Only at the checkout will you be told that you cannot use the app. This means no collecting points or redeeming vouchers from the official Subway app. I would have preferred to leave the sub at the checkout. No sign on the door or in the exit, stupid.

Juice shop I ordered via Lieferando 1.5 hours before closing time, only for the delivery time to be changed 4 times. Ordered at 8:30 p.m., it was supposed to be delivered at 10:50 p.m. Subway closes at 10 p.m. At 9:55 p.m. (i.e. after 1.5 HOURS) the order is canceled!!! It always just said it was received and not that it was being processed! Thanks for nothing

Broken floor, dirty tables and chairs, smelly toilets, broken drinks machine, 4G is blocked/doesn't get through, and the most important thing: the sandwich is miserably smashed together, falls apart and the contents onto the packaging, which you have to use as a replacement tray . It would be a blessing if this store closed and made room for something better.

Essen super, Mitarbeiter auch. Der Grund für meinen 1-Sterne-Bewertung ist, dass der Besitzer beschlossen hat, keine Aktionen mit Subway durchzuführen. Dadurch kann man hier nie sparen. Ich war schon in mehreren Subway-Filialen, und jeder macht bei Aktionen mit. Vielleicht führen negative Bewertungen den Besitzer dazu, darüber nachzudenken. Aktionen sind das Beste, um Kunden ins Restaurant zu locken.

The food tastes good, even if the toppings are a bit meager compared to other Subway branches... However, it still works today! no card payment?! And the new app is also not accepted, so you can neither collect points nor receive offers that are available in every other branch. Should be reconsidered as soon as possible.

I went into the store and politely asked if I could use the restroom. However, I was told quite rudely that this was only for customers. I then offered to buy three cookies, but I was still insulted again and told again that the toilet was for customers only. I don't understand why I'm not considered a customer despite my intention to purchase. Ultimately I just left. I have rarely seen such an unfriendly employee.

The last few times the app and vouchers were not accepted because there was no scanner. Sub of the day doesn't exist for me. Prices are outrageously exorbitant. After many visits over the years, that was it for me, never Subway again.

Very nice employees - however, the app deals and vouchers don't work, even though it says on the Subway website that they take part Otherwise replacing the Sub of the Day with Daily Deals is also a strong negative point Hence the 2 stars

Here the customer is worth nothing! The employees should perhaps reconsider whether this is the right job for them. The way customers are treated here is unfriendly, annoyed and bored, not service-oriented at all. You get the feeling that the customer is out of place here. A lot of sales are lost here due to such horrible staff. We won't be coming back, like some others who wrote their reviews here before me. Subway should take urgent action here…. It's a shame ☹️
