Very friendly staff, who were good with kids. We visited on the way late at Sunday night and we were very happy to find food at all. Even the kebab and pizza near by were closed.

Staff very unfriendly and listless. Ordered lattice potatoes, they weren't fried properly and were really soft and inedible. Especially since we didn't get the right food either. I wouldn't recommend eating here again.

It used to be better. Staff just acceptable but only a little German.

One star for location. Shops and washing machine.... No barrier, no fence.... What kind of autohop is this? The place is not at all calm. There are always some suspicious characters hanging around...

The worst service I've ever had at a subway. It was not busy, there were only two people ahead of me, and I still had to wait 15 minutes for my food. The server was too busy chatting and laughing with his buddy and did not care at all about customer service. Paid 1 euro extra for avocado and the person scraped the last scraps out of the bin and put 1/4 of a scoop on my sandwich. I had to ask him to please prepare more. The sandwich making counter was also extremely dirty and looked like it had not seen a wet cloth all day. Save yourself the annoyance and eat anywhere else other than this dump.

We were traveling on a Sunday, in a hurry and wanted to grab a quick sub before our subway arrived in 9 minutes. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a big mistake. The food preparation was incredibly slow - so slow that we missed the subway and had to wait forever for our food. The employee was constantly on his cell phone and hardly responded to our questions. When he finally took our sub, he did so extremely sparingly and with a visibly annoyed attitude when asked. On a positive note, the Taco Meat Sub tasted surprisingly good. Nevertheless, I will avoid this subway in the future. I don't want to support such a work attitude, especially since the shop was pretty dirty and there was an unpleasant smell in some corners. Overall, a frustrating experience that definitely doesn't make you want to come back.

We grabbed some takeaway from Subway today and it was a very positive experience. The employees were friendly to us, smiled and we even got a free cookie. The food was perfectly fine :)

It's been a long time since I've experienced such nice and friendly service. Susi is in a very good mood and seems to enjoy her work.

Since the ordering terminals were installed, the store is no longer usable. Endless errors when ordering, my waiting time was 40! minutes. The employees are completely overwhelmed. And we processed 4 or 5 orders during this time. The arrangement of the terminals is also more than suboptimal; if you order at the left terminal, the other customers can no longer get to the other terminals because a pillar blocks the way. Another customer was made a fool of by the staff because the order didn't work properly and the same order was presented twice and paid for. The apparently somewhat larger language barrier didn't exactly help with quick clarification. If everything stays like this, you will have lost me as a customer. For the price, you can get much better and faster service and better food elsewhere. PS: All the 5 star reviews that talk about the great “sandwiches” are all fake. Nobody puts it like that. The three of us came on January 30th. at around 9:15 p.m. shortly before closing time in the subway. Nevertheless, we were welcomed by a motivated and always friendly employee. Both his advice and the prepared sub were excellent! An all-round successful evening, we would love to come back.
