I was in my favorite subway again. I received a warm welcome; the staff were friendly and always had an open ear and always had a funny saying to say. My subway was delicious and the ingredients were fresh and delicious as usual. I'll be happy to come back when I'm nearby, great shop 5 out of 5 stars

I promised last year to give a good review if anything changes and here is the promised good review. You deserve more stars in my opinion

It seemed strange to me and my family when there wasn't a single person in the store (and more often than not!!!!), but we thought we had to give the store a chance. We were planning on buying the Chocolate Chunk footlong cookie but then we were laughingly told that there was only the Christmas gingerbread cookie (it's April). Then we gave this cookie a chance, and we were immediately disappointed, took a bite, and it was like a cake full of cinnamon and my cold Daughter had an extremely sore throat afterwards. It wasn't a real cookie anymore, and when we asked why mysteriously the regular cookies were no longer in stock, we were laughingly told again that they just didn't have them anymore. We are extremely disappointed.

Unfriendly and bad description on Uber eats where the shop is located, I walk through the whole center like an idiot and then I find the shop hidden in the far corner.

It's now like McDonald's and Burger King... mostly Indian-looking people coughing into their hands who look annoyed and have nothing on them... because a sandwich should have cheese... I didn't have any vheddar on three sandwiches even though I chose it... in the past you could at least watch while you were eating and point out mistakes or avoid them because you said everything, but now with these machines everything is stupid

Monday March 3rd around 1:00 p.m I entered the branch and was accepted quite quickly. Everyone was friendly but the young man who served me was almost unbeatable in his listlessness. He doesn't speak in complete sentences and when he asked me which cheese I wanted I answered yes then he asked me which one. I asked which one they had, he just waved his hand at the cheese that wasn't declared (in any case not obvious) without even saying a word. I then asked what kind of cheese it was, because unfortunately I don't know their range by heart. Rolling his eyes, he then explained to me what kind of cheese they offer. Not so great tempered my experience. I will be happy to change the review at the next meeting.

Since they switched to Lieferando, it's been absolutely terrible. You walk in, supposedly with only two people in front of you. After 10 minutes, I've lost my appetite. And this is the third and, by the way, last time it's happened. I used to leave money here every day. If there's only one employee, don't take online orders. Or assign someone to do it. Awkward! Edit: I walked in once and it was completely empty. But the employee said it would take at least half an hour due to a large Lieferando order.

I waited exactly 2:30 and my order didn't arrive and then it was canceled. Service 0

Very bad service. None of the employees speak German and my food has been prepared incorrectly several times. The worst thing, however, was the last order, where I was served normal bread despite the extra charge for gluten-free bread!! Since I pre-order the food to take away during my lunch break, the error only became apparent when I was eating. Due to my intolerance it was absolutely not a pleasant experience! Highly unprofessional location!! You can do better 👎

Absolutely incompetent staff and incompetent owner. They can't read orders, the food is always prepared incorrectly, and items are always missing from orders. Horrifying and not recommended!

This location doesn't accept coupons or vouchers in the app 😡 Often times their machine breaks and they don't accept credit card payments. There are much better locations nearby, like the ones at Storkower Str. and Ostbahnhof station.

You can't order the sub of the day at the advertised price (€5.99) because it's not available or stored in the terminal. That's the explanation of the unqualified employee, who unfortunately doesn't speak German. The price would therefore be €9.44. The store could just as well close.
