I was there on May 13, 2025, and the employee was very attentive. He made sure to use different gloves and different knives for chicken and pork.

Here a sub of the day doesn't cost 3.99 like everywhere else, but 4.99!!! The special subs are also just €2 more expensive than in other cities, what a joke.

Fast and clean and always very fresh. Yummy. Always happy to come back.

Unfortunately it gave up after over 20 years. I'm sorry for the lovely employees, some of whom have been working there for decades (~_~)

I haven't had such a bad espresso in a long time.

I ordered a Spicy Vegan Patty Subway, it was 10/10, the employee Mansi was full friendly and the sub was delicious too :)

Since the changes since the monitors have been there, there has been one big mess, the employees do not know what is going on and the monitor contains errors, such as bread, e.g. honey, and the drawing of chees oregano is a disaster, the sandwich is cold, no additional ingredients!!! Edit Today I came back again at 3:00 p.m. and I got great service, everyone 3 nice, smiling and a sandwich made by Kozak, that's how it should look!!!! Left, a sandwich from a week ago, right, today you can see the difference with the naked eye!!!! Employees like today should be treasured, respected and well rewarded!!!

its way to hot in the store, it was above 30 degrees and i was sweating my as* off by only being there for 5 minuets. the food in the containers looked gross especially the cheese, it was all melted together and the poor workers looked exhausted. they don't get paid enough to deal with this environment. shame on the people that run that store.

The cashier (who looks like the shift manager) is completely unfriendly and barely speaks German. He spends his time playing with his cell phone and having private conversations instead of serving customers.
