Das Essen und der Service waren wirklich gut, aber es war enttäuschend, dass wir trotz Abbildungen aller möglichen Kreditkarten im Schaufenster nicht mit Mastercard und Visa bezahlen konnten, da nur deutsche Debitkarten akzeptiert wurden. Wir mussten daher zu einem Geldautomaten gehen und zusätzlich Geld ausgeben, um Bargeld abzuheben.

Wir haben spontan zu Mittag gegessen. Es war sehr lecker und wir hatten einen sehr netten Ober. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Der Essbereich innen ist mit Tischen überfüllt. Man kann nicht zwischendurch einfach aufstehen. Die Portionen sind, für den Preis, zu klein. Unsere Gerichte waren lecker, aber ziemlich pfeffrig. Bei den hohen Preisen ist es nicht möglich mit Karte zu zahlen.

Wir konnten spontan für 6 Personen reservieren und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Extrawünsche wurden entgegen genommen und das Essen war hervorragend. Ein echter Tipp für Goslar.

Wir haben einen Tisch für 2 Personen reserviert und waren sogar schon einige Minuten vor der eigentlichen Öffnung vor Ort und konnten auch schon rein und uns setzen. Der Kellner, welcher unsere Bestellung aufnahm war freundlich, konnte aber nur schlecht deutsch und verstand deshalb auch nicht so recht was wir wollten. Mit einigen Gerichten konnte er nichts anfangen und wollte deshalb die Nummer wissen...Das wirkte sehr unprofessionell. Während des gesamten Abends kam er auch nur an den Tisch, um ab zu räumen oder neue Speisen zu bringen. Es wurde sich also nicht erkundigt ob was fehlt oder ähnliches... Bei der Vorspeise, der Tomatensuppe, fehlte beispielsweise ein Löffel. Wir mussten den Kellner erst darauf aufmerksam machen. Geschmacklich war sie in Ordnung. Dann hatte ich als Vorspeise das Vitello Tonnato, davon war ich sehr enttäuscht. Das Fleisch war überhäuft von Soße und für 5 kleine Scheibchen Fleisch 17,90€ zu verlangen ist eine absolute Frechheit! Die Hauptspeisen, die Tortellini und die Penne mit Hähnchenstreifen, waren Geschmacklich in Ordnung. Als Dessert hatten wir das Tartufo und die Creme Brulee. Beides für jeweils 12,90€ und beides hatte mit den namensgebenen Speisen nur wenig zu tun. Es sah zwar gut aus, aber dabei blieb es auch... Auch sehr enttäuschend! Als dann die Rechnung kam waren wir doch sehr geschockt - 99€ mussten wir bezahlen. Für diesen Preis kann man solch ein Essen nicht anbieten. Für die dargebotenen Speisen ist das viel zu teuer. Wir werden hier definitiv nicht mehr herkommen.

Ein ganz toller Abend, der neue Inhaber des Restaurants ist sehr sympatisch und serviceorientiert. Der Nachtisch wurde live am Tisch zubereitet, ein Service, den man sonst höchstens noch von hochpreisigen Hotelrestaurants kennt. Sehr schönes Ambiente und tolles Essen - gerne wieder.

Der neue Besitzer hat uns überzeugt, wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Restaurant definitiv empfehlen!

Zum Geburtstag sollte es etwas besonderes sein bei unserem Aufenthalt in Goslar, daher fiel unsere Wahl auf das Restaurant Aubergine. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht: Der Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, die Entenkeule, wie auch das Kalb mit Beilagen sehr gut und optisch gut präsentiert. Das Dessert Crepes suizette wurde am Tisch flambiert und war einfach lecker. Wir sehen uns im Sommer wieder!!

Es ist ein super Restaurant. Sehr nettes Personal und leckere Essen. Es ist ein schönes Ambiente.☺️ Kann ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wir (2) wurden vom Chef bedient, sehr zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und sympathisch. Wir konnten uns den Tisch aussuchen, das in vielen Lokalen, wenn man zu zweit kommt nicht der Fall ist. Ein rundum sehr zu empfehlendes Restaurant.

Wir haben ein Gutscheinheft und dieses auch vorgezeichnet bevor wir bestellt haben. Während des Aufenthalts lag es auch immer sichtbar an der Tischkante. Als wir die Rechnung verlangten, informierte uns die Bedienung, dass es leider keine Gültigkeit mehr hat - Inhaberwechsel! Am Eingang stand ein großes Werbeschild für Mittagstisch, ohne Angaben für die gültigen Tage, so bestellten wir aus Mittagstischkarte zwei Mahlzeiten. Auf der Rechnung stand dann der volle Preis für die Gerichte und nicht der Preis von der Mittagstischkarte. Am Sonntag ist diese aber nur eine Empfehlung - so der Kellner - und kann nur Abends bestellt werden!? Logisch, hätten wir auch drauf kommen können. Zu guter Letzt war dann keine Kartenzahlung möglich. Auch hierauf wurde vorher nicht hingewiesen. So geht man trotz guten Essens mit Magenschmerzen nach Hause.

Kleines und feines Restaurant. Der Service war sehr freundlich :-) Das Essen war gut aber ordentlich Pfefferlastig. Leider hat die Umbestellung vom Kartoffelgratin auf Bratkartoffeln nicht geklappt...wäre im Nachgang aber geändert worden. Das Gutscheinbuch wird aktuell nicht mehr anerkannt ( liegt wohl am Besitzerwechsel ) Leider keine Kartenzahlung möglich! Sollte vielleicht am Eingang vermerkt werden.

Gemütliches Restaurant. Freundliche Bedienung. Das Essen war geschmacklich sehr gut, aber kleine Portionen! Sehr lange Wartezeiten, von der Bestellung bis zum Hauptgang ca. eine Stunde. Nur Barzahlung, was vorher allerdings nicht kommuniziert wurde und auch nirgends geschrieben stand. Die Toiletten sind sehr eng, man muss tatsächlich rückwärts reingehen. Man stößt beim sitzen mit den Knien an die Toilettentür.

In einem sehr ansprechenden Ambiente wurden uns köstliche Gerichte serviert. Salat und Vitello tonnato, im Hauptgang Spaghetti mit Flusskrebsen in würziger Sauce, dazu ein hervorragender Primitivo. Der sehr gastfreundliche Inhaber bot uns am Tisch zubereitete flambierte Crepes suzette zum Nachtisch an. Tolle Abrundung eines gelungenen Abends. Perfekt wird ein Besuch des Aubergine sein, wenn auch Kartenzahlung funktioniert.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Ich hatte eine sehr leckere Fischsuppe, dann Pasta Mista und zum Dessert ein Tiramisu was beides sehr gut war. Der neue Chef des Hauses ist sehr nett und freundlich. Ich komme mit Sicherheit wieder.

Restaurant durch Zufall entdeckt. Wir waren mit 9 Personen und wählten 8 verschiedene Gerichte. Alle waren sehr zufrieden. Sowohl für's Auge und die Zunge! Selten bei einem italienienischen Restaurant so lecker gegessen!!!

Ein absolutes Highlight! Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Abend in diesem Restaurant. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, frisch, hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr einladend und geschmackvoll. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die neuen Inhaber, die mit viel Engagement, Leidenschaft und Herzlichkeit für einen echten Neustart sorgen. Man spürt sofort, dass ihnen Qualität, Gastfreundschaft und das Wohl der Gäste sehr am Herzen liegen. Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team — wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und wünschen den neuen Inhabern weiterhin viel Erfolg!

Das Ambiente ist sehr nett. Das Essen auch ganz ok, aber es gibt nur Kartoffelgratin als Beilage. Bei 8 von 9 Essen. Aber, diese extrem unhöfliche Bedienung geht gar nicht. Sowas haben wir schon lange nicht erlebt. Extrem schlecht gelaunt und Mega unprofessionell. Der Höhepunkt war folgender. An dem Teller einer Vorspeise waren mehrere Stellen aus dem Porzellan gebrochen . Schlimm genug das das in der Küche ignoriert wird. Wie es der Zufall will habe ich mich an dem Teller verletzt. Dies teilte ich der extrem unfreundlichen Bedienung mit. Die Reaktion war so unfassbar. Es kam nur ein Schulterzucken und ein genervter Blick. Auf meine Frage ob ihr das egal sei , Antwort „ja“. Unglaublich unprofessionell und unverschämt. Nie wieder !

Basically, a nice-looking restaurant. BUT: The service was poor. First, the owner came over, asked what we'd like to drink, turned around without a word, and left immediately. The wrong food arrived first, and after we complained, something else came. We just accepted it. They couldn't tell us what we ended up with. The food was very garlicky, and the pasta with button mushrooms and porcini mushrooms was completely devoid of porcini. My neighbor had the same dish and at least had half a porcini mushroom. As for the ambiance: There are many errors in the menu, and it's very cramped and stuffy. In conclusion: I'm very disappointed, especially considering the prices.

Highly recommended! The service was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and quick, so we felt well taken care of the entire time. The food was delicious, all freshly prepared, and the ambiance was fantastic. The entrance area was beautifully lit. There's no nicer restaurant in Goslar – a 10/10! This is truly a high-end restaurant. We'll definitely be back…

What a dump! We'd barely arrived when we realized the owner was overwhelmed. We had to leave our jackets in the bar area ourselves, and then things escalated when we complained about the poor service. We sat down at a table and were immediately seen as a nuisance by the staff, who never bothered to come around. We won't be going back. A truly dismal experience. We don't want to see that guy again.

Disappointing and unpleasant – never again! Unfortunately, I have to describe my experience at this restaurant as one of the most unpleasant I have ever had. Upon entering, the room was completely overcrowded, the air stuffy and heavy – it felt like getting on an overheated, packed bus. Instead of a welcoming atmosphere, there was chaos: guests looking for seats had to squeeze past each other, and the lack of space was so extreme that it was almost impossible to move. The owner seemed annoyed and impatient from the start. Instead of attending to his guests' needs, he repeatedly asked us to make room so he could get through with his serving cart. The atmosphere was tense, and it felt like we were more of a nuisance than a guest. When we finally decided to leave early without eating, I did so with a bad feeling – not only because of the poor service, but also because of the disrespectful way the guests were treated. A restaurant should be a place of relaxation and enjoyment, but here it was nothing but stress and discomfort. Conclusion: Never again. There are plenty of other restaurants that value a pleasant atmosphere and friendly service. My advice: Choose one of them.

It was quite disappointing. We had reserved a table, but it felt like it was blocking the aisle. The waiter kept complaining that he couldn't get through. We just wanted to be guests, not a nuisance. We left without ordering anything else; we really didn't need to put up with that.

Delicious food. Everything, from soup to main course, was very, very tasty. The turkey was very tender and juicy in a delicious sauce. Excellent wine. Friendly and very attentive staff. And a lovely, cozy atmosphere.

Well, no lie: This is one of the best, if not the best, restaurant we've ever been to. During our short visit to Goslar, we really enjoyed our Saturday and Sunday meals. The service is super professional, and the food is so delicious you'll lick your hands. Soups are among my favorite dishes – anyone who can make fish and tomato soup of this amazing quality definitely deserves 5 stars. I love this restaurant and will always come back on every trip to Goslar! The presentation with trolleys may seem very "70s," but this is precisely what makes this place so great. Maintain these high standards – I will always be an extremely satisfied guest. You were a host par excellence!

We were a party of 7 and all of us were extremely happy with our choice of dishes, but especially the quality and the service. The prices tend to be somewhat on the high side, but the food was well prepared and delicious. We've already made reservations to return on Saturday night! The owner is lovely, and very accommodating. They don't take Visa or Mastercard, so be prepared and take cash.

Excellent food. The Gorgonzola sauce is the best I've eaten this year. I could splurge on it, but my wife doesn't like it.

I probably had too high expectations... At first, there were no conditions in sight and you had to look for someone, but it can happen... When the drinks were served, there was a dead fly in the glass... It can happen... I imagined my pasta with turkey strips to be different, but that's probably just a matter of taste... It was edible, though. My drink was then empty and taken away... No one asked if I wanted anything else... For me, it was already over anyway... We ordered a tiramisu anyway. It was okay, but not what I expected... The consistency was quite firm and more like a marshmallow... But then a piece of aluminum foil appeared, and I really didn't feel like it anymore... When paying, they even count the amount when I fumble for money. I found that rather unpleasant. But oh well, I don't have to and won't go back...

Unfortunately, we were drawn in by the good reviews. The food was okay. There was a piece of aluminum foil in the tiramisu?! You can tell the wait staff haven't had any training in the restaurant industry. Furthermore, the opening hours on the website and the prices are completely wrong/different. Unfortunately, this is a wasted potential for this top location.

The food was okay, the soup even surprisingly good! The service, however, isn't convincing... The language barrier is particularly challenging for English-speaking guests, and paying is quite inconvenient. Anyone who actually wants to pay by card is asked to go to the counter; not without being repeatedly reminded that "cash is better." Delivering food to the tables on a trolley is also rather odd in such a small restaurant. The kitchen closes at 8:30 p.m., and afterward, guests are entertained by the sound of scrubbing. Anyone who wants to reorder something is told that they should have ordered everything at once 🤷🏼‍♀️ Conclusion: next time, I'll be back at "Trüffel."

While passing through, we spontaneously stumbled upon this charming little restaurant. We received a very friendly welcome and courteous service. The food was excellent and delicious ☺️

We were there with a larger group and were very satisfied with the service and the food! It was delicious 👌 all the dishes arrived almost at the same time, so no one had to wait long. We didn't have anything "pre-made" here; everything was lovingly prepared. The owner was very friendly and gave us a quiet seat despite the late hour. Sure, it's a bit cramped, but that's part of the charm of the restaurant. We'll definitely be back ✨

The food is pre-prepared, standard fare. The mushrooms in the cream sauce were partly raw. The portions are quite small. Finally, you're asked to leave without even having a chance to go to the bathroom.

2 different dishes and both dishes were very tasty. Pork tenderloin in pepper sauce and fried calf's liver. A chef who is not afraid of spices and knows the art of seasoning food. Everyone can cook, but few can taste it👍👍🤗

We chose the restaurant based on the positive reviews and made a reservation in advance. We ended up standing around in the restaurant for quite a while, but no one from the service department was around. Unfortunately, there was no sign of a cloakroom, so our coats and umbrellas were left over the back of the chair, which didn't really fit with the very appealing ambiance. The ambiance was overall nice, the food delicious, but the service "just wasn't having the best day." One of the two ladies seemed a bit "annoyed" and overwhelmed. (Some guests without reservations were turned away, others were allowed to stay, and others waited a very long time for the bill that had been sent multiple times...it seemed a bit irritating.) There was no digestif menu. When asked, they were told, "But we have grappa" (it was really good). The espresso was a nice coffee, but not espresso. It wasn't possible to add a tip when paying by card. The comment was, "That's not possible." Very strange, but it worked perfectly in all Goslar restaurants. All in all, it was a nice evening for us, but...there's still room for improvement.

First things first: The food is very good 👍 Unfortunately, our drinks, the Kirchhaft and the Coke, were filled with water, even though we had paid 4.90 euros each for both drinks 🙄 It's very cramped inside and you can't even imagine it being completely full 😕

I'm very disappointed! It's very cramped inside. There are cushions on small tables, making the space even more limited. The decorations are for sale, but that's no reason to clutter a store that's already cramped with them. The waiter is overwhelmed by even the smallest things. Instead of cherry juice, we got cherry spritzer, and the Coke was also diluted with water, which is a real disgrace. The food was okay, except for the chicken, which tasted like it had been reheated three days ago. I'm really disappointed! 😔

Really a nice place to eat - The food was really delicious and the service from 2 sweet waitresses was flawless. We had a really nice evening, but a bit of a bad ending. The management is still living in the Middle Ages and does not take any modern/serious credit cards - Hopeless!!! That we did not get a receipt for the meal, after being forced to pay in cash.... So check your wallet for cash before you go in - and if you are covered - then give it a go, it is very delicious! - If not, find a place from this millennium!

Aha, 'THE (fake) Italian in Goslar'! Macaroni combined with spaghetti, instead of porcini mushrooms, there were mushy canned chanterelles, the requested duck breast, which was advertised on a chalkboard outside the door, wasn't even available. The menu at least listed duck leg, which also wasn't available, but instead featured decomposing, slimy mushrooms. Instead of a grilled pork fillet, there was something more like boiled meat without any roasted flavors. Beef fillet or rump steak wasn't even on the menu—but that's probably for the best. To sum it up: seven meals (not for lunch, but from the menu!) for nothing—in the truest sense of the word! And an insult to real Italian restaurants! The only thing worth praising is the very friendly and attentive service. The ambience makes a decent impression, but in retrospect it reminds me of a barbershop with lots of bling and poor quality.

A very nice Italian restaurant, with very nice service and a nice ambience. The food was very good and appetizingly prepared, freshly prepared and of high quality. The portions are not too much, but not too little either, so just right. Perfect for special occasions. Highly recommended.

Vorsicht,immer dazusagen,dass man das Gericht von der draußen platzierten Mittagstischkarte möchte,sonst bekommt man den regulären Preis auf der Speisekarte berechnet (bei mir 7€(!) Differenz.Auf Reklamation wurde ungehalten und unverschämt reagiert und mir ein anderes Lokal empfohlen!Nie wieder!

Das Essen war superlecker, die Atmosphäre gemütlich und der Chef hat nett mit uns "geplaudert"! Wir kommen wieder ... Allerdings sollten die Räumlichkeiten der Toilette überdacht werden und es könnte etwas sauberer sein.
