I'm there at 11am, they're supposed to be open at 10am, when I asked if they were open yet, he said they'd be served right away and continued tearing up boxes for another 10 minutes until I left. I can't rate the food because I didn't get anything.

I often go to this subway to quickly grab something for myself. Unfortunately, the current visit has reached the height of disappointment. Staff: Unfriendly, no eye contact, no greeting, putting together the subs is very difficult and you already regret not going somewhere else at this point. When paying, the employee simply leaves the cash register before finishing without saying a word and, as with the greeting, not even a “thank you” or goodbye… The communication is catastrophic!!! You can clearly feel the lack of motivation on the part of the staff when you place your order. You then wish that it would be over quickly and that you could leave the store again. Cleanliness: There is also a lot of catching up to do on this topic. The counter looks very untidy and the ingredients on display don't look inviting. Nevertheless, I took my food with me and the result tasted exactly how I felt in the store. Just disappointing. As already mentioned, I come here very often because this store is the closest subway in my area. It's a shame how the branch has developed negatively over the years. In the future I will definitely avoid this branch and choose an alternative. Very unfortunate :(

Very bad service. None of the employees speak German and my food has been prepared incorrectly several times. The worst thing, however, was the last order, where I was served normal bread despite the extra charge for gluten-free bread!! Since I pre-order the food to take away during my lunch break, the error only became apparent when I was eating. Due to my intolerance it was absolutely not a pleasant experience! Highly unprofessional location!! You can do better 👎

This location doesn't accept coupons or vouchers in the app 😡 Often times their machine breaks and they don't accept credit card payments. There are much better locations nearby, like the ones at Storkower Str. and Ostbahnhof station.

This subway is really great. 👍 I've been there a few times lately and have never been disappointed! Of course you can also get the sub of the day there, which will be billed at the terminal before payment! It's not as claimed in the comments here that it doesn't work! Employees are relatively friendly, but of course they are sometimes stressed. But I've been very happy so far and everything has worked out!

Not exactly comfortable, but what subway is that? Completely okay for eating the very tasty sandwich/sub (!)
