of the Marktkirche. Nice staff and clean toilet. The highlight is the food, really delicious. Rarely have I had such great fried potatoes. Thank you!

I had spaghetti bolognese. The spaghetti was good. Unfortunately the Bolognese Sods didn't meet my expectations at all, there was far too little minced meat and no fresh herbs

Such a nice restaurant in the middle of Goslar. The small, fine menu left nothing to be desired and the service was very nice, friendly and accommodating. It was a shame that reserved tables were not used. The guests simply didn't come - you don't do something like that!!! The guests definitely missed something. It was a pleasure!

After 4 years we were back and were very satisfied again! Fish soup and carpaccio absolutely recommended! However, my wife's pasta dish was nothing special and relatively expensive.

Too expensive for a meal that I can do better at home. The meat was dry, the sauce was over-seasoned, and the gratin was nothing. Rarely leave so much lying around. A pity!

Despite the high occupancy, we spontaneously got places. Starter (lentil soup + bread) and main course (pork fillet + vegetables and gratin) were an absolute highlight. Maximum flavor is extracted without any fuss and portioned sufficiently. Food came very quickly and well balanced. The staff is friendly and not intrusive. Anytime again when we are in town (and we spontaneously get a place ;) ...*****

The drinks and the main course were very good. Everything there was indeed exquisite. But the tiramisu is a bitter disappointment for Italian cuisine. The coffee was very lively, the mascarpone was probably topped with cream. The cream was solid and not creamy-soft. I suspect cream stiffener or gelatin was used. Instead of the dark, bitter cocoa, cocoa powder like for the milk drink and loose cane sugar were sprinkled on top. Unfortunately, these are ingredients that have no place in an authentic tiramisu. The ice cream scoop and cherry compote served on the plate tasted better than the tiramisu, which cost almost 10 euros. If the quality of the tiramisu is good, you can leave out the ice cream and compote and use a little more tiramisu.

A very attractive restaurant from the outside. Inside, the restaurant is a bit over-decorated and all the decorative items are for sale. Here it's a matter of taste whether you like a somewhat cluttered restaurant with handbags, lamps for sale and other decorations. The service was friendly and attentive, although the trolley seemed a bit inappropriate in this setting. This was always brought forward for serving both food and drinks. The price-performance ratio of food and drinks is only partially appropriate. The quality of the main courses was top. The wines are also good, although a glass of 0.2l wine for just under €9 is quite steep. However, the dessert disappointed us. The tiramisu had a bitter aftertaste and the crème brûlée had the consistency of a panna cotta and was not lovingly prepared in a Bad Harzburger glass. It also didn't have the familiar crunchy or flambéed caramel crust, nor was it served in a bowl in which the cream is usually baked. It was an expensive experience that doesn't necessarily have to be repeated.

Here you can relax from the lively hustle and bustle of the town with fine food. Very pleasant, calming atmosphere, a small wellness oasis.

Very nice restaurant, you should make a reservation in the evening. All the dishes we had were very tasty. We were completely satisfied. If we come to Goslar again we will eat at Aubergine again.

The restaurant is modernly furnished, the tables are sometimes very narrow. You can eat from your neighbor's plate with virtually no problems. The carpaccio at the beginning was good. Unfortunately the Parmesan was grated very small. I think it makes a difference in taste whether it's coarsely grated or not. I found the main course disappointing. I have never eaten such unseasoned spaghetti aglio e olio. The dish was just bland. It felt like there was no pepper on it and the taste of garlic was only noticeable. The spaghetti Bolognese was very salty. The service is trying to be friendly. To me it seemed very fake. Overall, the visit there was okay for me. But nothing more.

It was our first time at Aubergine and we were pleasantly surprised. Nice little upscale restaurant. Were there with 8 people as part of the voucher booklet. The boss still serves there personally. Very nice and always ready for a little joke or conversation. There are also various decorative items and small furniture available for sale in the restaurant. That would be the only criticism I would have. It's a little cramped in the restaurant. If you focused more on the places than on selling decorations, my rating would be even more positive. The food was just great. The price may be a bit high, but quality also costs a little more. 👍🏻

Stopped there with 7 people after visiting the Christmas market. After we only ordered drinks and appetizers, the obviously Italian boss (waiter?) became noticeably unfriendly - even though there were other tables available. The food was okay (grade 2). There was no bread with the soups we ordered. The salads were satisfactory (grade 3) and relatively expensive. The bill was simply thrown on the table without asking what division or method of payment was desired. Conclusion: not recommended Address. Date of visit: December 2023

My husband and I ate here today based on a recommendation and our expectations were exceeded. From the ambience to the service and the excellent food, everything was really perfect. If we spend a few nice days in Goslar again, dinner at the Aubergine will definitely be a MUST. We can recommend this restaurant 100% with a very clear conscience!!

Unfortunately a disappointment, we were there for dinner on December 25th, the ambience is appealing and the service was fake friendly, the table next door was an Italian family of 8 people and there was plenty of food on the table. We were forced to leave so that other guests could take their place, which What has taken away your appetite is the price-performance ratio! €28.50 for a small duck leg with two mini dumplings and some red cabbage, just ridiculous! If I imagine that the VAT will be raised to 19 percent in 2024, you can save more on going out to eat!

Vitello tonnato fantastisch, Tortellini und Pasta Gorgonzola sehr gut. Tiramisu und Crème Brûléet OK. Cappuccino schlecht. Tolles Ambiente aber etwas eng gestellt. Super Kellner aber sehr lange Wartezeit. An dem Tag war wohl ein Koch ausgefallen, daher gehen wir davon aus, dass es sonst anders ist.

Das Restaurant ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Geräusche verlaufen sich sodass man nicht in Nachbargespräche verwickelt wird. Dass Essen war sehr gut. Der Vorspeisensalat mit Pilzen war sehr gut mit einem sehr leckeren Dressing, die Spaghetti mit Flusskrebsen sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Safran Cognac Soße ist sehr zu empfehlen bei Hauptgerichten. Ein sehr gelungener Ausklang eines Tages in Goslar. Der Service war sehr gut. Vielen Dank.

Ein wirklich kleines aber sehr feines italienische Restaurant. Die Speisen sind wirklich köstlich. Die Preise sind angemessen, da alle Speisen frisch zubereitet werden. Das Ambiente ist sehr ruhig und entspannt, da die Musik nur im Hintergrund läuft. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein Besuch lohnt sich wirklich, aber eine Reservierung ist erforderlich, da es immer ausgebucht ist.

Wir waren gestern in der Aubergine essen. Es war super lecker und die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Unser Hund durfte natürlich mit 😃.

Mein Mann und ich hatten das große Glück, über Google dieses Restaurant zu finden. Vom Empfang durch den charmanten Ober, über das gehobene und dennoch gemütliche Ambiente bis zum köstlichen Essen, war einfach alles perfekt für uns und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederholen, wenn wir wieder in Goslar sind.

Durch Zufall sind wir in dieses schnukkelige Restaurant gekommen und waren hellauf begeistert. Meine Frau hat noch nie so eine gute Fischsuppe gegessen - und das soll was heißen. Gerne würde sie mit den Köchen einmal in deren Küche stehen und die Geheimnisse erkunden. Der Service war tadellos und die servierten Weine hervorragend. Wir kommen wieder - versprochen. In Goslar haben wir unser Restaurant gefunden.

Wir waren heute im Aubergine in Goslar essen. Als erstes fiel uns das angenehme, sich fast schon heimelig anfühlende Ambiente auf, das eine klassische Note mit einem individuellen Charakter verbindet. Die schön präsentierten Speisen haben sehr gut geschmeckt, die Bedienung war äußerst freundlich, der Umfang der Gerichte für uns absolut ausreichend. Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlendes Speiselokal mit zwar gehobenem aber angemessenem Preisniveau.

Ein von außen sehr einladendes Lokal. Innen fragt man sich was der Schriftzug SEX (wenn auch verkehrt herum aufgestellt) auf dem Schrank zu suchen hat. Das Essen war gut, wenngleich die Portionsgröße der Nudeln für den Preis von 16€ SEHR überschaubar gewesen ist. Auch sollten diese hausgemacht gewesen sein. Waren sie nicht!! Unter Kartoffelgratin stellten wir uns etwas anderes vor. Bekommen haben wir trockene, lieblos überbackene Bratkartoffeln. Der Service fährt jede Bestellung mit einem Servierwagen durchs Lokal. Nervig!! An diesem Wagen sowie dem dreckigen Geschirr, darf man sich beim Gang zur Toilette vorbeiquetschen. Kurzum, mehr Schein als sein. Preisleistung passen hier nicht zusammen. Wir kommen nicht noch einmal.

Das Essen war so unglaublich lecker!!! Eine perfekte Sauce zum Geflügel, top Wein, auch der Nachtisch perfekt. Charmanter Service. Eigentlich vergebe ich maximal 4 Sterne. Aber für dieses Glück gibt es volle Punktzahl. Wir hoffen auf baldiges Wiedersehen.

Kleines italienisches Restaurant am Rande des Marktplatzes. Ladeneinrichtung sauber aber irgendwie aus den 90er und es war vielleicht mal vorher kein italienisches Restaurant drin. Zum Essen...mein Schnitzel mit Gorgonzola Sauce und Kartoffelgratin war sehr gut. Leider waren die Spaghetti Aglio Oliio ein Reinfall...Kaum Olivenöl und 0 Knoblauch oder Gewürze dran. Lediglich ein paar Kräuter und Parmesan sorgten für etwas Geschmack. Bedienung super nett und zuvorkommend.

De bediening was uitstekend, wijn en eten zijn perfect en goed betaalbaar. We komen hier zeker weer. Een aanrader voor een leuke avond.
