We were here for breakfast. Food was okay, but unfortunately the price-performance ratio wasn't right. Personally, I found the breakfast and coffee too expensive. Tasty, but too expensive.

Everything is oversalted, it scares my stomach. The addition of vegetables in the form of eggplant, peppers and zucchini is thrown into deep, unheated oil. Thanks to this, until these vegetables disappear, you eat oil in spices.

Nice idea! Different breakfast options, great condiments. Unfortunately a bit disappointed with the products used. I ordered a cardamom afogato. Unfortunately it wasn't cardamom ice cream as described, but vanilla ice cream from the cheap brand "ja". We saw this as we sat next to the ice cream cooler.

This is our second time at the Dorotheenhof in Weimar. Criticism: -Our biggest criticism is that there are no “privacy screens” in the rooms on the ground floor, only blackout curtains. You basically only have the choice between “everyone can look in” or a dark room. - Our second criticism is that the buffet room is very small for the number of guests. There is also only one coffee, butter and juice machine. This means that breakfast and dinner involve frequent, long queues. - Our last point of criticism is that (at least during our stay) people often smoked directly at the door when exiting/entrance to the spa terrace. Often the door was even held open, so cigarette smoke wafted through the entire hallway. -Our praise goes especially to the really extremely friendly staff. We felt very taken care of and cared for at all times! -In addition, the rooms are very clean and tidy! - The spa area is great and here too there were very friendly staff throughout. Conclusion: Great hotel that we can really recommend!!!!!!!

A bit alternative but very comfortable. The food was very tasty, somewhat small portions. The service was very friendly. Wonderful ambience. Unfortunately there was a small breakdown in the kitchen, so the food arrived 15 minutes late. Otherwise recommended.

In medias res: Owner-run, lovingly restored restaurant with outstanding food. It's hard to get a table, but it's worth it!

During our stay in Weimar, we visited the restaurant on two evenings and were very enthusiastic both times - excellent, lovingly decorated dishes and attentive service, in our case Ms. Claudia Zöllner, who did her job perfectly in every respect. A highly recommended visit!

The food was very tasty and the service was extremely friendly.

Family and I were thrilled, eating like before, without any fuss, that's how I want it. The solyanka is absolutely great!

On our circular hike from Weimar to Kromsdorf Castle - where we didn't get anything for lunch - we arrived here and were very well looked after. Luckily we still got space because it was very busy. Also half past one we still got warm food. The pork cheeks were to die for. Then home-baked cake. Delicious. Glad we got here. Keep it up and thank you very much

Typical Asian restaurant with Vietnamese cuisine, good portions and very inexpensive. There are always a lot of students here and it is always very crowded here. Service is friendly and you will be served again.

Restaurant doesn’t exist anymore

I stumbled across it by chance on a bike ride and was thrilled. The food was delicious and the price was right. It's a quaint little restaurant with very friendly service.

A great insider tip if you're visiting beautiful Weimar. It's incredibly delicious and the price is good, too.
