I had placed a large order using Uber Eats several days in advance for 7 Subway platters, which I would have needed to feed 30 teenagers. The order was accepted and booked. About 1 hour before the order was supposed to be delivered, I was sent an email saying it was canceled. But I didn't see this email because I was busy with the young people. It is incomprehensible to me that, firstly, it is canceled at such short notice and secondly, there is not even a call. I only noticed the cancellation when the food was about to be delivered. And then quickly finding an alternative for 30 people was almost impossible and resulted in lunch at 4 p.m. I've pre-ordered the records from this Subway several times, but I'll never do that again.

Suleyman made an amazing Chicken teriyaki. Also, he is very professional and friendly person.

Broken floor, dirty tables and chairs, smelly toilets, broken drinks machine, 4G is blocked/doesn't get through, and the most important thing: the sandwich is miserably smashed together, falls apart and the contents onto the packaging, which you have to use as a replacement tray. It would be a blessing if this store closed and made room for something better.

Was there at 8:59 p.m. and to my horror there was no bread to top it with. Although this is the only meal to be eaten there. This circumstance made me deeply indignant. You can't use vouchers, but otherwise a regular Subway

I'm totally shocked. I'm coming to you with my wife to have something to eat and not to be bullied by others. At Subway you can't have your sandwich topped the way you want. If I want a little more salad, don't tell me that it's not possible and that it's too much. I don't use any other ingredients for this. Just because I ask you to put lettuce and a slice of tomato on the edges of the sandwich, a whole lot of drama is put on. I'm still asked if I have a problem and if I don't like it, I can leave. That is a bottomless impudence. and my wife's order afterwards wasn't right either. Instead of panini bread there was crushed sandwich bread. My wife wasn't asked about the sauce or other ingredients either. It really can't be what you're doing there. I guess I can't use subway anymore. Kassel is too far for me. But I'll probably have to let the central office know too

This is by far the worst subway! * Staff totally listless, * no card payment possible * The subs were super “floppy” I've eaten in much better Subway branches where you can also pay by card! But the one in Korbach is a real disappointment.

Good restaurant, delicious food, good service

My visit to Subway was an absolute disgrace. The food was abysmal – the bread was old and hard, the vegetables tasted anything but fresh, and the entire "preparation" seemed sloppy and completely lacking in care. The real low point, however, were the employees: extremely unfriendly, disrespectful, and obviously completely overwhelmed. Placing a normal order was almost impossible because hardly anyone spoke enough German to understand even the simplest questions. Anyone who treats paying customers like that shouldn't be in the service area. This is simply embarrassing and shows how little value is placed on quality and customer satisfaction. Never again!

The last few times the app and vouchers were not accepted because there was no scanner. Sub of the day doesn't exist for me. Prices are outrageously exorbitant. After many visits over the years, that was it for me, never Subway again.

Yesterday we arrived at closing time and they greeted us very happily and friendly. Not to mention that we entered with umbrellas, leaving everything wet. It's nice that people who work serving the public are so empathetic and their service is so warm.

Food was very tasty, had to wait a bit but otherwise great

Food was ok, the ambience was too small and I had to be careful with the drinks because they were past their expiry date and no longer had carbon dioxide and they couldn't be exchanged because the employee blamed the manufacturer because of the carbon dioxide and didn't take any liability herself because she did has expired.
