Very friendly staff, who were good with kids. We visited on the way late at Sunday night and we were very happy to find food at all. Even the kebab and pizza near by were closed.

Opening hours are wrong! Arrival at 10:00! Employee doesn't say anything openly until 11:00! The notice board and internet say open from 9:00 a.m.! Well then not!

It used to be better. Staff just acceptable but only a little German.

Double charged my credit card for my entire order (40€ for one sandwich and drink), forgot my order after i was ordering and served four other people before I had to remind them that I ordered. Then Refused to refund their incorrect charge to my bank account even after i showed them the receipt and charge on my phone! While ordering, I would be asked three times if i wanted salad on the sandwich and I answered every time in German, the worker would forget, and ask again, and he did this multiple times. One other worker who i assume was the manager even aggressively accused me of not paying after I had received everything and paid, and the colleague who was standing next to him, who actually took my order moments ago, was too impaired to tell the manager that i had already paid, until i reminded him. It was all very bizarre. The three male workers were acting like they had taken illegal substances with how much they were forgetting stuff, messing up, and slurring their words. I am providing the receipt, proving the incorrect purchases and this was shown to the employees, who still refuse to acknowledge that this was an incorrect payment despite me showing that these charges all occurred at the same time. 13/4/2025

Large portion of fries/potatoes bought for €3.40 without sauce. The portion was very small in my opinion

One star for location. Shops and washing machine.... No barrier, no fence.... What kind of autohop is this? The place is not at all calm. There are always some suspicious characters hanging around...

We were traveling on a Sunday, in a hurry and wanted to grab a quick sub before our subway arrived in 9 minutes. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a big mistake. The food preparation was incredibly slow - so slow that we missed the subway and had to wait forever for our food. The employee was constantly on his cell phone and hardly responded to our questions. When he finally took our sub, he did so extremely sparingly and with a visibly annoyed attitude when asked. On a positive note, the Taco Meat Sub tasted surprisingly good. Nevertheless, I will avoid this subway in the future. I don't want to support such a work attitude, especially since the shop was pretty dirty and there was an unpleasant smell in some corners. Overall, a frustrating experience that definitely doesn't make you want to come back.

Completely wrong delivery and not reachable to clarify

It's been a long time since I've experienced such nice and friendly service. Susi is in a very good mood and seems to enjoy her work.

Since the ordering terminals were installed, the store is no longer usable. Endless errors when ordering, my waiting time was 40! minutes. The employees are completely overwhelmed. And we processed 4 or 5 orders during this time. The arrangement of the terminals is also more than suboptimal; if you order at the left terminal, the other customers can no longer get to the other terminals because a pillar blocks the way. Another customer was made a fool of by the staff because the order didn't work properly and the same order was presented twice and paid for. The apparently somewhat larger language barrier didn't exactly help with quick clarification. If everything stays like this, you will have lost me as a customer. For the price, you can get much better and faster service and better food elsewhere. PS: All the 5 star reviews that talk about the great “sandwiches” are all fake. Nobody puts it like that. Chat GPT sends greetings.

The three of us came on January 30th. at around 9:15 p.m. shortly before closing time in the subway. Nevertheless, we were welcomed by a motivated and always friendly employee. Both his advice and the prepared sub were excellent! An all-round successful evening, we would love to come back.
