Vriendelijke bediening wel duitstalig. Kaart heeft verschillende keuzes en goede prijzen. Vlotte bediening en lekker eten. Terras naast de kerk oogt mooi. Leuke plaats.

Perfekte Lage direkt an der Stadtkirche. Wir haben 1x zu Abend gegessen und waren 2x zum Frühstück dort. Essen: insgesamt sehr gut, beim Frühstücksbuffet wurde sehr schnell nachgelegt, Kaffee gab es „ohne Ende“. Ich würde das Frühstück als rustikal bezeichnen, eben keine Extras wie in anderen Hotels, die dann auch bezahlt werden müssen. Für uns gab es alles, was wir gerne essen - und davon reichlich. Das große Frühstücksbuffet zum Preis von 11,60 € ist erstaunlich günstig. Dazu das super engagierte Personal - das auch von den anderen Gösten gelobt wurde. sehr aufmerksam, fleißig, schnell und immer eine flotten Spruch auf der Zunge. Eine absolute Empfehlung

Vi frågade om vi kunde äta där?! Ja då behöver ni ett bord! Sur & otrevlig!😡 Vi väljer att sätta oss på andra sidan, vid kyrkan, samma restaurang. Vi vill även byta bord efter en stund då det kom en barnfamilj vid bordet bredvid med 4-5 väldigt högljudda barn och vår ena hund har lite svårt med barn. Mycket besvärad servitör! Riktigt sur & otrevlig, även han😡 så vi reste oss och gick därifrån. Fortfarande hungriga och törstiga.

Mitten in der Goslarer Innenstadt, stark von Touristen frequentiert und wir hatten einfach Hunger, daher hatten wir nicht viel erwartet. Das Essen, egal ob Matjes, Currywurst oder Schnitzel, alles war wirklich in Ordnung und Gatte faire Preise. Kann man also super hingehen. Wir hatten eine Rätseltour mit den Kindern durch Goslar gemacht und waren am Ende dort eingekehrt, bevor wir uns unsere Belohnung bei der Touristeninfo abgeholt haben 😊

Hello, we were there on Saturday July 20th, 2024. It was very crowded. The service was super friendly, very calm and chilled, but still very quick! The food was absolutely delicious and at a fair price! I can only recommend Butterhanne! Kind regards from Christian from Termin-Transporte!

Definitely not a recommendation! The drink was non-carbonated and the beer wasn't really cold. The cheese spaetzle were also anything but edible. They were just spaetzle with lumps (!!!) of cheese that was way too strong. The portion was barely touched and the waitress asked if it was the cheese (seems to happen more often). The steak was quite tasty, but came with a fairly small portion of fries. The herb dip I ordered tasted like a ready-made dip from Rewe and Co. The restaurant is apparently designed for tourists, once and never again. It's a shame because that's not how the birthday dinner was planned... after 45 minutes we left again because just the beautiful ambience isn't enough.

Resturanten er hyggelig og ligger midt på torvet i byen. Tjernerne virkede trætte og lidt lade i det. De spurgte ikke en eneste gang til maden. Vi købte en løgsnitzel og en champion snitzel. Begge snitzler var seje og havde en lidt mærkelig smag. Vi kommer ikke igen.

Super delicious food in a nice rustic atmosphere! The red deer goulash is highly recommended and served with super tasty red cabbage. We were served by a very friendly and attentive service lady. All in all nice, we'll be happy to come back next time we visit Goslar! :)

It seems that in this place you have to be White and have bright eyes to receive normal service.

Ordered a chicken burger. Totally uninspired and even a little bit undercooked which is disgusting with chicken Bland bread bun. Boring veg. Served with oven chips. Even for a tourist trap like Goslar this is bad

Very good restaurant with a lot of choice of food, the quality of the food is extremely good, the atmosphere inside is incredibly nice, you immediately feel at home, but the waiters very rarely come to the table, you always have to go to the counter first to get something to order a drink, unfortunately no one came to ask. Otherwise, I can recommend the restaurant 100 percent.

We have been coming by for years when we vacation there and have never been disappointed. The service is always very nice, attentive and in a good mood. There is a great atmosphere in the restaurant, even though there is obviously a lot to do. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right, good portions at good prices! The menu isn't huge, which I find very pleasant, but there is something for everyone. Over time we have tried almost everything, favorites are the garlic baguette as a starter and the game goulash and the roulades in the main course. Everything goes well with dessert! 😂 The Gose Gold dark is definitely delicious and we already took that home with us. You can get it there as a super nice set with glasses and a super chic bottle!

Very nice atmosphere, nice service 👍 you immediately felt at home and delicious schnitzels. We had one with chili cream sauce and one with braised onions. Both extremely tasty 😋 First there were two garlic baguettes, also recommended 👍 if we're in the area again, we'll come back

I expect more than a tough schnitzel from a traditional restaurant. My roulade with side dishes tasted like warmed up food, not freshly cooked. But the taste was quite good and that's why it gets a medium rating. The schnitzel didn't even deserve one star.

Nice place to eat and hang out. Good breakfast and very friendly service. I missed fruit, yoghurt and a little more sour cream at the breakfast buffet. The price was reasonable for what was available on site.

We came here on a recommendation for the cream puffs and were NOT disappointed. Not the 1x, not the 2x - not very tasty either (the big one shared between two). My husband ate the large curry and the next day the tarte flambée and goulash soup. Soup - works like that - the rest is very good. Rustic restaurant, nice staff, fast service (- coffee could taste better).

Das Personal ist der Hammer. Denen macht es noch richtig Spass die Gäste zu bedienen. Immer ein paar Worte hier und da und einen flotten Spruch dazu, das macht Freude. Auch die Speisekarte war sehr gut, vielseitig und gut. Wir sassen draussen, aber auch drinnen ist das Ambiente gut mit viel Platz.

Delicious home cooking at affordable prices. The service was top, motivated, careful and also took great care of the small children. Went there spontaneously for lunch with a group of 6 adults and two small children after the city tour and felt very welcome.

Delicious food. Affordable and has a large terrace outside. Lots on the menu, so plenty of choice for everyone. Staff was super nice and allowed to eat inside with the dog.

Det her blev den værste burgeroplevelse vi nogensinde har haft på en restaurant. På menukortet står der "burger mit ordentlich pommes". "Ordentlige" pommes frites er på Die Butterhanne de mest tarvelige fritter fra frost, som endda var kolde, da de endelig blev serveret efter lang ventetid. Ved servering spurgte vi efter mayo og ketchup, hvorefter der blev klasket nogle små poser på bordet, som var det en billig burger bar. Bøffen skulle være 100% angus kød, men den var smagløs og havde en konsistens, som næsten gjorde den uspiselig. Bollen var den billigste du kan opdrive, tør og trist. Da vi undervejs blev spurgt om alt var okay og vi svarede nej, så blev vi tilbudt nye pommes fritter, men vi orkede ikke at vente igen og ville bare væk hurtigst muligt. Dette sted er alt andet end god kvalitet, så kan kun anbefale at finde et andet spisested.

The worst burger experience we have ever had at a restaurant. On the menu it says "burger mit ordentlich pommes". It sounded good - but "proper" fries at Die Butterhanne turned out to be the tastiest frozen fries. Furthermore, they were even cold when they were finally served after a long wait. When served, we asked for mayo and ketchup, after which some small bags were slapped on the table as if it were a cheap burger bar. The steak was supposed to be 100% angus meat, but it was tasteless and had a consistency that almost made it inedible. The bun was the cheapest you can get, dry and sad. The rest is not worth writing home about either. When we were asked along the way if everything was okay and we answered no, we were offered new fries, but we couldn't bear to wait again and just wanted to leave as soon as possible. This place is anything but good quality, so can only recommend finding another place to eat.

The food was reasonable, the service was a bit loud (German style). Unfortunately there was a man sitting next to us eating quite loudly and unappetizingly.

Wir hatten Schnitzel die nicht geklopft waren und damit sehr zäh. Hat sich eher angefühlt wie ein Paniertes Schweinesteak was damit auch sehr trocken war. Käsespätzle waren leider auch nicht besonders gut. Wenn man nicht gerade ein Stück Käse erwischt hat, der selten war, dann hat es nach nichts geschmeckt. Der Flammenkuchen war ansich ganz lecker. Hier musste man nur den grünen Strunk von den Tomaten rausschneiden. Dieser gehört nicht mit ins Essen. Aus unserer Sicht fehlt es hier an Grundfertigkeiten in der Küche. Leider sehr enttäuschend. Keine Empfehlung!

Schnitzel with mozzarella and tomatoes, ordered potatoes as a side dish, friendly and nice service despite the restaurant being full. Schnitzel was very dry and mozzarella with tomatoes as well, potatoes were ok. Not recommended for the price, even with my companions the schnitzels were too dry and the fries were too hard.

Actually a good coffee. Service (I was outside) was quick and friendly. The screaming of children didn't bother her. Me, by the way neither. Can definitely be recommended. Located on the edge of the market square.

We reserved a table on Friday for Saturday and 9 people - we were pleasantly surprised to find that this worked quite smoothly! Unfortunately, it turned out to be more of a tourist scam than we thought. There were nine of us eating and the service was normally friendly. In retrospect, we rate the chanterelle and asparagus cream soup positively. In the salad with chicken breast, the meat was dry. The other salad lacked dressing, so we ordered it. The spare ribs were terribly dry and had a lot of room for improvement in terms of taste. The schnitzel was too thick (not well pounded at all) and the taste was more like that of a cheap supermarket. The Braumeister steak and the rump steak were rated ok. You can't go wrong with tarte flambée. Maybe we need to eliminate a few seats in favor of the quality of the food and move away from mass processing. The waitresses would also thank you - they're running their heels off. Unfortunately, we don't have any recommendations for dinner in the beautiful city of Goslar.

I had the schnitzel, it was a bit dry but still good. The waitress was a bit unfriendly when my friend asked about the glute-free dishes. She had no interest in answering the questions, even if they were short. The atmosphere is very nice and clean.

Delicious food and good beer on tap, at reasonable prices

Nice service and rustic atmosphere. The own beer and the Gose are very tasty. Unfortunately, the fries with the burger and the cheese spaetzle didn't convince us. The chanterelle cream soup was very good. All in all we were satisfied and will come back.

Would like to give 6 stars. We were looking for a restaurant that was cozy and not too expensive. Direct hit, the service, a young man, served us very well and the food was excellent. It's rare to find such a nice restaurant. Our French bulldog has it Even got cucumber slices as a treat.

Very cozy restaurant with very friendly, helpful staff and delicious food. We went here once for lunch and once for coffee and were very impressed both times. We will definitely come here again on our next visit to Goslar, clear recommendation.

There was something going on in Goslar, almost all the tables outside were occupied. But nice quick service, food also came quickly. That was very good, for me a scoop of fried potatoes could have been more and a side salad would have been good. Ok, at least that way you don't overeat, that's good too.

We went there once for coffee and once in the evening. In the afternoon there was delicious apple strudel and waffles with cherries In the evening we had something hearty which was very tasty. Great restaurant highly recommended.
