Absolute rip off! I ordered something through Lieferando and it clearly stated that it could be delivered. Half an hour later I get a call saying it was a mistake and they weren't delivering. They said it would be canceled and I would get my money back. After several ignored calls and an email, I now get the message that I should have picked up the food and I won't get it back!! I wasn't told anything about this and I want my money back!!

The person who ripped it out is the poor guy behind the counter. There are a bunch of hungry mouths and the poor guy had to run the whole place by himself. Respect! He was calm, calm and friendly - that is no longer a given today. The shop is semi-clean and cozy, like a garage.

Asked my wife to bring me a sub of the day on the way home. It was explained to her in the store that the restaurant was not participating. The sub of the day is advertised on the website and on Google…

Wanted to order a check teriyaki and a Philly beef & cheese. Wanted the variant presented by subway. I said that and the answer was: "You have to say what you want on it, I don't know your taste." I said exactly as it says in the finished ones. Answer: "I don't know and I can't do that. You have to say what you want". Extremely unfriendly and it is impossible that the employee does not know the recipes given and cannot prepare them.

Double charged my credit card for my entire order (40€ for one sandwich and drink), forgot my order after i was ordering and served four other people before I had to remind them that I ordered. Then Refused to refund their incorrect charge to my bank account even after i showed them the receipt and charge on my phone! While ordering, I would be asked three times if i wanted salad on the sandwich and I answered every time in German, the worker would forget, and ask again, and he did this multiple times. One other worker who i assume was the manager even aggressively accused me of not paying after I had received everything and paid, and the colleague who was standing next to him, who actually took my order moments ago, was too impaired to tell the manager that i had already paid, until i reminded him. It was all very bizarre. The three male workers were acting like they had taken illegal substances with how much they were forgetting stuff, messing up, and slurring their words. I am providing the receipt, proving the incorrect purchases and this was shown to the employees, who still refuse to acknowledge that this was an incorrect payment despite me showing that these charges all occurred at the same time. 13/4/2025

Large portion of fries/potatoes bought for €3.40 without sauce. The portion was very small in my opinion

I ordered through Lieferando and have never had one or two such bad subs before. Soggy and soggy, lettuce wilted, sauce looked wrong and really disgusting. I couldn't eat them.

It's been a long time since I've experienced such nice and friendly service. Susi is in a very good mood and seems to enjoy her work.

I'm actually a big fan of Subway, but unfortunately that hasn't had anything to do with Subway as we know it for a long time. Bread is just hard and flabby at the same time.. carelessly prepared. Vegetables don't really taste fresh either and there's less and less choice.. unfortunately I won't be coming anymore

The three of us came on January 30th. at around 9:15 p.m. shortly before closing time in the subway. Nevertheless, we were welcomed by a motivated and always friendly employee. Both his advice and the prepared sub were excellent! An all-round successful evening, we would love to come back.
