Disappointing service! I was just in this restaurant. First we had a coffee and then ordered a pizza. The female waitress was very polite and attentive, but the male waiter was a total disaster. He walked around with gum in his mouth and thought that waiting tables was all about taking orders and serving. As someone who used to work as a waitress myself, I can say that this has nothing to do with real service. About the pizza: Although I wanted it to be well baked, the dough was rather average. Overall, a place to visit for pizza, but if you come across this male waiter, it sure won't be a pleasant experience.

I can't say anything about the food or ambience because the restaurant was closed despite a reservation (!). We had reserved for New Year's Eve and received confirmation. But then we stood in front of the closed restaurant. How can something like this happen? The decision to be closed on New Year's Eve was certainly not spontaneous.

Modern little Italian restaurant near the train station. Food (we had various pasta dishes) was quite good, properly seasoned and nicely prepared. Service friendly, prices reasonable to low. Can be recommended with a clear conscience.

Absolutely disappointing! I politely asked about the toilet and was initially told that it ‘actually costs 1 euro’. I thought maybe an exception would be made, but then it was made clear to me in a disrespectful tone that I had to pay. The interaction was neither polite nor at eye level. As a woman these days, I find it really shameful not to even be allowed to use the toilet. Such unfriendly service is unacceptable - you'll definitely never see me here again!

Yesterday we drove from Würzburg to Goslar on business. And after looking for a restaurant we went to this beautiful ambience pavilion, the food tasted great and we are at a loss for words We recommend that you just have to go there because of the family atmosphere.

Lange nicht mehr so köstlich gegessen. Portion zum sattwerden und das zum günstigen Preis. Bedienung war freundlich und aufmerksam. Einrichtung modern und sachlich. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen wieder.

The food is very good. I've been there a few times now and so far everything I've tried has been delicious. The food always looked good to the eye. The waiters are friendly but it seems like they are not very interested in what they are doing, nevertheless the atmosphere there is very nice. Very attractive from the inside with a beautiful view and even in summer you can spend a nice evening on the terrace.

We ate Tagliatelle di Pollo and Penne Quattro Formaggi, both very tasty. There was also the best tomato soup I have ever tasted. Thank you very much 👌

We were only here to have a nightcap, so we can't say anything about the quality of the food. We were served friendly and quickly and it was easy to sit there for two in the evening.

We were in Goslar on business and ate here three evenings in a row. The menu is varied, the food is delicious and served quickly. Piro served us on the first two evenings. Fast, reliable and courteous. On the third evening he had the day off and the service didn't work quite as well. Unfortunately we had to wait almost 30 minutes for our bill. The lady had forgotten us. Instead of apologizing she sent the other waiter. There was no tip this time.

We had a wonderful meal outside here. The waitress was visibly overwhelmed because she was alone with a large number of guests and was very confident. She handled the stressful situation charmingly. the guests - really big cinema!!! Pizza oven broke down - a greeting came from the kitchen with a friendly smile and kind words. can happen. charmingly smiled away from the service for the guest. great. You can only wish for such service staff. Yes, of course, we stayed longer than we planned. so what - it was vacation and we had time. The waitress's friendliness made up for everything. The food we ordered arrived late, but every moment of waiting was worth it.

Extrem guter Service und das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Empfehlenswert sind die Penne-Gerichte. Seit 2024 ist auch der Pizza-Boden sehr schmackhaft und man kann die Pizzen empfehlen.

Four of us were in Goslar at the weekend and came to this restaurant by chance on the first evening. We were well served by 3 young people, which some others could take as an example. The delicious food and the fabulous service took us there the second evening. We felt very comfortable there and would love to come back. At least the price and performance are right here.

Heute Abend war ich mit meinen Freunden spät essen, und deshalb haben wir extra vorher angerufen und uns informiert, wie lange das Restaurant noch geöffnet hat. Am Telefon wurde uns versichert, das, dass Restaurant noch bis 23 Uhr geöffnet hat und dass die Küche erst um 22 Uhr schließt. Und deshalb haben wir uns für das Restaurant entschieden, da es noch gut in unseren Zeitplan gepasst hat. Aber als wir dann vor 21:45 Uhr im Restaurant ankamen, wurde uns mitgeteilt, das die Küche bereits geschlossen hatte und Sie schon alles gesäubert haben. Empört versuchten wir dem Personal zu erklären, das wir extra angerufen hatten und dann 28 Minuten hierher gefahren sind. Danach antwortete uns die Bedienung nur noch frech: „das Sie nur noch Pizza machen würden“. Wir, die uns schon auf die angebotene Nudeln und Burger gefreut hatten, mussten uns dann mit der der Pizza zufriedengeben. Aber fairerweise muss ich dazu sagen, dass die Pizza wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Aber alleine aufgrund des Personals habe ich nicht vor, das Restaurant noch einmal zu besuchen.

I used to be a regular customer at this restaurant and was always happy with the service and food. However, the quality has deteriorated significantly since then. When I was there recently and ordered three pizzas, I was disappointed. The pizzas were simple and boring in terms of taste. The dough was particularly disappointing as it didn't seem fresh and seemed unappetizing. Unfortunately, my companion and I had stomach problems after eating and even had to take medication for it. The restaurant staff consists of three waiters. Two of them, a woman and a young man, were very friendly and accommodating. However, one of the waiters with long, gray hair was extremely rude and seemed unsympathetic. His behavior is as a simple human being. Based on this experience, I will definitely not return to this restaurant.

Diese Nachricht ist eigentlich nur für den Kellner gedacht das er lernen sollte was ein Schweinemedalion aus der Lende ist und was eine dünne Scheibe Kotelett ohne Knochen ist. Ich habe Medallions bestellt und habe dünne Scheiben vom Kotelett ohne Knochen bekommen. Die waren natürlich sehr trocken. Nachdem ich ihm das erklären wollte kam er mit einer Schweinelende aus der Küche und wollte mir damit beweisen das es kein Kotelett war. Naja. Was soll’s. Wollte Ihm helfen zu verstehen das er das Fleisch nicht vertauschen sollte. Denke der Koch hat keine Ahnung und der Kellner glaubt dem Koch.

We had booked a table for 6 to 8 people at 11:30 on Saturday. There was no response at all to an email request. The reservation was confirmed by telephone. We waited until 11:45 in the stormy and cold rain before we left. Never again.🤮

Good food with a realistic price-performance ratio. The service is usually better than I rated today. I was just unlucky last time. Unfortunately, there was a not very attentive and very slow employee at the start, who unfortunately wasn't particularly friendly either. But that is the exception so far.

Ich schreibe selten eine Rezension. Ich muss aber hier. Dagewesen zur Weihnachtsfeier habe ich selten eine so gesichtsausdrucksfreie Servicecrew gesehen. Der Standort am Bahnhof scheint abzufärben. Wenn ich zudem sehe dass ein Kellner ein weißes Hemd anhat, was, wenn man es in Wasser legt, eine Tomatensuppe ergeben würde, dann wird es leicht ekelig. Gut, ich konnte nicht fliehen, wäre es aber gerne bei dem Anblick. Dass die Getränke durch die Reihen gereicht wurden, war auch der Kracher. Erstmal von jedem das Glas begrabbeln lassen und nicht zu viel Arbeit beim nachfragen haben. Zu gut deutsch… beim Service gibt es noch viel zu lernen. Denkt dran: der Service ist die Visitenkarte! Das Essen war hingegen gut. Nudeln auf den Punkt. Gut, so ein Riesenscampi auf den Nudeln hätte nicht sein müssen, ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau. Dennoch gehe ich wegen dem Flair nicht mehr dort hin

Sehr nett eingerichtetes Restaurant mit schönen Ambiente und Guten Essen. Wir hatten 2x die Pharmaschinken Pizza und ein Papillon Burger. Pizza war Sehr Schmackhaft und für 10,90 Richtig Gut. Burger war jetzt nicht so unseres da das Brötchen Supermarkt Ware war und der Burger dem Entsprechend Trocken war. Die Soße war auch nicht so der Burner. Zu wenig und viel zu süß. Der Service war nett und zuvorkommend. Als wir die Rechnung bestellten ,hat man uns vergessen und wir hatten dann nochmals nachgefragt.Nach 20 Min. Bezahlten wir. Leider zu Lange. Das Ambiente ist gut. Viel Warme Farben und auch schön Dekoriert.Wenn man es zweimal betrachtet sieht man hier und da Dinge die mal überarbeitet werden sollten und müssten. Wandverkleidung ist bei genauer Betrachtung nicht besonders gut angebracht wurden und auch hier und da entdeckt man verbesserungs Möglichkeiten. Toiletten sind super Sauber und gut richend 😃 Fazit: Gutes bis Sehr gutes Restaurant mit Potenzial nach oben. Sind trotzdem überzeugt von den Laden und werden wieder kommen.

Wir waren mit der Familie im Urlaub zwei mal dort essen. Beide Male war es sehr lecker. Schönes Ambiente und top Service. Alles in allem lohnt es sich dort hinzugehen,sehr empfehlenswert! Wir kommen gerne wieder,wenn wir hier wieder Urlaub machen.

Die Bedienung war schnell und freundlich. Das Essen (Pizza Calzone) war ausgesprochen lecker, frisch, schön angerichtet und in Rekordzeit zubereitet. Die Terasse direkt an der Bahnhofstraße ist vielleicht dem einen oder anderen zu ungemütlich, aber das inmere ist modern und stilvoll ei gerichtet. Die sanitären Anlagen sind sauber u d sehr modern. Hier ist wenig Raum zum meckern
