Incredibly bad for such a central location - the management should take action! The shop is dingy - the staff is "always trying" at best. Instead of olives, our daughter was given a handful of jalapeños on her sandwich - luckily we noticed, so they all went down again. The order took an incredibly long time - luckily we were the first to arrive. The four people after us were still ordering when we had already finished eating. The toilet was the crowning glory - the staff couldn't help the fact that the toilets were clogged with towels. But if toilet paper isn't offered anywhere, it's only a matter of time before that's exactly what happens 🤦♂️ The quality of the food was at least okay.

I just vinessed that worker from Subway ( blonde with ponytail ) went out of store and start to yell at the kids playing in kids area to be more quiet. Thats unacceptable

My experience opposed to the last time i was there was so much better. A couple months ago i was so disappointed in the customer service and how rude the employee was and only because i wanted a customized sandwich but today it was way better and the team felt friendly. And the sandwich was amazing too :)

Just absolutely underground. I've pre-ordered online via the app several times now and have had to wait 15 minutes each time, even though I pre-ordered it. I keep getting the wrong order. Whether the bread is wrong, the sauce is wrong or just recently I got real meat instead of meatless chicken teriyaki. To date I have not been refunded and it just disgusts me that I ate meat. The employees don't speak any German and only speak broken English. The language barrier doesn't make it possible to talk to the employees and they don't understand you at all about your order. Even if it is pre-ordered online, the orders are incorrect. The store is dirty, you have to wait a long time, and the employees are unfriendly.

The guy who served me did exactly the opposite of what he was supposed to do, I wanted my sandwich without olives and jalapenoes and he just makes them with up listening is one would be an option. But otherwise everything was fine.

Mixed experience at Subway Friedrichstraße. The sandwich itself was okay, but there were communication issues. The staff member assembled my sandwich without letting me choose the ingredients, which goes against the usual Subway experience. When I asked about a specific sauce, I received no response before it was added to my sandwich. There seemed to be a language barrier, which would have been fine if acknowledged - we could have found another way to communicate. The lack of customer input in the sandwich-making process was disappointing.
